Super nice people though I liked the guy who did my pedi better than the lady who did my mani. I walked right in and asked for SNS mani and gel pedi. I was there for about 1.5 hrs since the workers were jumping around people. There were 4 other people getting services done when I walked in, but waiting was no biggie. Overall cost $100. read more

I typically get SNS dip nails with tips. My only recommendation is that if you want design, don't have high expectations lol. I'm going to have to give this nail salon a not so nice review. I have been going to this salon for two months consistently (every two weeks) for a pedicure and thought YES!...I finally found a salon where they do a fantastic job on my feet. BUT on today's visit (December 18th), I had a terrible experience and decide I will let my money and fingers do the talking! As you can see from the photos below...WTH!!! Typically one tech (shorter lady w/ glasses) does my pedicure and I'm totally satisfied with her which is why I would set another (2 week) appointment before leaving. But the other tech, is a ball of nerves and always rush to get the job done. So my original tech (shorter lady) was suddenly called away to do someone's nails, in which, the other two techs didn't know how to do. The other tech (taller lady) had to finish me up. Long story..short: 1. She didn't file my nails smooth (as you can see from the pictures) 2. She cut them uneven (refer to pictures) 3. She didn't completely wrap the hot towel around my feet 4. She didn't smooth the paraffin to mold my feet 5. She buffed my nails and then put them in the water..which there's no shine to them now! 6. She didn't complete clean the cuticle area( refer to pictures) I had to ask for a towel to wipe the excessive amount of oil off my legs and get this...she gave me one of the wet, dirty towels she used to clean my feet. I had to request a dry towel!! After paying ($50) and tipping, I got to the car and had to remove residual paraffin wax off the back of my legs! NOPE!! I will pass and continue to search for another nail salon to call home! read more

Gotta say I came here because of the inordinately high review score. Yes, they are polite when you walk in but do yourself a favor an don't come anywhere close to quitting time. Literally while I was still sitting in the chair she sprayed the tub portion of it and reclined me all the way straight up. Without asking me if it was ok or anything. I had adjusted the chair's incline the way I wanted and she put the back part straight up. I left it like that for a few minutes but then adjusted it back to my position of comfort since sitting straight up was not comfortable for me. Now to the quality of the polish work. I had to redownload Yelp solely to write this review...THIS IS THE WORST MANICURE/PEDICURE IVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE. My friend and I walked in and asked if they had time for mani pedis and they said yes, put our feet in water and then made us wait more than an hour. They could have said no or come back later, but instead we were lead to believe we would get manicures. Then I watched while they did hers entirely and then started mine. I was in the salon for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The manicure and pedicure together took 30. Look at the pictures to see the results. Sloppy bumpy polish that doesn't cover the entire nail, terrible shape that I had to ask them to fix repeatedly before just giving up. I should have just gotten up and walked out after an hour. The management and employees are professional and attentive to the clients needs. They offer additional services but it's never a sell or pushy. Had the BEST customer service experience as a walk-in at 4pm today! Not only was it evident that the entire staff worked together effortlessly as a team, but they truly went above & beyond expectations, specifically during a heightened rush hour (& coupled with one very rude customer as well). Lisa & Cindy completed my Sweet Pedicure and SNS nails in tandom! I was able to sit in the massage chair the ENTIRE visit, sip on the water provided and rest my arms comfortably on a pillow placed in my lap by Cindy. Another employee even gave me bubble gum and grapes to snack on. The first thing I want to write is that these folks are so nice. They greeted everyone who came in, many of whom were obviously regulars. It seems like fancy nails are their forte. I think my experience with them was probably an outlier, and I will give them another chance and amend my review if warranted. I had a regular mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine, except the man nicked one of my toes. He was very apologetic, and it happens, so I'm not too concerned about it. He was thorough, and again, very pleasant. My feet were very dry after, which is unusual for a pedicure. He used a grater to get a lot of dead skin off, which I appreciate, but didn't really smooth my skin after, and I don't know if it was the quality of lotion or the amount of it, but my skin was dry and ashy. Four stars. The manicure is the main reason for dissatisfaction. The woman was very nice, but in charge of setting up other stations, dealing with payment, answering the phone, etc, and she even started a pedicure before she finished my manicure. I don't get manicures done often, and do it to clean up my cuticles, which I don't trust myself to do. She did almost nothing to clean them. You can distinctly see the cuticle under the nail polish. Also, one of the nails got a bit of cotton fluff in it, and when I asked her to repair it, she just pulled it out and left a little crescent of my nail unpolished. I had to ask again for another coat of polish to fix it. They also use heated mitts to soften the skin, which again dried out my skin, and obviously didn't work well. Again, I think this lack of quality isn't indicative of their normal work, but it is still unacceptable. Two stars. read more

Cindy and Judy were incredible! This was my first time at the salon and they greeted me cheerfully and thoroughly took their time. I had my acrylics taken off and Cindy made sure to soak my nails as long as it took to ensure my nail bed was healthy. I was planning to get dip but she actually recommended That I let my nails breathe because my nails were thin from my previous set. Most nail techs would just slap on more chemicals. I have been here twice. The ladies who work here are so nice and friendly. This is definitely a bustling shop, but they are great at working you in as quickly as possible. My first trip here I got a gel manicure ($28) and my second time I had my gel taken off and a regular manicure put on ($16 total). My first visit was great. The lady was fantastic - used all the right tools to take off the gel that was on my nails and put on new gel. My manicure looked great for a solid two weeks. They use freshly cut lime here as part of the manicure and have hot towels to wipe off your hands. Both great touches! My second visit was not great. First off the lady used the normal tools to scrape off my gel polish along with her nails. No joke. She took her nails and used them to scrap the gel crap off of my nails. This made me uncomfortable. My regular manicure was okay, but didn't even make it through the day without looking smudgy and chipped. Take home - your service really depends on who you get. read more

They even gave me a mango as I was leaving! Overall satisfied but took off a star because of pricing. My gel mani was $35, which is not expensive, but they need to be more upfront about their prices. I was expecting $25 because that's what they charged me a couple months ago and when I asked about the SNS (usually more expensive) they told me it was $35. If it was the same price I would have gotten the SNS nails. I guess it's partly my fault for not clarifying it to begin with. read more

I have very short nails right now, and I was looking for something conservative/ work appropriate. They have a big selection of polishes. My manicurist (Feng?) was gentle and meticulous with filing and painting. She was really pleasant, didn't try to up-sell over and over, massaged my arms, and gave me a bottle of water. I've been using a different nail salon for 4 years and the last 3 times were abysmal failures. My boss recommended this place and I was very happy with their service. I made an appt and they did take me immediately to a chair. My pedi technician (Feng?) was very careful and made sure I was happy & comfortable. My nail technician did an EXCELLENT job of repairing my sad nails and even fixing some of the previous salon's bad work.
