So I booked them for a house cleaning at $95/hour, which already felt pretty steep, but whatever. At first they're like "yeah no problem, we can get you scheduled within 2 days!" Great, right? Wrong. Then they call back - oh sorry, cleaner's out, how about 2 weeks from now? Then it changes again to 3 days. Like, make up your mind? The scheduling was a joke. They give you a 3-hour window when they might show up. Who has time to sit around for 3 hours waiting? They promise to give you a specific time the day before, but even then it's still an hour-long window. But here's where it gets really ridiculous. Day of the cleaning, I miss a call from them. I call back literally 10 minutes later and they say everything's fine, no problem. Then a few hours later, another call - "oh the cleaner is out sick, so we can't come today. BUT if you want, we can send two cleaners and you just pay double!" Are you kidding me?? What kind of business operates like this? Save yourself the money and frustration and go with literally any other cleaning service. There are tons in the area that actually know how to run a business.

The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling). The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.
