Disrespected. Dismissed. Dejected. Walked into this place because of the amazing aroma. Yes I know a small soap is $12 but guess what Lush I was ready to drop a chunk of change on a nice gift. Thank you for ignoring me, but waiting on others. Saying "thank you for coming in," sarcastic, knowing you disrespected me and my elderly mom who felt bad for me. The reason I thank you is I went next door to Bath and Body Works, was amazed at the new line of products, and outstanding service, hospitality, and most of all Lush, respect. Man I come by today to pick up some of my favorites and there's a large table blocking the front door. The employees says they're doing "drive thru" because they're short staffed but I see two employees inside the store why can't one ring up customers and one help the people in the floor? I really dislike when people blame being short staffed when I can see there are enough people to run the store. Not to mention this location was closed for weeks for a remodel and they finally open, on a Friday afternoon but won't let customers inside?! Cool I can take my business to another location ACROSS TOWN .... Thanks for the inconvenience. Have to say very good experience. I always go to North Star lush for my goodies and when I found out lush opened at la Cantera I had to check it out! I came here for a Birthday gift and ended up walking out with gifts for me:) the very helpful employee said to " treat yo self" and that's exactly what I did! I bought elf, a bath bomb that smelled like avocados and two face masks that have all worked up to lush standards. My skin hasn't felt softer or smelled better. My friend also enjoyed her gift box which included a bath bar, shampoo, bath bomb. Everything is created by hand, earth and animal friendly:) all employees are very knowledgeable and the la Cantera location is a lot more roomie then the North Star location so I will be going back soon! read more

Waited at the door as per the COVID rules the guy had 2 people in the store we weren't acknowledged for the 5 minutes we stood there until I just walked in bc obviously wait for assistance was crap. Then suddenly the guy realizes we exists and asks us to read the sign and wash your hands (in what no sink or hand sanitizer marked in sight). Doesn't tell us we can come in after that and goes to acting like my wife and I and the people behind us doesn't exists. We usually spend over $100 every time we go into lush but I won't be returning to this one, especially since 2 customers apparently had this employee overwhelmed. read more

Last week I visited my mother for thanksgiving and happened to drop in at this Lush location. I chatted with Summer for a bit who was extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did she compliment my personal style and tell me I looked like a soft goth that would inspire Gerard Way's wardrobe, but she also helped me identify my skin problems and set me up with a cleanser that has really been working well for me. It was a major highlight of my trip and I'm wishing I didn't have to travel across the country to have such lovely interactions with people like Summer. I am a regular Lush shopper thanks to my younger sister. I take a lot of baths so obviously this is a great store for me. I have used approximately 15 different bath bombs and have felt soft and rejuvenated after each. I have recently started using their exfoliators, naked body bars and lip scrubs and have seen a major improvement at the texture of my skin. I am softer, have less cracking, smell great AND occasionally glow. Delaney is my favorite associate when I visit. She is willing to help, always happy and very knowledgeable in Lush's product. She was a huge help in recommending new products based on the qualities I requested. All of the employees here are friendly, respectful and personable--there is always someone available to help and I love that!! After seeing the viral Facebook post about the Dream Cream curing eczema I decided to try it out-desperate for any relief from the dreaded PUPPP rash I developed while 8 months pregnant! I was in contact with the staff over the phone trying to get my hands on this lotion and they were so helpful! They took my name and phone number and even gave me a call when the truck delivered more Dream Cream to ask if I wanted any held until the EOD. When arriving John (store manager?) helped me check out and also provided a sample of the Oaty Creamy Dreamy shower cream that has the same properties of the Dream Cream along with a massage bar for my growing belly! The level of customer service John, and the ladies that I spoke with, provided exceeded expectations!! I went into Lush not knowing anything about their products (except owning/using a few bath bombs I got as gifts). I explained to the sales rep, Kyra that I was uneducated and extremely interested in learning about what Lush has to offer, and learning about the uses and benefits of each product. I felt as if I would be a nuisance asking so many questions but Kyra surprised me and gave me a tour of the entire store! Not only that, she explained just about every single product in the store to me. I let her know I was hesitant on spending so much money on a completely new skin care routine so with each product I became interested in she made a sample of it for me to try out. In the end it took close to 45 minutes for me to soak up most that Lush has to offer. Kyra was so professional all while having such a positive attitude. I've used a few tonight and have fallen IN LOVE with Lush. If I owned a company, I would want someone like Kyra to work for me. She is so passionate about her work and the products created by Lush. Even if you weren't to believe in holistic/natural skin/body care Kyra would definitely have you thinking otherwise. Amazing store and amazing girl. I will be back to purchase some of the samples!
