I'm a scrubbles fan. The wash is the best drive through wash I've ever used. The vacuums are insane! I have never used the non self cleaning side so I can't comment. For $10 it is a great wash. read more

Just paid $35 for car wash!! My young son could have done a better job. Only half the car was vacuumed, majority of the dash was not even wiped down, and only cleaned front windows. They also scratched my touch screen. Horrible!!!! Do not give them your money. Pay the neighborhood kid will be better job!!! read more

The kiosks in both lanes were not functioning for a few cars causing a delay in the queue for several customers. Makes me wonder if the car wash machines are maintained and functional. Specifically, the kiosks were non-responsive to touch. I tried both lanes without success. When I asked the staff to let me leave, the manager was extremely rude. read more

First time, Last time. Over 90 minutes to get my truck done. They have no clue which ones were there first. My truck was covered with white specks AFTER it was washed. I had to take cleaner wax after them at home after the kids that work said "there is nothing they can do about it". Yes you just had to rub them out, looked like dried wax drips. This place is laugh, save your money and go somewhere esle. Inside still had areas. never were touched. Guess I was lucky, the woman next door to me suffered over $600 in damages from this place. read more

I have used Scrubbles in Fleming Island, FL three times. Each time I have been disappointed. Their machinery and brushes just don't cover all of the car. At first because the place was new I thought just some adjustments were needed. But I later found out after two more tries that the whole car doesn't get clean. And I don't have an unusual shaped car. I have a Honda Pilot. also, the tire shine gets applied very haphazardly. Only about 30% of the tire has a shine. After this third wash I went and talked to the man in charge and he didn't seemed concerned at all. He didn't offer a refund nor apologized nor said he was sorry. I won't be going back there anymore. read more

My first time trying to get my car washed here in Fleming Island and it's a complete joke! We are watching their staff sit around and talk for an hour while customers (including myself) are waiting to get their cars washed. Management is poor at best. I brought up the situation to him and he said "what do you want me to do about it?" If you want an hour to two hour car wash, come here. Maybe they will get it done. They are charging $35 for this horrible servic. read more

Didn't realize you had to do the interior yourself unless you spend $35 which we did and we're disappointed. Took 25 min and still had sap on windshield. When we asked about it they said sorry it doesn't come off. Seemed like a bunch of kids working there. Won't go back read more

Great car wash, great value. I use the monthly service and am a regular visitor. Vacuums are powerful, people are great. I highly recommend using their service and purchasing one of the monthly memberships. read more

Ok, it's been a year since I left my initial review which was five stars. I'm not disgruntled, I'm incredibly disappointed in the downward trajectory this place has taken in the past year. I'm a monthly member so I'm a frequent flyer, I go thru at least 3 times a week and the service has gotten worse with every visit since about July. I was paying for the unlimited service a cost of 34.99 per month and I discovered when I pressed the receipt button that I was getting someone else's 15 dollar service for about 3 months while being billed 34.99. It took a few months of constantly badgering them to get it figured out. Every time I showed up the guys just upgraded me to the level I was paying for until it was finally fixed. I never did receive the credit for the 3 months of service but that's not important at this point. The last 4 times I noticed the brushes on the right side weren't working and the tires shine didn't work. Additional the supplies to dry off my vehicle and clean my windows has gotten pretty slim as well. Today I showed up and account displayed canceled so I waited for as long as it took for 4 other cars to get thru the kiosk for the manager to come out and see what was going on. He told me after going back into the office a few times that my card denied the monthly transaction to which I threw a Bullsh!t flag as I was looking at my account online just to double check to make sure nothing had been withdrawn. Long long story short after all of the troubles over the past few months and the fact that the car wash according to the newest manger was awaiting part I decided to cut my losses and move along. It seem a bit dishonest to have a broken car wash and not inform the customers, particularly the ones that are paying per wash. I think the concept of the Scrubbles Carwash is an excellent one, I think the employees I've gotten to know are wonderful and I think management at this point leaves a lot to be desired. I will probably try a different Scrubbles as soon as another one opens around town but Fleming Island one and I have parted company. This is a my honest review after a year of continuous use. Used the car wash, located in Fleming Island, one time, November 2021. When I went through, some part of the car wash broke the rear spoiler off my vehicle. I informed the assistant manager, due to the manager not being there. Him and another male, who identified as a general manager, came out took photos and advised me that I needed to get two quotes from an auto body shop and have them presented. The GM even recommended Gerber collision and glass. I obtained two quotes and hand delivered them to the office, giving them to the assistant manager that assisted me on the day of the incident. He told me the manager would review them and then call me. The manager nor anyone from this company at has contacted me since. I spoke with one person, once, and they told me it was being reviewed. That was in early February. I have emailed and called the store and corporate with no response. If they are not willing to repair damages their machine did, then why waste the time of the customer to get quotes. Just tell them, you won't pay and move on. Horrible business, won't return and advise others not to as well! read more

This place is a scam! All the cars go through the same 3 minute wash, regardless of what you pay, and it doesn't even clean very well. And unless you buy the most expensive package you have to clean the interior yourself. You're better off using the car wash at the gas station for $8. read more

I very rarely write bad reviews but I'm just completely floored by how unprofessional this place is. I made the mistake in early December of going here to get my car washed. While going through the car wash my rear tail light was somehow knocked completely off my vehicle and was run over by the car behind me. Even though they visually walk around and inspect your vehicle beforehand to make sure there's nothing obviously damaged, loose, etc. before you go in - not only did they not call me back re: my claim, (I had to call back after over a month of not hearing from them) they refused to reimburse me b/c my vehicle has over 100K miles on it (around 110K miles, 2013 Lincoln Navigator) and because they said it came off during the blow dry. (Not sure if that's true or really even why that matters - something is obviously faulty since it was powerful enough to literally break my tail light assembly from the inside and rip it off the vehicle.) There was nothing wrong with my tail light prior to this and it was securely fastened to my vehicle pre-Scrubbles. So now I'm out over $250 for a new tail light assembly. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. But don't just take my word for it - look at all of the terrible reviews. Trust me, I wish I had! read more

the wash didn't even wash the dirt off the roof of my car. also, the people who detailed my car did a horrible job. my car was not that dirty to begin with but it didn't look as though they vacuumed or wiped anything down. not to mention, there were still fingerprints all over my back window! definitely would not recommend coming here. big city car wash is better, and cheaper. read more
