This is not touchless. Read a review that it was and drive the 15 mins only to be disappointed. So leaving this review for someone else

More a 3.5/5 star experience, and here's why. I paid $20 for the automated wash level one step up…read morefrom basic "Wash & Dry" - Already that's half of what I'd pay for a hand wash at a local competitor. My car has been ultra-pollen coated and it was time to do a deep clean. My first reaction coming out of the automated wash tunnel was that my car was still dripping water, the dry function was incomplete. I pulled into the self-cleaning bay with vacuums (on extension hoses) and a full suite of cleaning products, brushes, rags, and sprays - Amazing! I couldn't wait to try all the things. I put my cream colored floor mat through the automatic mat brush machine. It zoomed through in half of a second, got nothing out of the mat, and came out brown. Disgusting and such bad news for a cream colored mat - I learned my lesson so fast not to use that thing again. Beat it out by hand and used the hand vacuum to try and salvage it, but knew I'd have to hand wash it at home to get the gross out. The wash did not get the lower portion of my car clean, left build up gunk still on my car's lines and crevices, and somehow just didn't clean my roof. How does a car wash not clean your roof? I hand sprayed and wiped it down. I also made heavy use of the rags to clean my door jambs, trim, lights, dash, gadgets, and gas tank door. Their soft brush tire shine brush is great for getting into crevices and making sure your full wheel is glossy. The rags came in clutch for the grooves and indents of my wheel wells also. In all, the self-service stations are very well appointed, the vacuums are decently strong (not optimal, but decent) and you can do all the detailing yourself - so that's worth something right there. But to pay $20 to drive through a tunnel and then have to go back and hand-clean so much of your car, feels like a bit of an overcharge, IMHO.

The price is right and convenient for those that need regular washes or for me that just want a really deep clean once every season. The guys spent much time taking care of my vehicle, it was thoroughly spotless I must say. Plus, the waiting room was awesome with games, chilled temp, comfy seating and vending machine! Heads up, if you have a sedan, you must tell them to clean/vacuum the trunk (they only do so automatically with SUVs). I was very impressed and will be coming back.

Read before spending the $$$$…read more Revising my rating. I had Cory come out for "my annual maintenance" a few months back. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. Don't waste more time researching and calling around. Sure, check out their reviews. I have yet to see another company or business of any kind with all 5-star reviews.

This was my first visit--and now I have a problem, because I'm not going anywhere else. Walter was the lead on my car, and the guy is basically an artist disguised as a detailer. The level of attention he gave was borderline obsessive--in the best possible way. Every surface, every corner... flawless. And on top of that, he couldn't have been nicer. Professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I'll be requesting him every time. They've got a ton of wash and detailing options depending on how deep down the rabbit hole you want to go, and the waiting area is actually a pleasant place to hang out while your car gets pampered. Is it cheap? No. But neither is driving around in something that looks like it's been through a sandstorm. You get what you pay for--and in this case, you get your car back looking better than you remember it. Highly recommend.
