I came from Las Vegas to try this place and I wasn't disappointed! We tried their protein donuts and a shake! WOW! My mango pineapple shake was the rockstar! It was a 100000000/10! Add chamoy and tajin and boy was this a game changer! The donuts were moist and so yummy! 8/10! I am so honored to have gotten to check this amazing place out as the service is outstanding ! Their store is so adorable with their decor! It's so comfy and cozy! I would recommend this place 1000 percent! Until next visit! Cheers, Lady Fox

got the caramel delite in a kids size ($6!) it was a perfect size since i didn't want too much with my lunch. the person working was super helpful and friendly! the drink was made quickly which was nice bc i was on the way back to work. i liked the consistency bc it wasn't foamy or airy like some other places, and it was actually cold with blended ice so it was truly like a smoothie! other places i've had made it cold but not like a blended smoothie so this was great! definitely have to try other ones *went a few times after and got to try: nutter butter, white chocolate snickers, and chocolate peanut butter which were SO good! $11 for a pretty big cup! the nutter butter is def my favorite

Great healthy protein shakes that have good flavoring. This place is a bit hard to spot, but coming across it I decided to walk in and give it a try as I was shopping in that strip mall. It was a nice surprise as the owner was courteous and offered advice as to my selection. It was good to hear that she plans on upgrading the decor and make the place more inviting from street view.

This place was a breath of fresh air in the world we live in today lol walked in and was greeted by two super friendly very nice people who were like-minded. Super sweet and personable, even got a little note on my cup, which I didn't notice till after They have a big variety of drinks, which is awesome so if you want coffee version, you can have that if you want just a smoothie version you can have that if you wanna go with the fruity version, you can do that., I got the cinnamon toast crunch and yes, it did taste just like cinnamon toast crunch. You can tell that it's healthy but it doesn't taste like protein bars or any of those protein shakes you get from the gas station. This actually tasted legit and I'm gonna go back here and try the other stuff not to mention they don't really use cereal but it does taste just like it Inside is nice and mellow if you want to stay and study or whatever I know that if they were to make homemade protein balls or pastries or bars or anything like that even cookies, I would be very inclined to try those as well Highly recommend this place

The tea was refreshing with a nice boost of energy, and the smoothie tasted like a treat without feeling heavy or sugary. The staff was super friendly, and the vibe inside was welcoming and clean. You can really tell they care about offering quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors, highly recommend!

The LIT Teas are not only refreshing, but are amazing for an energy boost to get you through the day. I love that there's such a wide variety of drinks, something for every taste and need, even kid-friendly non-caffeinated options. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and way better than your typical grab-and-go protein drink. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. The drinks aren't just delicious, they also look fun, colorful, and so pretty, which makes them even more of a treat. Seriously SO delicious and leaves you feeling amazing! The coffee gave me a pep in my step without the jitters, and the smoothie had me feeling great afterward. Plus 24 grams of delicious protein! You really can't go wrong. The teas are refreshing and tasty too. They even have kid sizes! Such an easy way to get my picky toddler to enjoy protein. Definitely check them out, I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Luv Nutrition! Rachel was absolutely amazing--so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything and made sure the smoothies were tailored perfectly. I tried two different smoothies, and both were --fresh, flavorful, and you can really taste the quality ingredients. Not overly sweet, not chalky, just clean and nourishing. I felt energized and satisfied after, not weighed down. You can tell Rachel truly cares about her customers and their health. Just tried this place yesterday... and my only regret is not coming to check it out sooner. I got one of the teas and a protein shake/smoothie. I was so full from the smoothie and the tea gave me all the energy that I needed for the rest of my busy day. Both were delish and it was about the time and cost of a run to a fast food place but WAY healthier. This place is an absolute gem and I'll be going back regularly. read more

Wow, this was exactly what I was looking for. Visiting family from out of state and after the gym in search of coffee and protein and found it here! S'mores protein coffee with "skinny" creamer, delicious. I hate tasting protein in my drinks and the flavors were there to save the bitter protein taste we all know. 180mg Caffeine, 30G protein, 200 calories and 4G of sugar for the DOUBLE. Yes please. Amazing. So glad we stopped in. read more

The fact that I can get a DECADENT tasting shake that is no guilt? Score! Honestly i don't know if you can get that anywhere else? Everywhere else is just fruit shake options... But this is the only place I've found that makes decadent, sweet tasting shakes that are GOOD FOR YOU! And the taste did not disappoint. I plan to try every single one will definitely be back! I have consistently had positive experiences at this place, making it my go-to spot for protein shakes whenever I'm in the area. The husband and wife team (I didn't know this info until I followed their Instagram), who run the place, are incredibly welcoming and always available to answer any questions I have about add-ons and flavors. My personal favorite is the S'mores shake, to which I add flavorless fiber and probiotics to aid my unpredictable digestive system. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable! The interior has limited seating since it is mainly for to-go. There's ample parking outside. read more

Wooooooooooo this place is actually pretty darn good. I have to admit it taste terrific. The mix and blends that the owner does is spot on. The ones we got were the smoothies and they come with Protein and I love the nutrition values they each have. I would definitely try this place out incase you we're debating if you should or not. It made my drink very thick and unevenly distributed throughout my sipping experience because of how heavy the jam is compared to the milk and Matcha. I also tried on a separate trip the lychee tea, which was OK. The reviews are right when they mention the drinks are very sugar forward very sweet and I did have the barista reduce the sweetness in my tea, but the syrup used for the lychee just doesn't make well for the type of experience that I'm used to when I purchase tea from other competing stores.
