UPDATE!!! The owner called my mobile number and checked on me. I appreciate their customer support. I've been to Luxe Nail Salon before and generally like the salon, but unfortunately, my experience with Megan this time was just average. During my gel pedicure, the massage felt very repetitive, as she kept massaging the same area of my feet, as if rubbing it raw. She also repeatedly looked at the timer and her watch and was yawning throughout the service, which made me feel like she was tired and ready to finish. At one point, another client was talking loudly on her phone. Megan seemed annoyed by it and tried to engage me in the annoyance, but I chose to just brush it off and enjoy my service. My manicure with clear polish also felt rushed. Unfortunately, the gel polish on my right pinky toe has already come off, and I don't have the time to go back to have it fixed. Despite the experience, I still left a good tip because I appreciate the effort and wanted to be fair. I do like Luxe Nail Salon and would consider returning, but I hope the quality and attention to detail are more consistent. Perhaps Megan just needed a little more sleep or maybe she does a better job when she has more time to chat/gossip and connect with her clients.

I opted for the volcano pedicure and it was just the perfect pampering package with a. Reasonable price to all it entails. The tech Rosa is very skilled and just comforting to my needs. I relocated to Orange County 4 years ago and finally found my new nail spot ! Coming from Topline in pico Rivera it was difficult to find a service similar but Luxe definitely surpassed my experiences. I was greeted right away and given and estimate of wait time. Seated and given options and prices upfront. The room feels so calming with the Green wall decor and the ambience is friendly. I was relaxed with the comfortable massage chair and I honestly can't wait to come back !

The service went really well I walked in put my number and name within 2 minutes they took me in it was $73 with Apple Pay Cash you get a discount the girl that helped me was mia she was super sweet and we talked about sports and other things and she's very talkative and friendly I love my nails and her work didn't take long either 10/10!

1 STAR -- $100 FOR THIS?! I've been coming here for a while, which makes tonight's experience even more disappointing. This was easily the worst service I've ever received here. I showed the nail tech a reference photo and asked for a dark brown/burgundy design. I got cherry red, had to ask for it to be redone, and then the final design looked nothing like the picture I provided. The lines are uneven, bulky, and inconsistent. I literally left wanting to drill these nails off. On top of that, I was charged $15 EXTRA for a French tip that I was never told about, plus another $5 for cuticle cutting. When I asked for the service I PAID for, the nail tech acted annoyed. She was also rough with my hands and drilled my nails way too aggressively. Then I got passed between nail techs because the design wasn't going well. And because they were close to closing, I was clearly being rushed. If you don't have time to properly do someone's nails, DON'T take the appointment. The final insult? $100. $100 for nails I absolutely hate, after being rushed, treated poorly, charged surprise fees, and NOT getting what I asked for. Absolutely not worth `$100. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'm posting the reference photo next to what I received so everyone can see the difference for themselves. I want clean lines, elegant, elongated nails. Instead I got chunky inconsistent lines with and ugly French tip that makes my nails look short and wide.

Returning Client Here ‍ As always I absolutely LOVED my service. I saw Kelly this time, and she provided EXCELLENT service! She greeted me so sweetly and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. The worst owner ever!! She is so rude and disrespectful wouldn't even go back if they paid me. For an overpriced service and was refusing to do my daughter's nails. If they don't do kids nails they should have a sign or let it be known not wait until my girl was in the chair. All we were trying to do is have a mommy and me day and this place ruined it. Will never be going back. These were the nails done with design previously in YOUR shop... i do not understand as the new design was similar to this... very against your statement. This set cost me $60 in YOUR shop. Again will never be coming back.

I've been coming here for years and after today's nail appointment I would not return and spend my money elsewhere. The service was not friendly and unprofessional. It makes me feel they changed owners because the service provided was not good. My daughter asked for a specific design and provided pictures and still failed the design, the nail technician was rude and obviously bothered. On top of all this my daughter had nail glue all over her fingers. I would never return again!

Okay I am leaving this negative review not because of Zoe but because the unprofessionalism of Megan who did my boyfriends pedicure. I understand that your trying to sell products or service but he told her he only want a buff shine top coat 3 times and each time she insisted on a clear gel coat. It got to the point where I had to tell her from across the salon that he does not need get toe nails. She then approached me with the snarkiest attitude and said " so you want buff shine, but gel would last longer" IDC if it last longer if he wasn't getting buff shine he would be getting nothing at all. He doesn't need gel he does not need it to last long and I have already told this lady at this point 4 times that he just needs a buff shine. On top of that now she wants to approach me with an attitude? Absolutely not. Her service itself was a 1/5 stars as well. She cut his toes uneven and barely gave whatever that massage was, seemed like she was just petting his leg. I love zoe's service but this lady just ruined my whole experience at this salon and I will no longer be a customer here. If you want zen builder gel nails zoe is your girl.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

This was my very first time at Luxe nails and I was blessed with getting the nail artist Mia. I simply showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate the photo exactly!!! They have great service and pretty good pricing compared to other nails places!!!! Will definitely be coming back!

I got a call from the owner last Sunday about what happened to my last service, and they want me back again to get my nails done "for free" this time. Of course, I gave it another try coz I'm looking for a consistent nail salon where I can go to all the time. It was Kathy who did my nails this time and it was excellent! I highly recommend her. The only thing that upsets and makes me really scared this time was the incident that happened tonight between the 2 managers who got into a fight. I don't know what was going on but something isn't right because all of the nail techs are panicking and shouting. Next thing I know, they are fighting at the parking lot and it was horrifying to witness that. I was just keeping it cool but it was kind of traumatic coz you'll never what can happen inside the salon. I hope the lady manager is okay after what happened. read more

If you're planning to go, keep in mind that front desk service is absolutely the worst, they will treat you as if you were asking for something free when it's definitely not cheap. You will be waiting for an hour or so even when you make an appointment, and they will also yell at you in front of all the people if you ask why they booked you if there were no staff enough. Nail girls do great every time, but front desk... pfffff read more

My experience was subpar. This is what $80 Gel-X will get you. Extremely disappointed in the service and price. On top of me already choosing my initial color the woman tried to convince me to get a different color because the one I wanted was too light so then I went ahead and picked one of the colors she recommended and this is what I got. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Shame on you. read more

My visit started off pleasant but quickly went downhill when after confirming the service I wanted I realized they were intentionally doing a more expensive service. I was very excited to try this new nail place with my daughter. I tried this place out on my birthday and everything from the service to the quality was terrible. The receptionist checking me in sat me quickly and told me there was no wait. However, that was a lie. I ended up waiting almost an hour to get a pedicure. When I had told them I had to leave at a certain time. Not only was I waiting but my daughter was as well. The receptionist kept on lying to me and telling me 5 more mins. The quality of my pedicure was horrible to the point that I asked her to stop and just apply the gel. Then she applied the gel on my toes and it was even worse. It's bumpy, lumpy and just horrible. My manicure I literally told her to just stop as well and I got up and left with my daughter. I ended up paying $104 was my total including tax. Which I did pay even though the service was horrible, why because I felt like it was just the right thing to do. BUT, then she added a percent fee to charge my card that was 30% of my service. SHE DID NOT TELL ME BEFORE SHE CHARGED ME. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, HONESTY, QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Made an appointment with Kylie through the link on their Instagram, it was really easy. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she executed it perfectly. She even suggested adding chrome under my design that i ended up absolutely loving. Her shaping is perfect and clean. I am very picky about my nails, I've been to a lot of salons and seen a lot of nail techs. Kylie is definitely my new nail girl. 10/10 would recommend going to see her. This was my first time getting my nails done at Luxe Nails in Buena Park. I've heard about this salon for quite sometime from my friends but I was skeptical to try new places. Unlike other salons, they greeted me when I first walked-in. They are friendly, professional and most important of all very accommodating. Other than that, the place is clean, vibrant and trendy. The lady that greats you is always in a bad mood, I thought I'd tried this place again for the third time and I am as upset as I was the first time. I really wanted to like this place, it's so nicely decorated inside. While I was getting my pedicure I saw her rinse the tools in the water and put them back in the container, which means they don't sanitize their tools in between customers. Then I was charged $70 for a Gel X manicure and one of them was crooked and they all had rough edges. When I went to pay she said my total was $103 and then right before I paid the screen changed to $106. Seems like the gouge people for money. I would l never come here again! read more

A good friend of mine has been doing my nails for some time now, but doesn't do pedicures, so I started coming to LUXE NAILS before or after my nail appointment. I started just going with whoever was available and it was always a great pedicure, then I found Rosa and now she's the only one I book with. I came here for my nail tech Helen who moved to this nail shop & it was AMAZING !! The inside was very clean & had a lot of options to choose from. Personally, I love Helen, she is very professional and knows what looks good on you and will give you advice. She is also the sweetest person EVER, and if your nails aren't to your liking and you ask her to change something, she will agree with you & change it right away with a smile on her face. I used to never speak up at nail salons, but she makes it so easy & always tells me that's it's my nails- so she wants to do what I like. I had my lashes done at Soleil Lash about a month ago, and unfortunately, my second experience here…read morewas very disappointing. After my appointment, I began experiencing discomfort in my eye that continued to get worse. I eventually saw my eye doctor, who confirmed that I had several small cuts/scratches to my eye consistent with irritation from the tape used during the lash application. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I paid 70$ plus a 20% tip for this. read more

I've been coming here since Grand Opening and I just love LUXE NAILS !! My nails come out beautiful every time I make an appointment. I also appreciate how I always feel like a star when I'm there. Have you ever asked for champagne, if not you should! They also have pastries sometimes! My one main key of concern when I go to get my nails done is having a relaxing space, and their space is soo beautiful! The techs are talented and so nice! They are very professional and the musics good too. They always use new tools at my appointments and When I get my pedicures I almost fall asleep during the massage because it's feels so nice. ‍ I just enjoy it and I feel so relaxed after. My favorite service is always acrylic nails..so if you like those types of nails this place has you covered with options galore. But Lately, Gel -X has been my new service, and Im loving it . (I'd give a specific person to ask for but they're all so good at giving great service I think anyone you book with there you'll be ok). 1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. I left with NO cuticles cut, despite the step being "completed" & with some of my old polish still visibly there, but I paid the price of a complete manicure... read more

In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. The woman was very nice. I went in with a reference photo and it blew my mind when the way they came out. I read it a 10 out of 10 and I would go back for another full set read more

I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. When a customer let them know about their nails they should listen and not get and attitude. I will not be using their service again. read more

This is second time I came here for the pedicure service. The first time I had Lynda, she is very patient and gentle, my ingrown nails also gone. This time I came back and I saw her was busy, then I had other technicians did my feet. Unfortunately, This technician was too rush, my cuticle not looked good and I was not be able to relax at all. I kind of remember her name but I don't want to mention here. Maybe because the holiday is coming, and shop gets busier. Not sure if I want to come back or not. worse place to go I went in with my mother in law for the first time and they nail tech cut the corner of my fingers really bad and not only did they mess up on my nails but on my mother in law they gave her the wrong shape of nails and when she had told the tech the lady said that she can't fix it cause she will charge her extra but why if the nail tech was the one who messed up. for my nails my of my fingers are in pain we're she cut me terrible service. read more

I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy. Been here twice and I'm hooked! When it comes to dip nails, Zoe does an awesome job. I appreciate that she is attentive, asks what I prefer and she stays away from overfilling my nails. My last set lasted nearly 2 months! Great place to get trendy nail designs, and the atmosphere has been friendly both times. This place is used to one of my favorite place. However, I feel like the quality of service is not as good as before. I think because they hire a lot of new technicians and they dont get trained enough like old technicians. My mom and me stoped by yesterday for pedicures, I very disappointed , My cuticles were red and bleeding, the color is not evenly, and it was only 30 mins for deluxe pedicures. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I felt uncomfortable because the staff was judging my nails and talking amongst themselves about me in a way that made me feel self-conscious.
