Very happy with this place. Clean. Great layout. Fun variety of activities for the kids. They loved it. And we loved knowing they were safe while we chilled at one of the tables. We didn't have to hover much and instead let them run free. Actually, I think it's much safer than any park playground with all that soft foam. The wait was short. The space wasn't crowded and we felt like we had the place to ourselves for a while before big kids came later. The food was so-so. Didn't get the pizza but the hot dogs were good. Buns we dry and perhaps day-old. No big deal since we brought in our own healthy snacks. Luckily the kids are young and they still think that fruit and raisins is as good anything else This place is a winner. read more

The host needs to learn how to be a party host . My daughter scheduled a party for my grandson's second birthday today. The space was only for 1hour. The party hostess was at the door every 10-15 minutes reminding us of our elapsing time. I felt she rushed us and HIGHLY annoyed me. read more

Do not waste your money! I booked my son's first birthday party here and it was a total disaster. 2 days before my baby's party I get a call asking if they can schedule my party for another time because they overbooked. (First red flag) Because it was so close to the party date, that left me scrambling to rearrange plans that I had already had in order with my party guests. We arrived the day of the party and the party room is complete filth! The floor was super sticky to walk on tables were sticky. When I booked the party I was promised yellow and blue colors for the room. The host laid out a blue table cloth and left out the room leaving me to set everything up by myself while holding my 1 year old the entire time because the foot was so dirty I didn't want him to get down. I was also promised pizza, drinks and cupcakes That was never provided. After we were rushed out of the room I asked how come we haven't received our drinks or my baby's cupcakes so we could at least sing happy birthday. The host said ooh yea I forgot and walked off. At this point I just wanted at least a partial refund and to leave the establishment. I was embarrassed. Well the pizza didn't get brought to the room until about 10-15 minutes before the party room was over. They told us they had another party coming and that we would need to be out in 10 minutes. At this time we only had 1 of the 4 pizzas still no drinks or no cupcakes . I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager and I was denied the refund. After leaving this play place my baby started running fevers . We went to the hospital the next day where he was diagnosed with Hands Feet And Mouth Disease. I don't recommend this place to anyone! It's nasty . The floors are disgusting. Everything is sticky or dirty looking. The ball pit had some super dirty balls to where I didn't even want the baby to play with them. read more

The place was filthy. Disgusting. I had never been to a place where it looked like it had never been cleaned! Floor was visibly dirty/black all over. HAIR, DUST BUNNYS alll over the play area. Even dirty tissue in an area in the floor . just dirty all throughout and you can visibly see it all. Walked in and nobody was working the front. We had our daughter's birthday party here. We did the character party. The staff were fantastic. There was a manager there, her son, and a young girl that worked the event. They were very kind and on top of everything. It was great to have the place to ourselves and just our party for 2 hours. I would highly recommend. Very nice staff. They seem to really love children and to make it a fun experience. Politeness and professional is a great description of the individuals on top of friendly. The place is bigger play area wise compared to other indoor kid parks. The baby and toddler area are closed together so it's easy to keep an eye out. read more

This indoor playground is a nice place for kids to play. My daughters love it. I don't love it as much as they do. The place is not very clean and it has a bit of a funky smell but kids are smelly anyways so it's alright lol there's slides, ball pit, trampoline and lots of running space. There is a toddler area too but lots of parents don't take their littles to the toddler area so they end up getting in the way of older kids trying to play. The bathrooms are ok, there is a changing table and a small toilet for toddlers. The food is not good, it's overpriced. There is no staff monitoring the play area so there is adults (men) sliding down the slides full speed knocking kids down. Overall this place is way better than a public park playground so I will continue to take my kids h 7/20/23- I want to update that I actually like this place now. My kids still love it. I got them the membership so we come a few times a week. Everyone that works there is friendly and they do everything they can to make sure things are looking good. I have noticed that there is always someone cleaning. I no longer notice the odor I had noticed the first time I went there. The food is still not our favorite but it's ok. I recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere cool for the kids to play. read more

Very cute baby gym zone for toddlers to run around and burn some energy. I love it how they have different age groups for children to play safe. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They offer different prices for time and days I believe.. I bought a membership! So worth it. We like to come 2-3 a week! read more

Cute and convenient little spot to get some energy out of the kiddos. My child is still pretty young but we like to take in a different scene for stimulation. Every child is tagged for their safety. We love this! Parking is never a problem, once you walk in I have always been greeted so politely and genuinely from the owner. What a kind spirit that definitely enjoys making kids smile. That's what we are all there for right!? This has more of your small business/ mom and pop culture. There are designated spaces for all ages which is nice, maybe a little direction for older kids when they are playing in the age limited areas so that tiny ones or parents don't have to feel like a "Karen" asking them to play gently. Or move from area to keep safe and open for tiny ones to explore just a extra eye would be helpful. There are a few games we have not played yet but some look pretty fun! All the machines are in good condition and work nothing is ever out of order. Music is so cute in here someone has great Disney taste we are singing and even said we didn't here these classics even at Disneyland! Yes we all have lived through COVID and so extra cleaning is always appreciated. This place also offers birthday party rooms that look super cute! Plenty of space to sit and pretty much relax when your kids are exploring. Snack bar is convenient, fountain machine always is up and not out of order and pretty tasty soda pop. Few more things would be fun on the menu. Having a safe, fun inviting place to bring our children in the neighborhood is a blessing we are happy to have this gem here and look forward to coming back! We had a membership but it ended and I didn't renew. We came back a few months later and they raised their prices. $17.99 for one day. That is more than other indoor play places that are double and triple the size. Very disappointed in the price when there isn't much to do there. The staff is friendly enough but when I'm paying that much it should be spotless. The place was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned in a while. How do they justify the price hike when it's in need of cleaning and it's so small? Probably won't be coming g back. Money will be spent on a bigger place that's less money! read more

Found this place in August, and my 4 year old and her cousins LOVE it!!! It's a great deal, I really like how there is no time limit on playing, and it's super clean and never crowded. They have a snack bar that has pizza, nachos, fries, chips and drinks. We like the pizza, the fries are baked not fried. Bring socks for everyone, they are required for parents too! My kid begs to come here when she is not at school! read more
