My car left this wash in worse condition than it entered. After visiting the LUV Car Wash on La Cienega, I discovered damage to my side mirror. I noticed it shortly after leaving and reported it immediately upon discovering the issue. I documented the damage with photos and attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company. The most disappointing part has been the complete lack of customer service. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. No follow-up. No investigation. No effort to make things right. I understand that businesses may dispute damage claims. What I don't understand is refusing to communicate with a customer at all. A company with multiple locations and a large corporate presence should be able to do better than simply ignoring customers when there's a problem. I had an excellent first experience at LUV Car Wash! My car was absolutely filthy and in desperate need of a wash, and I was looking for a place that offered express options since I'm too lazy to get out of my car. Upon pulling up, I was immediately greeted by a friendly team member, who took the time to explain the different prices and package options. I told her that I was just interested in an express wash, and I appreciated that she didn't try to upsell me into purchasing a membership. I easily paid with my tap card and continued onto the car wash tunnel, where another friendly employee guided me into the right spot and reminded me to park my car in neutral and keep my windows up and foot off the pedal. I was pleased with how quickly the wash was completed, and while dryers didn't get every drop of water off, it was pretty damn close. Afterwards, I headed over to the vacuum stations that are included in the car wash price. I was pleasantly surprised with how strong the vacuums are! They were much better than some other places I've tried. I took my time vacuuming every nook and cranny of my car interior, and they even provided clean, damp towels for any remaining areas that needed attention. All in all, I'm very happy with the level of quality and service I received, especially for the affordable $11.99 price point. I'll definitely be back! read more

Hello I went on July 4th in the morning around 9:30-11ish and it was my first time there. I wanted to get a membership but the customer service was horrible the assistant manager I believe her name is Gaby was sitting on the curb on her phone and talking with the other African American employee with a hat and not paying attention to me or making me feel a priority. No frills drive thru car wash. Relatively affordable. The drying bays are very clean. I like that the vacuums are free, and there are also free air fresheners that smell really good. Unfortunately they don't last too long. If you forget towels, they have some available for use, though they are often used and wet. read more

Last March 2026, I was operating my vehicle at LUV Car Wash located at 1907 La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90034. After being directed onto the conveyor-style car wash track, I placed my vehicle in neutral as instructed. Once on the conveyor, my vehicle was moved solely by the mechanical conveyor system, and I had no control over its forward movement. While proceeding through the wash, traffic ahead came to a stop. Due to water, soap, and the moving equipment inside the tunnel, visibility was limited. However, it became apparent that the vehicles ahead were no longer moving while the conveyor continued pushing vehicles forward. As the conveyor continued to advance, my vehicle was pushed toward the vehicle in front of me. Because my vehicle was in neutral and under the control of the conveyor system, I was unable to prevent it from moving forward. Despite the traffic stoppage ahead, the conveyor continued operating, causing vehicles to become compressed together. The conveyor was stopped and restarted multiple times during the incident. However, the blockage at the exit area was not cleared before operations resumed. As a result, the vehicles continued to be pushed forward into one another. My vehicle ultimately made contact with the rear of the car in front of me after the conveyor continued advancing despite the lack of space between vehicles. At all times, my vehicle remained in neutral as instructed by LUV Car Wash personnel, and I had no ability to independently control or stop the forward movement of my vehicle. After exiting the car wash, I spoke with the driver of the car in front of me and employees of LUV Car Wash regarding the incident. We filled out some paperworks and left our contact numbers. Since it was a Sunday, no onsite manager was on duty. We spoke thru phonecall named Christopher. We were informed that incident reports would be completed and that management would review the matter and would contact us. My vehicle sustained damage to the front bumper and grille area as a result of the collision. Based on my observations, the incident occurred because vehicles were unable to exit the conveyor system while the conveyor continued to push vehicles forward, creating a chain-reaction collision. The situation appeared to be caused by a blockage at the exit area and the failure to stop the conveyor system in a timely manner. Following the incident, my insurance company made multiple attempts to contact LUV Car Wash to discuss the claim and obtain information regarding the accident. To my knowledge, those calls were not returned. Due to the lack of response, I personally visited the location after a week of the incident and spoke with the manager on duty, identified as Ruby. During our conversation, I found Ruby to be dismissive and unaccommodating regarding my concerns. I asked whether she had thoroughly reviewed the surveillance footage of the incident and advised that a careful review would show that the staff on duty were not adequately managing traffic flow or responding appropriately to the conveyor malfunction and resulting vehicle backup. Rather than addressing these concerns, she appeared focused on defending the actions of the facility and its employees. To date, neither LUV Car Wash nor its management team has contacted me to provide an update, discuss the findings of any investigation, or assist in resolving the damages resulting from this incident. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating and has left me with no confidence that the matter is being handled appropriately. read more

This is by far the best car wash express ever. The value is also very good at $11 for the basic wash. It is so refreshing that all their brushes work! They apply soap to the car twice and rinse it twice. They have two different types of vacuum heads, free towels, and free window cleaner. The facility is also clean and well-maintained. I just learned there is more than one location. I will definitely be looking for them. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. During my car wash on 5/4/26, the wash knocked the glass off my side mirror. An incident report was completed, and Chris the GM told me corporate would be contacting me, but nobody ever reached out. I've tried calling multiple times with no answer and even sent an email on 5/8/26 that was completely ignored as well. Accidents happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely unprofessional. Update on my review; They decided NOT to fix my mirror. Car parts are not cheap at all, so I highly don't appreciate being given the runaround for weeks just to decline fixing something I came in with & left without. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! DO NOT GO THERE! They turned it into a self-service car wash. You stay in your car. I am not claustrophobic but I almost jumped ot of the car when the soap covered all the windows. The car did not come out completely clean,. I had to vacuum it myself, wipe the windows. There was tree sap on the hood that did not come off. The lady there said I would have to take a rag and clean it myself. Granted, I only paid $11, but I will never ever go back there. The previous car wash was so good. It's a shame it went out of business. I have never hated a car wash. I have had some poor service a few times, but I've been driving 55 years and this was the worst experinece ever. read more

LUV is awesome! I just moved to Culver City and LUV was my first carwash. Such a great experience. Bryan at the kiosk was extremely helpful and really nice! I love great customer service. I wanted to write a quick review to reflect my positive experience at LUV car wash today. Personally I have enjoyed using semi self-serve car wash stations as I am particular in drying and cleaning my car. Today I tried the $17.99 car wash option. The worker that was standing by the gate/purchase station was patient and kind, explained all the options to each customer. The car wash itself was a decent amount of time. Please be aware you are sitting in the car and driving it through the machine, similar to the gas station ones but this one is much longer. You are able to pull up to the drying area afterwards where they provide different type of vacuum cleaners, glass cleaner, as well as drying towels. There were plenty of parking spaces available. Personally, I would return and recommend if you enjoy cleaning your car on your own with space at a decent price point. They also have monthly passes available if you are a frequent car washer. read more

I went to this car wash to ask about their services and was initially interested. However, I was later told that I had to vacuum the car myself and then drive it through the car wash machine. I explained to the staff member that I suffer from anxiety and that this setup was not something I could do comfortably. I asked her to void the transaction, and she assured me that the charge would be refunded within three days. After several days with no refund, I sent emails to follow up. Instead of honoring the voided transaction, I was told that I needed to cancel a membership. I never used the service, and I never agreed to keep or use any membership.
