Just stopped by to purchase slacks for my husband. Everything was going well until we declined to signup for OPTIONAL promotions. The short haired sales associate whom appeared to be in her 50-60s got a visible attitude with us. She then proceeded to tell us that we would have received a discount on our next purchase but she didn't mind having us pay full price. She also proceeded to vent how the store would've only solicited us on the monthly since she felt we were not justified in our decision not to share our personal information. I would have been inclined to come to this store again for our workwear but the nasty attitude left me with no desire to return. read more

WAY OVER-PRICED WITH A TUDE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At least $27+ for Holiday sale/ Outlet store Briefs... you have to be kidding me. They only offered 10% off...when their partner store had about 50-60% off. Even next door pricey Coach had more than 50% off. Most of their stuff was priced based on the Calvin Klein name only. Their undergarments did not seem to be special in anyway, except for maybe the semi-nude guy pics on the front. I just want underwear, not to look like some 20 year old model. The staff here acted like they were doing me a favor by asking questions. I think that they have a problem with older, straight, none-too-fashionable guys, who wanted a decent sale price. I rarely encountered this vibe, even in SF. What a tude from some minimum wage dudes. Anyway, I did buy one pair...just to see what the hype was about...& for some reason they did not give a 10% off coupon for Van Heusen. WTH! The rest of their stuff was the usual overpriced crap...& very little was discounted much, if any. IMHO- Don't even bother with this place. You will do better with the other Men's wear places in this outlet (like VH, RL, & TH) You will most likely get the same or better quality, at a reduced price. For example, I snagged a similar pack of briefs at Tommy H.'s clearance table for 80% off, then 10% off....& they are affiliated with CK! It is likely they are made in the same factory, but have different logos put on them. NO!!! DO NOT CHECK MY PACKAGE FOR MY LOGO!!!! That is my TUDE ! read more

The associates didn't greet us coming in and followed us around the store,without so much as a hello! accused us of theft and were all around rude. No customer service skills. I came to the outlets to shop not get harassed based on how they perceive individuals, thats profiling and I'm sure thats not in Ck training for associates. The proper thing to do would be give customer service. THATS how you deterre theft. What they did was run off customers. Who had just came out of the Coach store spending money. My experience at this store tarnish my whole perception of Pismo, I was vacationing and this left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not be recommending this to any of my friends and I'd strongly urge people to spend their money else where until these people get proper training. read more

My original rating was "1" star, well, I will give it a "2" for now. My family visited Pismo Beach and shopped here during Thanksgiving break. Soon after we returned home to Northern California, we found that one of the items were charged TWICE by the cashier despite we only bought one piece of the item. We contacted Calvin Klein Pismo Beach store immediately about it and we patiently explained the situation and asked if we can send the receipt to the store for a refund. The attitude was horrible - There was no apology from the store from the beginning to the end although it's entirely the store's fault. The store manager rudely told us the only way to get refund is for us to go back to the store, physically swipe the credit card, and sign again. It is impossible for us to drive back or fly back to Pismo Beach just to get that refund. And there was absolutely no room for negotiation from the store and there was no willingness to help out the customers at all. We contacted our Bank about it, and fortunately our Bank contacted the Pismo Beach store for us. The store manager is more willing to work with us now, and we hope this can be solved soon. Our opinion does not go any further than our experience with this specific store. We love CK products and we will continue to support other CK stores. read more

Had fun. It was refreshing to enter a boutique of this caliber and they weren't infested with hovering employees. The employees were super nice and helpful. The one female handled an aggitated customer with such skill that even in the midsize shop the rest of us shoppers were unaware that drama was afoot. Will definitely be back. read more

I have to admit, from what they had to offer, the items were somewhat pricey for an outlet store (even with the discounts). Belts for $30?! Shirts for $60 but marked down to $40?! Well, at least most of the belts were made in Canada. But it is worth noting that the store is neatly organized and there is a variety of "stylish" clothes (I ended up buying a shirt). And when you do buy something here, you can enroll in their membership program (free), where they might send you a coupon or two. Enough said. read more

I usually find good quality black jackets & sweaters here. For some reason, I just really like their jackets, & their winter wear fits into my style. They may be pricey at times, but hey, it's worth the style & quality in my experience. read more

This store has amazing sales associates! The prices are very fair because let's face it. We are buying quality not quantity! I am a preferred member, I had a 20% off coupon and spent about 280 I bought 3 jeans 4 shirts and a few pairs of undies ! you normally buy a good pair of jeans for 60 bucks . The past reviews on here make me laugh. I believe the tall amazon girl still works there and dresses adorable. She was amazingly helpful and knew exactly what size I would need and what styles would fit my body type . If you are acting shady then I can definitely see why they actually do there job . Jorge, a sweet in his mid twenties guy was recovering the store when I was in . All of the associates on duty were knowledgeable and were reflecting the CK brand. Some of the stores in this center are rude and have no sense of pride for their job . I made a purchase on 9/20/15 and received a coupon to be used at a later date. On 9/21/15, I purchased a jacket last month for my husband. I was going to use the coupon, but didn't realize that the coupon didn't start until 10/1/15. When I purchased it, I specifically asked if I could return it in October and use the discount. I was told I could. When I went to return it today, I was told I couldn't. I asked if they could look up my purchase since I didn't have my receipt with me. I was told they probably could. When the sales woman talked to her supervisor, he told her I couldn't return it and repurchase it. It was against their policy. I decided to purchase another jacket and return the older one later. Apparently the manager can follow policy or not, whenever he chooses. As I was waiting for the manager to finish helping another customer, I overheard him stating that they weren't supposed to take items back that had no attached tags. The manager stated that they would take it back, even though it went against policy. As a side note, the sales woman saw that there was a line forming and came to help. She took a customer behind me and I spoke up that I was waiting. She looked at me and said, "Sorry". That was it. She didn't offer to help me, just basically ignored that I had been waiting. The clerk (#370) that helped me was very nice, unlike the other sales woman and male manager. read more
