I did not have a good experience and will not come back. I just wanted a facial, and instead I was derabrased, burnt with a light, and zit picked. I don't even have blemishes. She spoke too rapidly and did not ask what I was there for. Without my permission, she scraped my hands and caused so much pain that I cried. She kept saying "No pain , no gain." I felt beat up. My skin looks the same as when I went in. Not worth the money I gave her. Where were the nice candles and spa relaxing treatments? I was never given a brochure to select what i wanted. My husband gifted me with the 'tranquility spa package' last valentine's and I finally redeemed it last week. I had to reschedule once, but Deborah was very helpful and got me rescheduled with the massage therapist and aesthetician. At the moment they do not have a nail technician but they are looking for a new person to fill that position. They are going through a major remodel but I was told the majority of the loud renovations were complete and during my spa experience it was tranquil and quiet, with only the relaxing music in the background. First I began getting a 60 minute Swedish massage by Claudia. She's so lovely and was very in tune with my requests for a lighter massage. I felt sore but relaxed, with the tension in my muscles truly being released. Claudia has a very interesting story including the cherapy heat packs which she makes herself. She isn't working at the salon daily, but with enough advance it's easy to pick a day and time that works with your schedule. Next I got a hydrotherapy facial with Bri. She was so friendly and my skin looked amazing after! I was going to get the classic facial but opted for the hydrotherapy one since she was running a special during the month of February $ 20 off. The tranquility package cost $ 250 so between the facial/$ 105 and massage/$ 90 I had room to get another service at a different time or buy a product. I chose the YonKa product line from Paris - smells heavenly and makes my skin so smooth. I bought the age defense creme 28/ $ 54 and it makes my skin feel velvety as promised. Obviously gratuity was the only thing I had to concern myself with, other than relaxing and enjoying my nearly three hours of pampering. I will be back for sure and look forward to seeing the completed building renovations! read more

I always have a difficult time finding a decent price for a trim, but Lutfi's was within my budget. The keratin treatment although at the time of service appeared to be done right however after I washed my hair (which was 48 hrs of the treatment) the hair once dried turned back into being frizzy, this is not what happens right after a wash following the treatment. What they do is dry the hair fully after applying the keratin and then straighten. I think the drying process kills it. Not sure but I am definitely not going back for keratin treatment to this place. After spending a ton of money yielded no result and am not happy. Not every place can do it right and this is one of those. read more

Yesterday I came in for a facial after never really having one but Bri talked me through everything and I got out of it exactly what I wanted! My skin was glowing and she did a great job at the extractions. I typically wear a full face of make up so seeing the end result I def think it will be a good idea to continue getting facials. The salon/spa itself was beautiful with a very relaxing feel. All of the staff was very laid back and friendly which is hard to find when your dealing with "upscale" salons. read more

He's so knowledgeable about latest trends and I love blonde hair(natural dark brown hair) he is the only person I've been to that can take my hair to the level of blonde I always wanted and keep it looking and feeling healthy with olaplex treatments. Best blowout in my life. My hair was voluminous and lasted throughout the night. I did get it done by the owner Lutfi. The only negative is the price. It was $100 for my blowout and while I would love to say it was worth it, $100's is still steep for a great blowout! read more

I asked for a long cut. He mentioned my ends were dry and I needed to cut off 2 inches. He cut my hair for 20 minutes and took off at least 5 inches. I now have shoulder length hair. They didn't even off me a refund when it's the very least they could do. Oh and my cut is something out of the 70s. I spent $100 on something I cannot wait to grow out. read more

I had a haircut appointment here. I found the young lady who washed my hair lovely and friendly. However, the man who cut my hair was rude and seemed irritated by my being in the chair. I did not find him welcoming at all and left feeling like it was my fault for the texture of my hair, which may have been difficult to cut and style for him. I also, left feeling sad and a bit dejected. I would not recommend going here. Find a salon where you will feel welcomed and listened to and appreciated as a customer. read more

I came here about 2 weeks ago to get my hair done for prom. I asked for a soft side bun and tried to show the guy pictures and he said "don't worry i'll take care of you". He started to do tight curls and I had to hold myself back from crying becuase I started to look like a mexican drag queen. In the end my hair looks fine but nothing near what I asked for. And he used the cheapest bobby pins I have ever seen. My hair started to fall out while I was walking to my car I had to rush to a friends house so she could put in real bobby pins. Older lady at the front desk was rude. HUGH waste of $95. I could have gone to hair cuttery and they would have done a better job for half the price. No plans on coming back. read more

I had a pedicure this past weekend with Kara (not sure if I spelled her name right) and it was fabulous! She got the polish all the way to the edge of my nails so they look really clean and professional. I had the "quickie" pedicure, and it was about half an hour, which was perfect. It still included a little exfoliation and a mask, but didn't go all the way up my shins/calves which generally sends me into a tickle fit. The atmosphere was very calm and inviting, no one seemed stressed or rushed, and everyone was very nice. My mom had a longer pedicure at the same time, and they let me stay in my pedicure chair until she was done which was nice. I'm sure if they had been busy they would have asked me to move, but there was a regular chair right by the stations so I could have still stayed to chat. A wonderful experience, on the higher end of average price-wise but totally worth it. I am going to go back and try a massage or something- definitely check this place out. read more

This salon took advantage of me. They were talking about me to each other in a different language and then charged me double the advertised price for a haircut once they learned I had a gift card. The hair stylist pulled the receptionist to the side, whispered to each other and then charged me double. I have not gone back, will never go back, and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I love this place. I have been a customer for years. The environment is serene, uncluttered and impeccably clean. I mean, eat off the floors clean, which matters to me, as I've been to salons where you wouldn't even want to use the bathroom. I think how a business presents itself to its customers is indicative of the quality of the service, and I'm one who notices and appreciates details like a clean floor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the quality of the products they use is top of the line, and even the shampoo ladies make it their mission to help you to relax. I don't have tons of knowledge about prices in comparison to other salons but it seems very reasonable to me. I ended up here after trying the cheaper places, and my hair looked like I went to the cheaper places. I don't care if the stylists and aestheticians are wearing trendy clothes or have edgy haircuts, I just want them to be good at what they do, and here, they are. If there is anything done that I don't like (which almost never happens) it's handled immediately and without question. They really just want you to be happy. I highly recommend. read more
