Today I went for eyeglasses adjustment because my nose pads weren't symmetrical and one nose pad is touch my eyelid. Ricky one staff member came out to help me with it but only use an intimidating behavior to his satisfaction and convinced me that it seems perfect for him. I asked if he can use a tool instead of just his fingers for adjustment but Ricky insisted that his finger is a tool and the right tool.
