The place has limited seating but I always grab my drink to go. The customer service was cool. They were busy so it seemed most of the focus was on getting the drinks out and served. The coffee is why you come here! I totally get why Henry's Coffee is popular. You get well-crafted drinks from baristas who care about their work. My go-to orders are the raspberry honey latte and the honey latte. I get them iced and I can taste the delicious espresso and it is not too sweet or diluted with milk. If I am in the area more, I would come to Henry's Coffee more often. I tend to go when I am visiting family.

Finally, after what felt like an unnecessarily long wait, she casually motioned that they weren't open until 5:00 AM -- a direct contradiction to the posted hours. While I understand that holiday schedules or operational variations can sometimes occur, there's no excuse for blatantly ignoring a customer who is waiting patiently and visibly. This behavior wasn't just inconvenient -- it was deliberately rude. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've experienced consistently poor service at this location multiple times. The repeated disregard for customers' time and basic courtesy points directly to flawed leadership and management that either tolerates or encourages this kind of attitude. If the team is allowed to treat people this way, it reflects a deeper cultural problem that prioritizes neither customers nor professionalism.
