I can't recommend this place more! We will definitely be back. We celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday here this past weekend. It was very last-minute, but I e-mailed with one of the owners, Natalie, about a day and a half before the party, and she was very helpful. I did not have them host the party as it was not cost-effective for the amount of kids we had attending (total of 6), but I did rent a room for 1 hour. We ended up adding a half hour to our room rental (which if we had planned better and ordered the food right away we might not have needed, but it worked out fine for us). I took very minimal decorations- a dozen balloons, table cloths, centerpieces for one table, and coordinating plates/napkins and it took me maybe 5 minutes to set up (while the kids were playing). Overall our entire group had a blast, I don't know who had more fun the kids or the adults. It was recommended to us to arrive an hour early for a variety of reasons and it was advice we took. Our guests still ended up running a little behind and we forgot to order food right away (it took about 20 min for chicken strip platter & basket of fries- which to me wasn't a bad wait time, I just wish I had done it sooner as suggested). Originally we had wanted to have catering from Chick-Fil-A, but they were up front with us that no outside food was allowed, and even though it was a bummer I can understand they are running a business and if they have a restaurant (which I wasn't aware of at the time) then obviously they are going to ban outside food. Half of our guests signed waiver online which saved time, and for our guests who didn't it didn't take long at all. -It was very clean. I observed staff frequently making their rounds cleaning all areas. -Plenty of staff checking in on the multiple play areas. At times there was no staff monitoring the trampoline or barrel swing,which haves signs stating 3 person max, but younger kids who can't read or older kids who disregard would pile in/on there, but I understand staff can't be everywhere at once and this is when parental supervision comes in. -I liked the arcade area. I didn't see many kids "distracted" by it as some reviews suggest. They are smaller and "kid-sized" which I thought was cute. My nephews (after running around for about 2 hours straight) took a break and played a few games and earned some prizes and were thrilled. -The kids in our party were ages 6, 4, 3, 1.5 and it was the perfect place for them. The only negative I experienced was when we left we were scolded for letting ourselves out. There was no at at the gate to let us out and the kids were getting a little restless. I understand the reasoning behind needing to be let out by staff & have wristbands cut off, but there is definitely a kinder way to handle it- maybe some coaching for the staff on a better way to let people know they need to wait to be let out. A majority of the staff we saw that day were younger and may not have kids of their own, and I know when I was their age I was not thinking the same way parents do, and a little guidance on how to handle situations with kids could be beneficial. read more

I had my daughters 4th birthday here and I couldn't be more thrilled on the outcome of everything! The staff is amazing, they clean constantly so you know your kiddos are in a clean environment and playground, so friendly and welcoming. I couldn't have had more of an amazing experience and birthday for my princess. She was so happy and couldn't stop going up and down the slide. This was the best decision I could've made for a perfect party for her. And I want to give a special thank you to Natalie who went above and beyond for me! She was the most delightful woman. She made the party room more perfect than I even pictured. I didn't have to tell her to correct anything to fix any decorations, she was amazing! Overall this place is great. My son who is 8 absolutely had a blast running around and climbing through the giant play structure. Lots of different areas for kids of various ages to play. The place was clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. Didn't try the cafe, so I can't make any comments related. My one complaint, and it seems like a reasonable one, would be the need for better adult seating. There's tables and chairs in the cafe area, and then backless flimsy stools around the place, but neither are even remotely comfortable for an adult who might want to settle in for an hour or 2 and work or visit. Would have gotten 5 stars if could have found a comfortable place to land while my son played. Overall though the place is great and we'd return. read more

So, last year, I had my son's birthday party here. It was amazing! Expensive (About $500), but completely convenient. The owner, Natalie, worked through the plans. She called me throughout the process and when there were updates, such as some ideas that she had, we worked through them. I didn't have to worry about getting the house ready, having to cook, hosting, and party cleanup. I was able to drive to my son's party, as if I were a guest, and everything was done for us. It was the first time I experienced a luxury based birthday party and I told myself that I would definitely do this again. So a year later, here we are, planning a birthday party. I didn't get a phone call throughout the process. I thought that was weird, but I called because after-all, I was the one who had scheduled the party....no biggie. I tell the party host the theme and she let me know some ideas she had. Awesome. Everything is just okay, so far. I did see that they had called me the night before when I checked my voicemail on the day of the party (totally my bad). I go for my son's birthday and see a sign about asking for a 10% discount. Great. So, I ask! The staff members walkie-talkied the manager and asked if a 10% discount could be applied. I overhear on the walkie, "yes...we could do that." I get happy. The staff member looks happy too. Then the manager gets back on the walkie and says no. Then I ask the staff member if I could speak to her...staff member goes on the walkie and asks. The manager says with attitude, "Wait, why does she want to talk to me for? I'm over here..." etc...etc...I overhear grumbling because the staff member then lowered the volume on the walkie...I get mad...my eyes are bulging out of my head because I'm shocked. I then apologize to them for having to work in an environment like that. I then see one of the party hosts come in. The front desk staff tell me that she's my party host. I was a little over-the-top when I saw her, because I really wanted someone...anyone...to be in a some-what-of-a celebratory mode. It's my son's birthday party, for goodness sake. I just tell her that I'm super excited...I tell her I couldn't wait to see the room and that I brought a few extra items for decoration that could literally be sprinkled onto the table. She said, in a very non-energetic tone, "let me put my stuff down and I'll meet you in the back." I waited 15 minutes. Then I see her going back and forth into a neighboring party room bringing paper plates and the like. I don't bother her because I figure she has that other room to do, but then when I realize that we're getting closer to my guests arriving, I stop her. She seemed super tired and was like, "Do you want me to hang up your decorations?" I totally didn't want to bug her, at all...because after all, these were last minute decorations that should have been brought in 1 week ago....so I tell her to just place them on the tables, which she did. The room looked amazing. I loved everything the planner put together. One of the staff members came up to me and told me that I needed to pay the balance. I told her that last year, I paid at the end. I expressed I would pay, but I wanted some sort of resolution. I wasn't receiving the type of service I expected and that I wanted to talk to Natalie first. I let her know I would not leave without paying, but that I wanted to make sure, beforehand, that I spoke with her before payment. I left my number and was told I would get a phone call, which I did not. At the end though, I was given a 10% discount for the remaining balance. I ordered more food, which was not given the 10% discount, which is okay with me. The staff, meaning, the girls who checked the guests in, were very understanding and tried to be accommodating. Some pros: The staff guards that exit door. It's not like John's Incredible Pizza Company, where people go in and out of the exit doors. You feel like the kids are a bit safer. The decorations were amazing. When kids are being aggressive, because some parents do...not...watch...their...kids....then the staff members do, in a kind manner, say that the big kids need to go big kid area. The place is clean. They have great coffee...and since the kids are running around all over the place, parents need their coffee to stay alert and keep up with their kiddos. The food is reasonably priced and it's good. From LOVING this place, I can't say that I have the same enthusiasm for Luv2play. I did not appreciate the aggressive tone in which the manager spoke into the walkie. The manager should uphold a sense of professionalism among her customers and staff. The manager knew I was there. This type of behavior can create a harsh work environment and looking at the faces of the staff, I could see that many of the staff members do not look like they enjoy working here. They look tired, complacent, and ready to quit if they had anything better. read more

We absolutely love this place!! Starting with the staff always friendly when we come in. Vi especially she helped me out with getting a membership for my daughter and was very friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you Vi! We took our children today around 2 pm at this riverside location. After being inside the indoor park for no more than 15 mins my son points out an object on the tables. As he tries to reach for it. I look at it, and It was a pocket knife!!!! Why was there a pocket knife laying around a kids indoor playground?! Where were the staff? Why was this just laying around?!!!! We trust these places would be "safe" for our children . I immediately took it and gave it to the ladies in front counter. I was very upset for the obvious reasons. A tragedy could of had happen today! Luckily no child was harm. I immediately requested to speak to a manager & they say "she's on her lunch break " I replied when she comes back can you let her know and ask her to speak to me . Never came to talk to me until we checked out and I asked for her. She says no one told her about the pocket knife found !!! As she apologizes. This was the most scariest and worst experience ever. I took my 14 month old here for the first time and we had an absolute blast! He loved being able to run around, climb, and touch and play with things with only a rare "no" from me. There is a great mix of things to do. He loved the crawler area and even braved the playset in the toddler area (he's not a huge fan of slides yet, but we'll work on it!). We briefly walked through the playset for the bigger kids and it looked like so much fun! I'm totally jealous that I'm too old to enjoy it myself! The staff was friendly enough. Check in took a little longer than it probably should because the poor girl up front seemed to be splitting her time between taking orders at the cafe and checking people in. The facility is very clean. We even saw a staff member clean the toddler area and the crawler area twice in the short amount of time we were there. The ball pit had a sign saying when it was last sanitized (Sunday, which seems a little gross considering it's Thursday and it's a ball pit for drooly toddlers, but we risked it) We got coffee and it was pretty delicious. We didn't try the food this time, but the prices seem fair for what it is. I do wish there were some healthier options though. My main complaint would be the lack of lockers to keep belongings in. Thankfully it wasn't too crowded so it was easy to keep an eye on my bag, but it would be nice to be free of the stress of worrying about someone stealing my diaper bag. Love this place!!! I've been a regular for 6 months and i love it!!! The staff knows me and my boys well. I have a few favorite workers here, Candy has always been there for my crazy boys and me (crazy mommy of 2 boys) Truely an awesome staff!!! The food is really good too! I visited here last Saturday. I would just like to say the customer service was very lacking. Person behind the counter did not smile and seemed irritated with any questions asked. Being that its a place for kids, they counter representatives were extremely rude. As we were exiting, my son tried exit and the person behind the counter yelled at him to read the sign. Who ever was at the counter laughed. I was a bit behind him as I was gathering the rest of the kids in our group. What all the people laughing at failed to realize is that my son cannot read that well. He is only 6. Instead of making a joke about it, they should have just told him politely. My wife and I go in around 3:30, one staff member takes about 10 mins helping the woman ahead of us. When it's our turn to check in, we're told it's going to be a 1 hour wait time unless we're members? As we were there people were leaving and we did not see anyone else waiting. The worst part of all my 2 year old daughter saw all the kids playing and was excited to get in there and play. But waiting 1 hour is excessive! So we had to leave and my daughter was so disappointed and started crying. I hate when places do that whole membership BS! It's just another way of getting more money out of people. This is a fun place for kids to play. The restrooms and facilities are clean, the staff is nice, and the price of admission is good, BUT.... the cafe prices are terribly overpriced. I got a small latte for over $5.00 and it was literally half the size of a Starbucks tall. It was so tiny it looked ridiculous. Came in around 440 and they couldn't find us in the system told us to re sign so my mom goes to sign herself up again and her kids and the other computer is down so I go tell the girl it's not working and she's like "mhm yeah it's been down" so I ask her why there's no signs then that it's not working and she gives me a blank stare so I walk away and come back and ask her to sign me up again on her computer so she does it and in that time my mom still can't get it the computer to finish the signature so the girl comes back to help out and we finally go to pay and pay for food and she tells us she can't give us the package with the meal bcuz it's 5. Best indoor playground I've been to! I'm not from the area, but I babysit my four year old niece in Riverside a few days a week. Since we have a lot of time to kill and it's been way too hot to go to a park, I brought her here despite a few bad reviews. Price is reasonable and i was pretty excited that they had a coffee bar and café area for snacks - definitely helps when your child doesn't want to leave. The entire floor is padded and chairs are available everywhere looking into the play areas. It was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful when assistance was needed. read more

Really nice, clean place. But our 10 month old could barely play in the baby area, because it was constantly getting swamped with older kids (not toddlers, that would have been fine, but 5-8 year olds). There is one tiny sign on the door that says for kids under 1. But I'm sure most parents don't even notice it because there were plenty of parents in there with their older kids. The staff will tell older kids to leave when you specifically ask, but if not they just hang out in the front area and don't see what's going on. I have nothing against older kids of course, but my daughter who is just learning to walk was getting knocked over and pushed out of the way over and over. Instead of playing with her I had to constantly ask the older kids to be careful around the baby. My two stepdaughters had a blast running around the area for big kids and playing the arcade games. read more

The only reason they get 3 stars from me is because there the only local indoor playground and the younger staff are very polite and friendly. However this place is literally a zoo there's always spills and kids hitting and pulling my daughters hair. The Asian manager lady is always saying really inappropriate things like "oh you look like you've lost weight from the last time I seen you" today I wanted to step out to grab wipes and this same lady says to me "where are you going?" I tell her "I need to get something out of my car can you open the door" she starts shaking her head telling me I can't do that "you can't be coming in and out" like excuse me? I've never had an issue with running to my car when I need an extra change of clothes or anything. If that's a rule than every employee should be following that rule. read more

Luv 2 play is clean, ample and fun! It's not like other indoor playgrounds where you have to stand all the time. You actually have different areas where you can sit and watch your kids run around from a distance. The staff is friendly and always paying attention to safety. My daughter always removes her wrist band so when we exit they do test her and ask "where's your mommy & wheres your daddy" which is pretty smart. Other places in the surrounding areas just go by our word and let us leave. So I do appreciate the extra safety precautions enforced. What I also like is that their rate is for unlimited play time and isn't just two hours. Our kids always have fun here and never get bored! I would recommend this place to any parent wanting to take their kids to a fun place for their kids to play! read more

We have been to a few of these indoor playgrounds and this was definitely not my favorite. The staff at the front desk was rude and they limit the amount of time that you can be at the playground which I haven't experienced at any of the other ones that we've been to. I wrote a review of this place back in 2018. Someone recently copied and pasted it for themselves- I guess it was that well written? Today, I went back for the first time since then. What is happening there now: The coffee shop is closed. Sadness! Arcade games have been removed. Nice! I still love the sports area, which hasn't changed, and has never been mentioned on the website or on reviews. Sadness for no one mentioning it! Maybe because there are Little Tike cars and toy scooters to ride because it's an open space? The area which had the video games has been replaced with 3 different style pretend houses and 2 Little Tike's coaster tracks. Much better! Admission used to be all day for the same price. Now it's 2 hours of play- I think I'm ok with that. lol If you've read this far, I have 2 big criticisms: I haven't gone back in 3 years. My son and I shared the best feature of this place together- the trampoline with the foam blocks. Before Covid, after visiting here, we both got a hard case of the flu at the same time. While we were there, my son and I constantly jumped from the trampoline into the foam blocks. A girl, with a visibly runny nose wiped her nose and jumped into the pit. I'm not saying we got sick from the girl, but I realized at that moment that this is a germ farm! There's no way to sanitize these. They are literally sponges. I'm happy this place is open, but my, now 5 year old, son didn't understand why I wouldn't let him play there. This area honestly should be temporarily closed. The baby crawling area needs a more secure entrance. Having a gate with a lock release on the bottom/inside might help deter the bigger kids from coming in. My son and 4 others took part in the overtaking of this area. My son and his friend were playing on the Little Tikes coasters which are now set up close by the entrance of the baby area. I was in eye sit of this. When I looked up after a few minutes, I didn't see them. I walked over, expecting to find 2 abandoned vehicles. Nope! Both vehicles were is the baby area. I told my son it was an area for babies. Another father came over and told his son to leave, which he did. My son's friend told him they needed to leave, he didn't respond, but she left. I told my son he needed to pick up all the balls he and his friends and thrown around. As I was telling him this, an employee walked in and started cleaning up. There was 1 remaining boy who kept throwing balls out. The employee told him he couldn't be throwing balls, but he was throwing the balls out as soon as she tossed them in. I told my son he needed to come out. He gave me a confused look as he was holding about 7 balls. I told him it was ok, just come out. The employee radioed for back up because of the remaining boy in the pit. This boy also stole my son's smiley face mask off his face earlier....just saying. Most kids aren't looking to misbehave, there just drawn to what looks like fun. Secure the area for the little ones. read more

Great place especially for these rainy days. Staff is always on top of making sure the appropriate age of kids are in the appropriate location. Bathrooms are very clean. Greatest place for kids of all ages (literally) and adults too! The sign in process is easy and has unlimited time for kids for cheap prices. Their facility is huge and clean. They've only been open for about a year. They have a mini arcade for all age kids and the playground is enormous. Adults will have fun chasing after their kids throughout the play place. The food was good also, although it would be nice to have a cook / expo / cashier during busy times or else the girls working wouldn't be able to all the food out fast. A must go to place. A few weeks ago first experience was great, my wife and I took our son and he had a blast. Staff was nice and professional. Today i gave my wife a break and took both of our kids this time after school. We had a great time for the first couple hour and a half until we met Victoria. She was rude to say the least, I felt uncomfortable and got my children and left. I didn't have a Yelp account before, I literally drove away and parked somewhere and took the time to create one. This should explain how dissatisfied I was with her service. We won't be returning I doubt that that would even matter we're just one family but it goes to show how 1 person can make a huge impact. read more

Had a party here today. It was awesome. I had my other daughters party back in may and real bad experience. But my kids love this place so decided to have my oldest party. Everything was perfect. I was very excited when Luv 2 play opened up near my house! They were a little on the pricy side for indoor play areas but I figured we would give it a shot! We went opening day and they had a nice floor plan with a big open are for the kids to run around with giant balls and drive in little cars. Unfortunately it now has pricy video games. They also had the magic sand but took it out because it was to messy. Witch is understandable. My big issue and why I'm writing this review is I attended a birthday party this last weekend and it was horrible. The place was packed and very under staffed. I feel that because they added the video games it takes away from the kids playing area. I was siting in a row of chairs and was constantly being hit by running kids because they had no where else to run. When it came time for the party room only kids had places to sit. There were no party host to help serve the food or drinks. So parents were serving and taking care of the kids. I did see the owner walking around but she always had a angry look on her face so I did not feel comfortable talking to her. Over all yes my son had fun. But I will not be going back due to the price of admission and the staff issues. read more
