We rented from the pismo location. Upon arrival the instructions were provided to us. We were also told they were going to come by to check in.. We rented a trailer from Luv2Camp. Our experience from the time I called was really pleasant and the lady "Carmen, " was extremely nice and very helpful when booking the trailer. Everything that was posted on their web site accurate. The delivery of the trailer was on time and the set up was good. They provide a small table, two chairs, pots pans, and with the pandemic going on the trailer was extremely clean. They also provided sanitizing wipes and cleaning materials. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a trailer. We rented the smaller trailer for a family of five and we all slept very comfortable. You gotta expect an old trailer. Its camping....never the less, camping in the SAND. It's a mess! It beats buying a nice trailer and wrecking it bc the sand is brutal. Our trailer worked fine. We used to have a trailer so we knew how to operate it and what to bring before we got there. The people who own/operate Luv2Camp are nice. They are easy to work with and check up on you daily. They changed our battery everyday to make sure our lights would always run when our generator was off. We had a great time. We'd definitely do it again! read more

NOTHING works in our trailer. After 15 years of renting from these clowns they still can't get it right and every year they promise it will be a better - but every year it's worse. I had to drive all the way into town for coffee this morning, our bathroom door lock was stuck so we couldn't use it for a day, the oven doesn't work, two thirds of the windows don't have screens and a third don't even open the list goes on and on...ant infestation. Horrible service for your money! They don't provide water or empty there tanks before delivery! We took 2 showers and tank was full! Had to pay $60 extra to have the tanks emptied and filled with water so my kids could shower? $250a night? Really? So the extra cost is left to the next renter. I Expect a little better service for my $$$ Those are basic necessities that should be provided. They just drop the trailer where you want without leveling it! It's very windy there and experienced campers put a skirt of plastic or plywood to block the sand from coming under the trailer so you can relax & bbq. An employee or owner of this company just YELLED at me when HIS DOG tried to knock me down on the sidewalk. he was wearing a Luv2Camp shirt and his Luv2Camp truck is parked on the same street all the time, so I'm 99% sure he's affiliated with the company. His unfixed LARGE dog with a choke collar whipped around when i walked past and tried to knock me down, with a huge paw at the base of my back. I can already tell this will massively flare up my sciatica and might require medical attention. When I confronted him about not holding the leash tightly enough because he was DRINKING A BEER AND SMOKING A CIGARETTE while walking his very large, unfixed and untrained dog, he kept shouting "hes never done this before" after saying "he wont bite he just jumps" well which is it buddy, because letting your 50+ lb dog jump on people's backs because you couldn't free your hands to grab the leash and yank the ... choke collar.... in time.... COME ON. grow up. be responsible for yourself and your animal, as you appear to be an adult capable of such. drinking and smoking on the sidewalk before 3pm while walking your unfixed & untrained dog while wearing your company's branding isn't too smart, but I guess those are the kinda choices that you make. read more

We were camping on Pismo Beach and we had caution tape marking our site because we had more people showing up. Several people parked around us and they blocked the access road, this guy from Luv 2 Camp shows up snd starts yelling at us that we blocked the access. We offered to move to let him by but he said it was too late he went around. It was his customers that blocked the road but he chose to yell at us and just wouldn't let it go! When I took his picture he told me he owned this company Luv 2 Camp, I told him great I would leave him a Yelp review! Not a very reputable or respectable businessman. read more

I am currently renting an rv and this will be my last time. The help desk is extremely rude and condescending when you ask a question. I haven't had hot water since day 1 and was laughed at by the staff when I told them we didn't have hot water. I am a very low maintenance person and hated to have to call for help and I finally decided to reach out for assistance and was treated and talked to like I was dumb. I have never camped with an RV before so I'm not familiar with how to fully operate things and do not expect to be treated with such disrespect when I call for help. Even the people that come out to service the trailer are rude and talk to you like your dumb. Never again!!!! Also, when packing up to leave a member from our party to the rep from Luv 2 Camp that the water would run out fast so they may have a leak in their tank and he told us that's not his job to worry about how much water we have. I was the only trailer that he to refill 40 gallons 3 times. The other people in my party never had to refill the whole 4 days. Also just to add these trailers are horribly old and way over priced. The families I camped with in our group paid less and had new model trailers by going through RV share. I should have used Rv share and would have had a better experience as this whole camping issue with Luv 2 Camp was horrible. read more

A fabulous weekend in a broke down, rust bucket of a dilapidated old trailer. Let's start with fit and finish of the trailer. It's old, the entry door doesn't lock or open very well and the furniture smells, looks and feels dirty. The dishes do not appear to be super clean and the toilet smells disgusting. We haven't used it yet so...... guessing it wasn't emptied from last users. Oh yeah, JACKPOT! , no fresh water either! Can't figure out why the fridge won't get cold and our food is getting warm. Well, let's get our generator setup and get the unit powered up, we will make the best of it!! Plug in generator.... problem in the system, GFCI outlets on generator will not allow the unit to be powered because of one or more electrical issues inside the trailer. WE CALL THE OFFICE.... super nice lady answers the phone. She sends out another trailer. This trailer is larger but again has many of the same issues. No hot water, this fridge works but trailer has no water and is not very clean either. Everyone one we spoke with was very nice, the equipment is just in really bad shape. I suppose it's kinda one of those deals where it's difficult to provide an exemplary trailer service to a prone to be rowdy group of renters in a very dirty environment. Perhaps there is a market place for higher end renters,who take better care of stuff, and don't mind paying more for a better experience. I used to rent these trailers years ago, like 10 years ago. Don't usually leave reviews, but had to leave one for the lack of positive reviews. For starters, customer service was great leading up to my rental, any questions I had I would give the main office a call with no issue and Diana responded promptly. Two guys who drop off the trailer where professional and helpful with ins and outs of trailer. Felt the price was fair considering the price for a motel was the same price in town. As far as the trailer, it did it's job, comfortable to sleep in, of coarse I brought my own blankets, as stated in the contract, clean water was full, grey tank empty, water pressure was fine, and all electrics worked, heater/stove worked well, microwave gave life to my cup of noodles as I brought my own generator. Minor stuff functioned improperly, of coarse it's a trailer rental, such as maybe one window and a cabinet. Wasn't life or death, and once sand gets in, every grain doesn't get out. The weekend i rented it was windy AF, so it was nice to hide in the trailer at times while calling my friends with tents peasants. Guy who picked up at trailer makes his rounds at 11:30 to give you time to clear out by 12. It may be exactly at 12 or you may be lucky enough to get an extra hour. I can agree the trailers are a bit on the dated side, but I felt like it did it's job, I've camped from tents to way nicer trailers. If I based my business on the reviews I'll admit I would have not rented, but my outcome was a good experience. Rented 04/2018 and would rent again. Renting this weekend again actually 05/2018. As far as trailers ya they are trailers but as far as new trailers far from!! Old and out dated like bad!! Hot water didn't work , old a musty early 90s style used up trailers ya they are junk yard bound like last year!! It's amazing that nobody else has written a review about this place. The convenience of renting a trailer is so you don't have to haul and set up yourself but this is the price u pay for going that way! Really disappointed. The trailers are dated, really badly. The bunk beds don't even have real or even semi comfy mattress or any sort of cushion at all. It's basically like you're sleeping on the ground. The bathroom must not get fully cleaned out after each guest because it smelled horrific before we even used it. Hot water doesn't work. The blinds are broken and dirty. I shook out the bed and found a dead spider. The only thing good is that they come out and set it up at your camp sight for you. And come back and take it down and take it away. read more

How are these guys still in business! Trailer was old and nothing worked. When the trailer arrived the black water tanks were already full and toilets backed up instantly. Batteries were dead and propane was empty on arrival. Staff was rude and gave no apology. Never again. read more

Great spot to camp, but trailers are not equipped with generators or able to rent them. For $250 a night should be included. Trailer was nice. Asked for a late check out when I called in at 10am, then was told we were the only pick up today and he would be there within the hour. It's a good thing I called in to ask. Check out is suppose to be at noon. He was there at 11am. Felt rushed to get out of there, price to rent is too high for customer service and amenities on trailer. Not to mention just walking inside made the trailer rock, it wasn't stabilized well at all. Not sure I'd spend that kind of money again for a basic trailer. read more

The only reason this company did not receive 5 stars is because of the poor customer service the people on the weekend displays. During our stay the trailers were good and operated the way they should. They are very out dated but everything worked. Our toilet got clogged once and they sent someone out. The guy they sent was very rude. He walked right in our trailer without knocking. He did this multiple times through our stay and throughout the 3 trailers we had rented from Luv 2 Camp. The lady I booked through was very polite during the booking phase. This company has great potential and since they are the only company that can drop trailers on Pismo Beach people feel they have no other option but reality is if you continue to search there are individuals who will allow you to rent and they will deliver your trailer so don't feel stuck in choosing from a trailer rental company. Luv 2 Camp please share this with your delivery guys and the people who respond during the weekend to check the battery and propane. read more

As a group we had 5 trailers and all had issues!! These units should have been retired years ago but they keep sending them out. No water (not filled with fresh water), no water pressure (plugged lines), hot water doesn't work, holes in the floor, grey/black water tanks full (not emptied from last occupant), missing at least half of the window screens, propane tanks leaks, cushions smell and don't look like they've ever been cleaned, no cushions for the bunk beds, and just flat out musty/dirty. One of the drivers we had was nice, but the main driver is less than personable. When called about the water issues they said we should have called right away and we would have to wait. Really, no water and septic in the bathtub with only a few flushes! Just because you monopolize the beach doesn't mean you can treat your customers like garbage....that is not how you grow your business. read more

Following from the most recent review, I felt also needed to leave a review stating my happiness with this company. First of all when reading the reviews many people complain that these are old outdated run-down trailers. I'm not going to argue much with that but I really don't feel like they are that ran down or as outdated as what could be, considering that they probably rent these trailers every single weekend. We were pleased with our trailer. We rented two trailers they were both the 26-foot we had five people 3 kids and 2 adults in each trailer. Everything worked in each of our trailers and served its purpose. One of us did run out of water the second day but it's not hard to do so with only a 40 gallon tank, and the convenience of staying on the dunes they have somebody that will go around and fill you back up. Another thing I enjoyed is the fact that I didn't have to worry about hooking up a trailer and pulling it to the beach setting up or hooking it back up and going home. Every time I called with questions to the girls in the office or speaking with Lori when dealing with delivery and pickup I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered. The two people that came and dropped off our trailer and pick it up were both very nice and accommodating.We went on the weekend of the Pismo Beach car show and Motel 6 wanted over $300 a night for a basic room, we paid 477 for the whole weekend and had a blast, thank you luv 2 camp, we will be using you again in the future! read more

Very old trailers, sink into cushions, they need new ones badly, paid for a week hardly used water, didn't cook or wash dishes, didn't use shower, only restroom & ran out of water, don't believe it was full so now u have to pay for someone to come out & give u more.
