Horrible! Went there on a Sunday because our normal nail salon was closed. My daughter had acrylics put on by salon we normally go to the day prior. She realized they were too long so wanted to hit them cut down. Went to casablanca. Man in front t quickly said he could do. While waiting I decide to get a sns for my nails. He quickly did mine then the cut down on my daughter. He was filing the sides in too much making her nails to pointy. She quickly tried to correct him and he get doing it the way he wanted to. Then finally said she didn't have to pay. I jumped in nicely and said we don't care about having to pay we just want the service done correctly. He was immediately agitated and said he did not want to know how she wanted it and did not want to correct. SUPER RUDE! I guess her $15 cut down was not worth his time since he was cattle calling and trying to rotate other customers around. Never again and if you want mediocre and rude work then go for it. read more

The gentleman that did my nails was so bad I flat out told him to stop dipping my nails because it was terrible. I brought my own dip powder which the nail tech wasted. He was super rude and unprofessional. I was so upset I left the salon and cried. This is the second worst nail salon I have ever been to. read more

I love that there's a new nail salon close to my home and overall I enjoyed my experience but I'll give you the pros and cons from my first experience. My overall 4 star review was me being generous since they are new to the area: Atmosphere: 4 out of 5 stars! The salon is beautifully decorated and quiet which makes for good relaxation. Cleanliness: 4 out of 5 stars! I love that they line their pedicure tubs. Everything is also organized well. Wait time: 3.5 out of 5 stars! I've heard from other neighbors that they get busy so best time to come is right when they open. I had to wait like 30min mid morning, which is not bad. Skills: 2.5 out of 5 stars! My neighbors have commented that most of the nail techs they had did an amazing job but I must have got the bad apple because although she was friendly her skills were lacking. Nail cut crooked, polish not covering whole nail (polish on edges in some areas were uneven), polish on skin....it was hard to communicate to the nail tech because she did not speak any English at all....so she had no idea what I wanted fixed.....keep in mind that I am the least picky customer they could have had because I used to work in the service industry so I do not like to complain. Customer service: 5 out of 5 stars! Upon the receptionist finding out about my dissatisfaction, they immediately had my nail tech try to fix my crooked nail. I dunno why but even with the other staff telling her how to fix it in her language....she still cut the low side even lower leaving the other side of the nail higher.....it got to the point that another nail tech had to fix it for her himself to try to get my nail as even as possible. He did an amazing job fixing her mess...her mistake is still noticeable but he fixed it to the point of it being tolerable. Even though my nail tech was not good at pedicures when it comes to clipping and polish she did give me the most amazing massage and exfoliation on my calves. Price: 5 out of 5! Their prices are lower than most of the salons I frequent in the area. A deluxe pedi is only $37. Like I said, overall I had a great experience. Next time I will just make an appointment with a nail tech who I know can provide detail oriented work. Today was my first and certainly not my last trip to Casa Blanca! This is a very new and upscale nail bar compared to the surrounding nail salons. Prices are very reasonable and the staff was super nice! As soon as I sat down I was offered something to drink! (They have wine - more options than just 1 red and 1 white to choose from too!) Today I had a classic pedicure done by Holly. She was excellent! The Classic even comes with a hot stone massage at the end! I also had an acrylic fill in with gel polish done by the owner Kim. My nails looks fantastic! They have the gel colors on a board instead of on a ring which makes it so much easier to see the colors and decide which you want! I have always been scared to try new nail places and I am glad that I did today. I have found my new spot. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality nails. If you are in the area what a lovely place. I dropped in on my lunch break and signed in on one of the two iPads in the front. They asked how much time I had and made me feel good on time but not rushed during my lunch hour. They had cute butterfly chairs in the back for little kids. The chairs are the expected (and amazing) basic massage chairs. Very friendly staff and fair prices you can pay at your pedicure chair via iPad. I gave this place a second try because it had been a couple of years since I last went. New to the SNS dipped and this was my second time getting it. I didn't like the fact they use the drill to get the old product off of my natural nail. The non-negotiable is that by day 2 their work was chipping off and by the 5th day most of the natural nail had to be filed down because the polish was gone from the tips. They removed it for free so that I could get it done correctly by my regular place without having to pay them to remove their short work but it was after being out of $50. read more

Yes, they were busy but I kept getting skipped over with them telling me that someone would be with me shortly. After I had enough and asked how much longer I was asked to come back another day. I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off and the service was horrible. Took over an hour and the workers were understaffed when they said they could seat me right away. Also walked out with left over acrylic dip on my fingers from soaking in acetone and the lady who trimmed my nails had no regard to cleaning my hands off. Would not recommend service. read more

Very disappointed with the quality of work and the level of customer service. Two Techs were working on me at the same time, nails and pedicure. My toe nails were filed at an angle. I noticed this when the Tech working on my toes got up to get the hot towel for my legs. The Tech working on my hands noticed me looking and asked if they were okay, so I explained what I saw and he worked to correct the error. The other Tech returned as he was working to correct the issue. I am guessing she got upset, thinking I asked him to fix her error, so she decided to place the hot towels on my legs without first 'shaking' them to cool them off. It was VERY hot when she placed them on my legs, but the real pain did not set in until later that night. My legs were on FIRE all night. I felt like they had been sunburned. I worried if I would get some type of infection. I will not be returning to this salon. I prefer not to give my money to petty and vindictive people. read more

Do not go here! They overcharge for things that should be included in a service. I went for a pedicure. Chose the Deluxe pedicure which is $42. When I went to pay, they had added an additional 20 dollars for the removal of my old gel polish. I have never been to a salon that charges to remove the previous polish when you're getting a full service with them. Will never be going back! What a rip off! read more

I'm writing this review as i sit in the chair because for $25 I'm fairly disappointed. I'm pretty sure they stuck me with a new/fairly inexperienced pedicurist. The establishment is pretty nice, as nail salons go. But if I have to choose between aesthetics and quality, I'll opt for quality. The technique is sloppy... I really don't know how else to put it. The products (scrub, oil, cuticle cream) have just been messily squirted onto my feet and the massage wasnt relaxing. I had to ask the nail tech to stop because she just used her nails to dig into my calves and shins in a circular motion. Apparently I've been nicked at the cuticle... so the blood has run into my nude colored polish. This is a disaster. read more

The lady used a drill tool to take off polish instead of soaking them then charged for $25 to "soak of gel" on receipt. I created a Yelp account JUST to write this review. So let's begin... This is the absolute worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had in the last 3+ years of getting my nails done. I mean just view the photos I've uploaded. I tried this salon out because it was highly recommended by a friend who's just as particular about hers nails as I am. Well she highly recommended certain people who failed me miserably. There's too much to explain so this review will be choppy and mainly focus on the BS. Let's start with how my hands do no match my feet! I went in requesting a liquid gel fill in, was convinced to get SNS (which I was fine with as I primarily get SNS and had explained this to the technician) with the promise that the colors would match. I asked dude several times are you positive the colors are an exact match he swore up and down that they were. Explained how there was a new "system" that had matching SNS colors to gels and regular polishes. Blah. Blah. Blah. Clearly this system has not been refined because my nails do not match at all. I repeat MY NAILS DO NOT MATCH AT ALL! Now! Throughout the end process of getting my nails done my eyebrows were being arched and my eyes were closed up until the curing of my nails. I felt some buffing going on and what not and thought everything was all fine and dandy. Didn't really have much time to view my nails as the lady to do my designs popped up and was ready to get to it. To my dismay after the designs were complete (which I won't go much into detail of my designs, but will discuss briefly in the next paragraph) I found that all of my nails looked a hot effing mess and were literally all different thicknesses. Once again please see the photos. Now on to the design which is nice and I like it but is not what I asked for. Not even the same freaking color. I'm still trying to understand how and when she decided to add black to a design that didn't have black. Im willing to leave it at that considering these were new designs that hadn't really been tried out yet. My toes! She didn't square shape them. Not quite sure what shape it is other than grown out non manicured toe nail shape. The big toe was supposed to be a French tip. I got a straight line. Overall, I'm not pleased. Wasted money and time. I tried this salon near my home for the first time. I had made an appointment for 4:30pm on a Sunday. When I arrived I just had to check in a wait - obviously my appointment time wasn't honored. I had the SNS service and it was fine. I wasn't thrilled that the soaked my hands in acetone instead of just my finger tips like other places. Towards the end I felt like my entire hand was burning. The nails turned out okay but my thumbs hadn't cured fully when he touched them so he had to "redo" them a bit, which left the finished with a crackled appearance. I also had to file a few down when i got home because they looked They were nice enough but I will probably try to find a salon that suits my required attention to detail a bit more. Oh dear, I'm sitting in the nail salon waiting for my mom to be done, wishing I hadn't come here. They really need to get their act together. They have been open over a month and the employees still don't know the prices. The hostess as well as the lady doing my nails tried to charge me an extra $5 to remove my gel nails even though I am getting gel polish to replace that. I had to remind both of them that the extra price is only if I'm replacing gel nails with regular polish. This is standard practice everywhere. Not to mention, the rate card mentions $3 for gel polish removal, not $5. Also, all the silver top OPI displayed by the main entrance cost an extra $3 to get. Not sure why. The nail salon I regularly go to do not charge anything extra for those. And the regular black top OPI is not even displayed up there. I picked a color I wanted and asked for the gel in that... no one knew where the gel colors were! Once they figured it out, they couldn't find the color I wanted. The one I picked out was a pink shade labeled H04, the lady doing my nails picked out a yellow color, labeled I04 or something. Like, dude, seriously, are you color blind?! At least take a moment to match the color if you can't match the label! Once the aesthetician started doing my pedicure, the water faucet suddenly went out of control and sprayed water all over the chair, my legs and a little bit of my shorts. She quickly got it under control after cussing a little and then apologized, but seriously?! Once my pedicure was done, I assumed the worst was behind me when we moved to the manicure bar. Here my nails were soaked, trimmed & filed, polish removed, cuticles cut and new polish applied, leaving bubbles all over, not sure why. When I showed it to the lady she didn't see an issue with that. Once done I expected a proper massage since that was mentioned on the rate card, but the lady just put lotion on and was done. When I asked the owner if this was what they charged the extra $5 for, her response was "yes, we do spend time doing it, don't we?" That's A+ customer service right there (sarcasm). I was like, "you are saying you charge $5 for an extra 30 seconds of your time?" --no response. My mom, who was still getting her nails trimmed decided to just get the polish change + cuticle trim then, and what her aesthetician did was no different than mine, but it didn't cost her an extra $5. Up until this time, I was thinking of giving them another chance to get their act together, but after hearing the owner's response to my questions, I doubt I will return. I'll happily go to some place that doesn't serve " up to 2 complimentary glasses of wine per customer" for good customer service and good value for your money. Good luck to this place. They need to iron out their skills and attitudes or else I don't see how they're going to stand up to the competition in the area. read more

The service was fine, but I had to ask the nail tech to please put on a mask and use a screen while she worked on my nails! All over the salon, I saw techs without masks, or wearing them around their chins, or some with masks but no screens. Techs were working on nails while customers were still in the pedi chairs, very close. I may go back, but they need to follow Covid protocols even on busy days, or they will cause an outbreak. read more

Out of convivence, I went again it got a lady named Terri she was great and I continued to go to Terri! Until the week before the 4th of July, it was horrible! Terri is no longer there, the ladies who were the were rude and I hate when I am trying to relax they want to talk to each other all loud! I had an appointment (they do not care about that you still have to wait). I would have gone somewhere else but I was leaving the next day for vacation. I have been going to this place since they opened before he owned it and have always had excellent service however he spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and my husband was with me and became very upset that he was talking to me that way. I decided to give a new nail salon a try. Casa Blanca Nail Bar is in a nice part of town next door to a Publix where I frequent. I stopped in for gel polish on my toes and an eyebrow wax. When I walked in I was not greeted immediately I ended up saying hi to the few workers that were there. One lady yelled at me "what do you want?" I said excuse me? She said it again. I smh then asked for gel polish and an eyebrow wax. I was told to wash my hands and sit over on the other side of the salon. Another lady came to do my eye brows as she is doing my eye brows the owner started coughing near me. I noticed he did not have on his mask. After about 4 deep nasty coughs I asked if he could please put on his mask given the state wide mask mandate. She looked me in my eyes and told "no, don't worry about him he's the manager he doesn't have too" at that point I had enough. I waited for her to finish my other eyebrow then said I no longer needed my gel polish. I paid for my service and left. Never again!!! Smh read more

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I got SNS done by a tech who swore he did the best nails and they would never break. THEY BROKE IN TWO DAYS. Looked absolutely horrible even when they were first done. I went in and got them fixed and then they broke again THAT NIGHT. when I went back in to get them removed and get my money back they blamed me for breaking them and wouldn't give me my $70 back. I asked them to take off my nails AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR THAT. absolutely terrible customer service and terrible nail techs. If I could give them no stars I would. Very pretty place! It is definitely enjoyable to walk in there and feel like you walked into a fancy spa. The pedicure chairs are very comportable and Have a chair massage feature with multiple settings. I love that they offer you two complimentary drinks and your choices are wine or soft drinks. The drink definitely adds to a pleasant experience. The staff that did my nails were very nice and talented. Is very important to me when I go to a nail salon, that the staff take their time to do a good job and not just rush me out of the salon. Lee and Anthony deff did a good job. I had the deluxe pedicure and a manicure the very first time I went. I have been pleased with the service I've received during each and every visit. Anthony is a perfectionist and gave me exactly what I wanted; I think he may be my favorite. Looking for a classy classic look ask for Lisa she has done an SNS nail for me and my daughter gel nail tips that look natural. Looking for glamour or the latest trend ask for Tony. I love this place. Eric the owner is the best. I go there all the time. I have been serviced by most of the technicians and you simply have to tell then what you like politely and they are happy to adjust. Very friendly and just good people. Aweful!!!! Went to get manicure and SNS and wrote that down in the book. I repeated this to the worker before she got started. She was almost finished and I said I wanted a manicure she asked if I wanted cuticle cut or massage, I said I want both a manicure. She told me it would be $25 more then she took my card and took payment. She then cut my cuticles dry and then started to massage my hand with lotion. I told her she didn't have to massage it, she said okay then put finishing polish on and said I was done. I asked if I were going to get a refund for the manicure because I didn't get one. She started to yell and tell me she did the work and she is not going to give me a refund. At that point I wanted to see the manager. I got my refund for manicure and for the tip I gave her.
