We had a party here and the turn out was amazing. Natalie and her staff were very helpful from start to finish. Even though there were several other parties going on they never once neglected us. I wasn't sure what the quality of the food was going to be like however, I was pleasantly surprised that it all tasted great. We had pizza, buffalo wings, salad and fruit. The fruit was sweet! Buffalo wings were nice and spicy. You can never go wrong with pizza and salad. My guest enjoyed all the food and the kids loved the play area. I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was our first time today and I loved it! I love that the employee has to buzz you in and out for safety. I love that all of the different areas are separated and parents can sit on the barstools outside of that play area. I especially loved the Bob Marley Mocha! I enjoyed my coffee while my girls (11 mos & 3.5 yrs) played. I also loved seeing the employee cleaning the whole time I was there. Makes a Mama feel good about a place full of kids! First time I took my kids here. First you sign a waiver before you can pay. You can do it at home for your convenience. They have a food section, coffee bar is a plus for parents waiting for their kids to be done, they also have a game room and prizes area. I love their separate section from crawlers, toddlers and bigger kids. Looks nice and clean. Don't forget to bring your own socks or pay $2.50 per person. This review is solely based on a tour walk thru inside the facility with the owner, Natalie and how she conducted business. First off, the email communication couldn't have been easier. She replies within a day or less... which is superb considering the ownership is just between herself and her husband. I have 2 kids under 2 years old, I don't have time to be on the phone going over details for a toddler party. Second, she's honest and doesn't try to upsell you a party package with all the extras if you don't need it. For example, we live in San Diego and there was no need for the Ultimate Party Package as we wouldn't utilize the free month membership that was included. Third, they practice fair business policies. We had paid for the deposit for a Classic Party Package and ended up canceling due to a family circumstance. After connecting with her via email and explaining the situation, she promptly refunded the amount we paid. Her email response was still friendly and accommodating although we decided not to do business with Luv2play. We would definitely be back to play or book a party as we have a majority of our family lives in that area. Thank you again Natalie, we appreciate you and all the effort you put in to coordinate with us when though we couldn't have a party there. I will be recommending your business to all my Inland Empire friends and family. Sorry I took so long to reply, this review was done in several parts bc I kept getting interrupted by my needy kids. I paid $13.95 for my nephew and I. Great AC inside. BRING SOCKS for yourself and your kids!! Or pay $2.50 per pair. No outside food or drink. . . Booooo.... They have a coffee shop inside, generic burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and soft drinks to buy if you forget your own snacks. I wish they had healthy items on their menu, which is why I rate it a four star. The bathrooms are clean. They had a diaper changer in the restroom. You can stay there all day if you can. Legos, ball pits, climbing, sliding, trampoline, video games, bowling games, building games, AND they took the parents and kids getting hungry into consideration because there is a cafe and fast food restaurant accessible for purchase with lots of places to sit to eat and drink while being in close proximity to your kids favorite play area. And the price is amazing! Same I pay for another indoor play place in Corona but kids get to play all day long!! And not just 2 hrs. If you have special needs children, I would definitely not recommend this place. My nephew has autism and has trouble waiting in lines. So, I filled out their waiver online before we got there thinking that this would eliminate at least some waiting. It didn't. There were only two customers in front of us in line when we got there. We were in line for 20 minutes. There were at least 5 employees standing around the front check in area that I counted. Only one of them was checking people in at one of the two registers they have. Towards the end of our wait time, my nephew started to get visibly upset and started crying. By the time it was my turn to pay he was crying very loudly. All of the employees were just staring at us. The girl who was checking me in kept messing up and had to restart the whole process. My nephew's anxiety reached its limit and he opened the gate and walked in to the play area. It was at this point that one of the girls who was standing around grabbed some wrist bands for us and was filling them in by hand, but by then our wrist bands had finally printed out. We let the staff know that my nephew had autism and that we weren't happy with the way our transaction was handled. The girl who grabbed the wristbands for us to write them in by hand apologized for the long wait time and that they took long to ring me up. But honestly, I don't want an apology. I think the other employees who were standing around staring should have had a little compassion and maybe helped make our check in go a little smoother. I will definitely not be returning to this place. I don't feel comfortable going to establishments that ostracize special needs children. Also, none of the employees were wearing name tags, so I don't know who they were. Besides all of this, they don't have any secure place to leave personal belongings and they allow unsupervised babies and toddlers into the bigger kids play area. So clearly, the general safety and well being of children is not a priority here. read more

This place is very unprofessional with a lot of trash in the playground. Including the staffs being very racist to my kids while they were just having fun. This place should not be so mean to little kids when it's just for them. Staffs always give my kids dirty looks when a ball enters their space by accident. Like how are they gonna ban my children from playing ball when there's a spot for basketball, it makes no sense at all. Love this place! Large enough for parents to play with the kids on the slides. The brownies and coffee from the café are yummy and fresh. Haven't tried the other foods, wish they offered healthier options. They currently have the typical pizza, chicken strips, fries type of items. I suggest that parents be aware that the ball shooters in the big kid area aren't very friendly. I was protecting some little ones who were in there playing with balls from some pre teens who were taking headshots at the kiddos. Let me tell you, those balls hurt. I asked the older kids to stop shooting at the toddlers, but you know how teenagers are and of course their parents were no where to be found. Checking in was nice and quick. They give each person in your group a wrist band that has the last name and number in the group. The first time I went and was leaving the owner scolded the staff for just letting us leave without verifying the bracelets to make sure we only left with our kids. The second time the staff just let us leave. This was slightly concerning since that allows the possibility for errors and kids slipping out without their parents/guardians. We attended a birthday party here today. My 5 y/o and 3 y/o had a wonderful time. The place was huge! Lots of things to climb, slide and jump around on. All the floors are matted so didn't have to worry about my kids falling. Socks only allowed. Was impressed there were even sock covers so you can protect your feet when you go to the bathroom (which was surprisingly very clean)! The pizza, salad, hot dogs and wings were pretty good, above average for a kid's party. Be ready to spend a few minutes when you arrive to sign waivers. read more

We've taken our kids here twice and they absolutely loved it! The place is big, with plenty to keep kiddos entertained- we were there for around six hours both times and my boys just played and played with no signs of being bored. We met Ryan and Natalie, the owners, and they were both very friendly and kind. They have a ton of seating for parents by all the play equipment, which is awesome. There are separate small sections for babies and toddlers. Everything was nice and clean. They have a coffee place inside the facility and the coffee is delicious. I'm editing my original comment about food and re-entry here because I was partially mistaken about the food and they added re-entry, so that makes the food issue irrelevant anyway. Wonderful place! I signed waiver online ahead of time to save me time upon arriving. Staff was friendly. 10 yr old and 4 yr old both had a blast. Me too- and adults are free to enter! I really liked the separated areas for different ages. I had both hot coffee and iced coffee--Reasonably priced and a nice perk to typical play places that only have sodas. Pizza was delicious and hot. Fries and pretzels with cheese were good too. I personally enjoyed the slides the most. My kids loved it all. The kinetic sand area was a nice area for all ages to take a breather from running around. Hand sanitizers were all around which I LOVED. Bathrooms had plastic "footies" outside the door so I could keep my socks clean and dry while entering the bathroom. Loved that too - there's nothing worse than getting wet socks in a bathroom! I took my 2 year old there it was pretty awesome! It's a huge place lots of little mazes and things to die for young kids as well has older ones. They have a little cafe place where you can order food. My only issue with the place was the managers horrible attitude. She's an Asian lady with tan skin, it was our first time and my husband was trying to open the door after paying & she literally shouted at him. That is truly unprofessional and uncalled for. If it wasn't for the manager I would have given this place 5 stars. We will look for other places with friendlier staff read more

I've been bringing my daughter to this indoor playground for a year and it's a pleasure each time we step foot in there. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The facility is always clean and ready to be used. This includes the 3 playgrounds, the bathrooms and eating area. Bartool style seating is installed around all play areas for parents to keep an eye ok their little ones with comfort. I highly advise anyone who has considered visiting this place to do so. By far the best indoor playground we have been too this place literally has something for everybody while my older kid was playing in the big play area my toddler was running back and forth to the smaller play areas! This place is bigger than others. They have modified hours and limit how many per entrance due to covid. Pricing is a bit high, weekdays are the best days to come. Parking right in front. No more ball pits, everything else is available. Some of the machine that shoots ball/lift the balls in the air does not work (it need to be maintenance). Bathrooms has step stools for kids to wash their hand and foot coverings. The free wifi signal is weak and always jumps on/off regularly. Make sure you bring extra pair of socks, removal of shoes at entrance is required. Hand sanitizer readily available around the facility. read more

We took our kids here today they absolutely loved it! We definitely will be back and are planning to have our daughter's birthday party here! Plenty of activities for the kids. Huge play climber with obstacles and slides. There is also a little trampoline and form pit to jump into. A climbing wall with pads under! The kids also loved the little video games (cost a little extra but also fun with games like basketball and car driving game). The staff are friendly and can be seen cleaning the equipment all day. They also have wristbands to identify your party and keep track of who goes in and out make sure you match to one another. Several areas around to sit in pretty comfortable stools for parents to relax and a coffee bar! There is an eating area because no outside food and drinks. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE OR BOOK YOUR A PARTY WITH THEM!! I have been going to this place for two years and had two of my son birthday party there. Yesterday we paid almost 1000$ for one hour inside the room, they brought our food very late, they brought one dish a time and for the extra food that we order for adults they never served it to our guest and packed it to go and gave to us, they didn't let us to cut the cake or eat it, they refused to let us eat in the cafeteria either!! I can't recommend this place more! We will definitely be back. We celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday here this past weekend. It was very last-minute, but I e-mailed with one of the owners, Natalie, about a day and a half before the party, and she was very helpful. I did not have them host the party as it was not cost-effective for the amount of kids we had attending (total of 6), but I did rent a room for 1 hour. We ended up adding a half hour to our room rental (which if we had planned better and ordered the food right away we might not have needed, but it worked out fine for us). I took very minimal decorations- a dozen balloons, table cloths, centerpieces for one table, and coordinating plates/napkins and it took me maybe 5 minutes to set up (while the kids were playing). Overall our entire group had a blast, I don't know who had more fun the kids or the adults. It was recommended to us to arrive an hour early for a variety of reasons and it was advice we took. Our guests still ended up running a little behind and we forgot to order food right away (it took about 20 min for chicken strip platter & basket of fries- which to me wasn't a bad wait time, I just wish I had done it sooner as suggested). Originally we had wanted to have catering from Chick-Fil-A, but they were up front with us that no outside food was allowed, and even though it was a bummer I can understand they are running a business and if they have a restaurant (which I wasn't aware of at the time) then obviously they are going to ban outside food. Half of our guests signed waiver online which saved time, and for our guests who didn't it didn't take long at all. -It was very clean. I observed staff frequently making their rounds cleaning all areas. -Plenty of staff checking in on the multiple play areas. At times there was no staff monitoring the trampoline or barrel swing,which haves signs stating 3 person max, but younger kids who can't read or older kids who disregard would pile in/on there, but I understand staff can't be everywhere at once and this is when parental supervision comes in. -I liked the arcade area. I didn't see many kids "distracted" by it as some reviews suggest. They are smaller and "kid-sized" which I thought was cute. My nephews (after running around for about 2 hours straight) took a break and played a few games and earned some prizes and were thrilled. -The kids in our party were ages 6, 4, 3, 1.5 and it was the perfect place for them. The only negative I experienced was when we left we were scolded for letting ourselves out. There was no at at the gate to let us out and the kids were getting a little restless. I understand the reasoning behind needing to be let out by staff & have wristbands cut off, but there is definitely a kinder way to handle it- maybe some coaching for the staff on a better way to let people know they need to wait to be let out. A majority of the staff we saw that day were younger and may not have kids of their own, and I know when I was their age I was not thinking the same way parents do, and a little guidance on how to handle situations with kids could be beneficial. read more
