Been here in the past and had an ok experience so decided to return. Went back with an appointment and they pretty much left me sitting there. Why take the appointment and not be able to fulfill the request. What is even more frustrating is that nothing was said. Not even we are running late or when they would be able to accommodate me. I understand that time may overlap at times but on the hospitality or professionalism on this business they fail tremendously. It was as if they overbook the appointment not to lose business not taking into consideration to our time needs as well. I guess return customers just don't matter. I don't suggest you visit this salon unless you have absolutely nothing to do for the rest of the day. read more

In love with this nail salon. Every time I go, the service is amazing, the staff are very good, and I've never had to wait (with an appointment). I take my daughter sometimes too. So I loved this salon. But 3 weeks ago I made an appointment and I had to wait 45 minutes. Then I had scheduled my 3 week appointment which was today. My appointment was at 4pm and I was there by 330. I went to get lunch and came back at 4pm. At 430 a guy tells me that he doesn't know if they can do my nails because someone took my spot. I got my nails done Friday that same day the polish chip (gel mani $40). I call to let them know what happen they told me to come back and they will fix it. When I went back I waited 30-40min for one nail to be fix. Come Saturday not evening a complete 24hrs my polish was cracking. I get gel mani all the time and my polish don't crack and I pay less then $40. Zero stars! If you want Ombré, beware! Just like someone else mentioned in their review, they have problems with Ombré and if you can't do it then just tell customers instead of promising Ombré. I was assigned an older man that I had never had. He has glasses. I really thought that everyone there was good. I asked him if he knew how to do Ombré. He said yes and he pulled up a mannequin hand that had ombré and I confirmed that this was the look I wanted. He did his work and in the end, my nails looked nothing like the mannequin and didn't look like Ombré in the slightest! I slightly complained to him and he brushed it off. I went to the sink to wash my hands and showed my nails to one of his co workers thinking that they would see it and would have my back because any sane person could see that it was not Ombré! It looked horrible! He spoke to him in his language and then walked away. The guy that was servicing me first said it was my fault because of the light pink color that I picked (mind you, I just chose whatever the mannequin had), so I walked over to the mannequin and asked why it was able to be done properly on the Mannequin and not on my hands... guess what he said! He pointed to and touched the skin on my fingers and said that it didn't come out the same because of my "DARK SKIN" and the Mannequin is light/plastic. Once it registered what he was saying, I stood up and repeated his words back to him and he then denied saying it because other customers were now looking. I paid my $70 for horrible Ombré and left... me and my dark skin won't be back! They really don't care about customer service and take no accountability! read more

Today was my first time here. It will be my last. My appointment was for 4:30pm. They took me on time. Told me to pick a color. I said I just want a pink and white French pedicure. There was a 30 something year old man who did my pedicure. He did not clean underneath my nails. He did not shape my nails. He barely used the pumice. No buffing of the top of my nails. He used the exfoliating scrub but never use lotion. Yes, you read correctly. NO LOTION. A pedicure with NO LOTION. He said he was done. But as you can see from the pic.... it was more like a tragedy than a pedicure. A female employee came over and tried to help the situation and then blamed me for not choosing the pink that I wanted as the base coat. So now it's 5:30 and I'm a arguing with them to please do my nails over because it was embarrassing to have nails that look like a preschooler did them. She said it would take about another 20 minutes. I told her I don't have another 20 minutes just put a different color instead of French. She noticed that he did not even lotion my feet and proceeded to paint my toes with cuticle oil. Really?!?!? And on top of it all she made me pay for the "pedicure". read more

I went to this salon for the first time last week on a Saturday. I made an appointment so there was no wait and I was seated immediately. The front desk person was very welcoming. The place looks very new and clean. All the implements are taken out of individual sanitation packs. The chairs are amazing and the customer service top notch! I have been going here for almost a year but my last 3 visits have been horrendous. I paid for a 65$ for a full set in May and 5 of them came off within a week. I was completely ripped off. Also, my nail tech told me that if I were to tip on the card, I had to pay at least $10 minimum because cards have a minimum transaction amount. I felt completely ripped off. Since they all broke off Within 2 weeks, I gave my nails a rest. I brushed off that experience and decided to get another full set a week ago. Since last week, every single one of my nails fell off. My nail tech also claimed that Tipping on card is not allowed. I had to go next door to the ATM and take out tip money while also getting charged the ATM fee. I called and complained and they said they would fill it for free. I went to the salon yesterday and then they claimed they never said that, and that it would be $5 for each nail. OK so... I saw a girl on my snapchat who got her nails done at this place so I had my mom call then and ask them how much it would be to get long matte tips and they said a price in all of $35 and that is usually the price in other nail salons so when i went i had an appointment made already and i went with 2 friends. So we sit down my mom had just spoke to the guy at the front desk and he told her the same price "$35" and then she left and i tell the guy who is suppose to do my nails what i wanted and he gives me a price of $55 dollars he charged me 10 dollars for length which for me was pretty short and he charge $5 matte and $5 shape and for my friend he charged her $65 because she wanted A dot on her ring finger whats next $5 dollars for a chair to sit in!!! So pretty much he took advantage because my mom had already left so he thought i was dumb enough to pay him $55 when the price he gave my mom for everything was $35 IT WAS CRAZY so i told my mom to call the store and ask again and he started screaming at my MOTHER infront of everyone telling her I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU EITHER YOUR DAUGHTER GETS HER NAILS DONE OR SHE DOES'NT I DONT CARE, BUT I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU and when my mom would talk he would say "are you done running your mouth". and here is another side story. I was at wendys next door with my cousins and this African American woman comes in to get something to eat and all of a sudden a worker from the nail salon comes chasing her in saying " you took a candy bar from my salon and you left, i am going to call the police!!!" this is infront of every single person in wendys he harassed her and chased her into wendys. This woman had an appointment but i guess they weren't ready so while she was sitting she had a kit kat and then went to wendys because she was hungry until her appointment and this man follows her and screams at her infront of everyone! DO NOT COME HERE Unless you are willing to spend about $80 or more. And do not leave your kids here alone. If i where to recommend any places i would recommend Kims nails in wood ridge nj or Krazy Nails in Lodi. It is a price of pretty much $35 in all and they turn out beautiful. (5/20/17) Waited 28 minutes past appt time. They dont even have the names of the gel polish. They are a bit pricey. Would not recommend unless you got a long time that you don't have anything to do. (6/3/17) - 3 nails broke last week and it was only a week from getting nails done. I didn't have the time last week so went today. Since i paid for nails that should last longer, I had to go back there to get fixed, even though i didn't want to. When i called, they told me to come in and they will take care of it. I got there 5 minutes later and was told to wait just a few minutes. A few minutes ended up being 25 minutes. Here we go again...waiting! I was then approached by Jeremy who seemed to have a problem with my review on May 20th and in front of everyone in the salon gave me an attitude and said that i need to be honest and that if i had a problem not to post it on facebook. I said when you schedule appts., you should be on time. If you are going to have a problem with negative reviews, then you shouldn't have a facebook page. Being approached like that in front of people and my child is extremely unprofessional. There is no reason for that. It is also not polite to call someone a liar when you do not know them. There is no reason for me to lie. I leave honest reviews because reviews are what people read and learn about a place. Luckily, the girl who fixed my nails today was very nice and did a good job for me. To wait a few minutes after an appt. is ok, not 28 minutes and not 25 minutes. You should tell the customer you are running behind and ask them kindly if they can come back or BE HONEST and say its going to be 30 minutes wait instead of making people sit there and wait. Will not come back here. So glad my regular nail girl is back from vacation and can go to my normal nail salon where my nails last a month and they are better priced and have more varieties of colors with names of the color. read more
