I came from out of town to visit this place with my friends because my last visit that I came I had a great experience which was less then one year ago. Recently I came with 6 of my friends and wanted to come in and have a good time. The guy in the front who claims to be "the manager" has his own way of running the place, by being rude to people. He literally told everyone to stop talking and be quiet. He comes out every 5 minutes letting us know he will let us in less then 10 minutes. He then comes out and states that it's gonna be more then an hour wait because he was not feeling our group, and had people calling him and he starts letting people cut the line. They literally lost 3 big groups because of this incident. And then the "so called manager" comes to my friends and says I'm not letting you guys in because of your friend and walks away. We were so frustrated to drive one hour and wait one hour and this is the service we receive. This place has bad service.. They choose who they want to let in and have their own groups that they put in. I suggest the business owner really changes his management and figures out how to train his employees to treat clients with respect. read more

This place was amazing! Luna the manager is so sweet and helpful. We traveled far to visit this place due to the great reviews sat night and didn't know we needed a reservation to sit inside. However we were able to sit outside in front in the patio area with our liquor and still do hookah. Luna tried to accommodate us to get a seat inside but the reservation list was 2 pages long. The waitress was very sweet and helpful. I did the fruit bowl hookah and enjoyed the flavor the waitress recommended. Just be aware sat nights you need to make a reservations bc sat night they have belly dancers & live dj as well. It was a party in the inside. It was so lit inside , i was a little sad we couldn't get seated inside but I'm going to come back next weekend. Also the bathroom was so clean. Very impress read more

I used to go this place a while ago, it used to be ok, nothing too special. Now they now have new ownership and more importantly, new management! Luna is the manager, she is absolutely unbelievable! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with an incredible personality and a big smile. She spent the whole night checking on us to make sure we were good and made sure our night was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything else! And to top it off, the receipt was cheaper than all the competitors! They have belly dancers on the weekend, amazing fruit head hookah, and a DJ with a full dance floor, with BYOB! I have definitely found my new hookah spot! Ive been to luxe Hookah Lounge a lot in the past year. And i was there last night and i seen the reviews about last night and that isn't what happened no one knows the situation that happened and no one should write a review if they don't know the truth. Honestly i go to the lounge and the manager and staff are very professional and the hookahs are great! Ive never seen what happened last night there unfortunately it was bad group of guys that have no respect and it was their first time being there i think they usually have a great crowd of people there. I had a blast at this place tonight! We did have to wait an hour because we didn't make a reservation but it was well worth the wait, the host (which I found out later is the manager) was so friendly and has a great personality and she makes you want to keep coming back! This place was the old Rotana Cafe but they recently was taken over by new owners and new management and thank god it's a 100% better! They remodel it, it looks great! Friday and Saturday nights they have DJ and a belly dancer for sure going to go back and check that dancer out but th time I'll make a reservation first thanks again for an awesome experience! read more

I went to check out this place and it was by far an awesome place to hang out at! Me and my guys was greeting by the manager Luna very sweet, professional and she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and satisfied by always checking in on us.
