I then showed Sandra my coupon. She seemed reluctant to apply it, but she eventually did, and the total displayed was $219. However, when it came time to pay, she charge me $436 instead. Thankfully, I noticed the amount before signing the paperwork. When I pointed out the mistake, her reaction made me feel as though she thought it was funny. It left me with the impression that she didnt think i was paying attention and she thought she could get over on me like im stupid. The situation made me feel very uncomfortable, and I honestly questioned whether I was being charged correctly. I left feeling like I had to closely monitor the transaction to avoid being overcharged TWICE, which is not how a customer should feel. I hope Visionworks looks into this experience so that other customers don't have to go through the same thing.
