Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts.
