Let's be honest - I was wondering over the SECOND I received a complimentary mimosa. The inside of the salon was clean, and they played music I actually wanted to hear. I wish there was a TV facing the way I was sitting, but I appreciated the fact that another TV on the wall played cartoons for any little ones who might accompany their grown up. My nails look so clean, and my nail tech Tiffany gave me a bottle of water on the house and engaged me in some slight welcomed small talk, but allowed me to enjoy my time in silence also. I will be back to use them again. Pricing is similar to most nail salons in the area. They will be having a "happy hour" Monday-Wednesday with 15% discount. I am not a frequent customer but i have gone here the last 2 years a few times a year. I got my wedding nails done here (attached "shell" like french tip). This new location was not it. It has been open a month and although i don't mind waiting i got there at 2pm on Saturday and left at 5pm. It was only a manicure, no pedicure. There were 3 techs but only 1 doing design so the other 2 were only prepping the nails. I asked for a pink on pink french tip as a yr ago i had it done and it was powder and i kept thinking about them. The new location did it with gel and it was NOT pink on pink. The tech put pink over the WHITE french tips. I am not happy with them. For the hours that i was there i did not want to complain again. They had quality work before. Gel x nails were great but the color and gel were not what my expectations were. read more

I want to start off by saying that Chelsey provided such great service and showed true integrity! I love love love how my pedicure was done with care--it was my first time trying this place, and overall it was a great experience. However, I do want to mention that my grandma received a deluxe pedicure from Linlina (sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong), and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. She skipped some steps of the deluxe service and seemed rushed, like she didn't really want to do it. Both my grandma and I noticed this, which was disappointing. To top it off, we hadn't even left the salon before my grandma's polish smudged. We understand this may have been because we opted for regular polish instead of gel and only two coats were applied--but still, when a regular pedicure ends up feeling more complete than a deluxe, it's definitely a letdown. read more

I never write reviews unless its a very bad experience. I went with my kids for a mani/pedi. Upon receiving the service I called the place asking if they only changed polish on my kids and the manager started screaming at me on the phone. Ive never had that kind of experience ever in my life. I only called to confirm if my kids received the service I requested since I was sitting on my other side. Prior to me making my appt they said all of us will be taken care of together but when I went there they did my kids first and then me and I couldnt even enjoy getting my pedicure because by then my kids were done and kept disturbing me. Everyone around me was offered a menu with complimentary drinks besides me. I had to ask half way into my appointment for water. It felt rushed. I expressed how one of my nails was thin and hurting and she grabbed my hand and buffed it hard to where to started bleeding. She also had me soak my entire fingers in acetone rather than wrapping each nail in foil. I tried to only dip my nails in the acetone but she forced my fingers into the bowl. I paid $60 for a regular gel manicure which is super pricey. My nails look splotchy. Very unhappy with this service read more

Very unfortunate to write this because we were looking for a new nail salon for our routine services and this place turned out not to be it. First time we came in, no appointment, waited about 30 minutes until they told us they were too busy and to come back. so we left and came back an hour or two later and it was fine (although still waiting 30 min after returning). Gave them another shot but with an appointment this time and they had us wait 50 minutes then had someone file off our gel coat and wait for a technician. we ask how much longer it will be and they say 10-15 minutes. sooo i still have to wait over an hour after my appointment time? it is great that they are busy but hire more staff and show appreciation for those planning ahead wanting to support your business. we left without any polish because we couldn't wait any longer. (still left a small tip). cherry on top is they started waxing the woman's eyebrows next to me while doing her nails. just weird dude. will not be returning. Don't come here unless you have hours of free time for a simple gel fill. read more
