Chill place to hang out, drink, and karaoke. I mainly go for karaoke but the bf and his friends go for the drinks. They have YouTube rooms so I like that. And the rooms are all separate. They have a bar area in the front of you just want to grab a beer or two with some friends. Their food is amazing! Def get the chicken gizzard and ask for extra hot sauce because one isn't enough! Their deep fried chicken, fries, wings, and squid are all so yummy! Such good food for a karaoke spot!

Place is tiny. We had 21 people and the biggest room fit only 15. The air conditioning barely did anything and the server wasn't very nice.

Always a good time. The service is great, and it's always so much fun when Alfo and Song are working

The atmosphere here is alright for drinking but the servers are inattentive and they allow smoking indoors bc it wreaks of smoke.

Along with that blessing, I find myself being addicted to everything that makes me sick. Life hands you lemons, ya eat it anyway. So imagine my surprise when I dig into a box of fried chicken and don't see grease collecting around the entire box. It can't taste good if it's not greasy, right? I was delightfully proven wrong. The chicken was juicy af. Yes, so juicy I actually said wtf. The meat was tender, the skin was crunchy. And it was like an ASMR session kind of crunchy. I would've recorded the sound but unfortunately I'm allergic to ASMR. I'll be honest, when I first saw 98k Chicken I didn't have high expectations. I thought it would be another Zaxby's, Popeyes, KFC, etc. But they've really set themselves apart! The price is far more reasonable than other chain fried chicken restaurants, the portions are bigger, and the quality of the food is consistently superior. If they're able to keep up with what they're doing, I think this will be a community favorite. Good food speaks for itself, and so do the kind owners that pour their hearts and souls into their businesses. When I go to a fast food restaurant, I barely expect people to look at me in the eye, let alone carry on a conversation with me. But the woman at the counter is actually quite chatty! She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend, and if you stop by a few times, she even shares tea. IYKYK. The interior space is big and quiet enough if you wanna grab a meal and get some work done. There's a little room that's sectioned off, and it's a bit of a gem. I don't remember if they have WiFi, next time I go I'll check and come back to update my review.

The sandwich was fantastic and delicious. Fries was fresh and crispy. Definitely will come back soon. You can go in large groups- plenty of tables and space. Service was good. I was really looking forward to trying the oysters, but I didn't realize their menu changes often so unfortunately, no oysters this time. A little sad about that! We decided to order pretty much everything off the à la carte menu. Overall, the food was just okay to me. The Brussels sprouts were the hardest to eat they were basically raw, just thinly sliced with sauce poured over. It would've been much better if they were at least steamed or grilled a bit. The mushrooms, though, were absolutely BOMB! If I didn't know what it was, I would've thought it was some sort of meat dish super soft, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely the highlight of the meal. The Wagyu, on the other hand, was a big disappointment. For the price, it was tough and chewy when it should've been buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Overall, the place is cute and the vibes are nice, but the food was overpriced for what it was. I'd only come back for those mushrooms they were that good.

I placed an order for everything on the carte menu. Food was fun and a few of the dishes caught me off guard, in a good way. Pros. We loveeed the maitake mushrooms. This dish was one dish my friend and I had low expectations for. Ironically it's the only dish we would go back for! The bucatini I also had low expectations for. I hardly order pasta, from non pasta specialty places, because the pasta is 99% of the time going to be overcooked. BUT this bucatini was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce was rich but not too heavy and just enough to cover the noodles without drowning. The crab taste was pretty faint. If it weren't listed on the menu I wouldn't even think it were in the dish. Cons. The brussel sprout salad was honestly almost inedible. It is a raw shaved brussel sprout salad, dressed as a Caesar salad. Although not bad tasting, the core of the sprouts was not tender but dry and hard. There was also a lot of it. Most disappointing was the "waygu ribeye". The quality was pretty horrible. The piece we got had silver skin as well as chunks of fat. I wish I got a picture of the leftover fat from the steak but if you look at my picture you can clearly see slices of just fat. I love a little fat on a well cooked ribeye and do not mind paying for it. But paying $50 for a probably 8oz "waygu" ribeye with only half of it palatable is wild. Regardless, I'm actually going back in a couple of days with my husband because of those amazing mushrooms.. though as I am writing this review I'm debating on canceling my reservation, ordering the mushrooms to go, and just going elsewhere. lol

OUR SERVER NEVER PUT OUR ORDER OF SHORT RIBS IN. after abt an hr and no short ribs i asked where it was and waddayaknow our server made a mistake and never put it in. at that point i was so fed up me and my coworker just left. HOLY HELL that was a mouthful. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Seriously, you walk in and it's like a warm hug from a cloud wearing a fancy hat. You just know good things are about to happen. My mission? Speedy sustenance! So, naturally, I zeroed in on the unsung hero of the snack world: French Fries! And let me tell you, Sweetsong's fries are doing the Lord's work. Fresh? Check. Crispy? Oh honey, they were practically crackling with deliciousness! Each bite was a perfect little golden crunch of potato perfection. Seriously, forget your troubles, just grab a handful of these bad boys. Now, you know I'm all about the experience, so a stellar snack deserves an equally dazzling drink. Enter "Just Peachy." This isn't your grandma's sweet tea, folks. This is a symphony in a glass! Elderflower whispering sweet nothings, zesty lemon doing a little tango, spiced tea adding a touch of intrigue, all topped off with delightful little bubbles that tickled my nose and made my tastebuds sing! Non-alcoholic drinks are officially my jam if they all taste THIS good. Move over, boring beverages! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! (Insert dramatic pause and a spotlight effect in your mind). My eyes did a little happy dance when they landed on the LEMON CHESS PIE! Let's break this down, shall we? A ginger crust that promises a little spicy kick? YES. A classic lemon pie filling that's tart and tangy and everything right in the world? DOUBLE YES. Then they hit you with the lychee gel - a little burst of exotic sweetness that's like a mini-vacation for your mouth. And the pièce de résistance? A delicate, crispy Coconut Tuile perched on top like a tiny, elegant crown. Y'ALL. This dessert was like they reached into my brain, grabbed all my favorite flavors, and mashed them together in the most glorious way possible. How could a human being with a soul say no to THAT lineup? It was a culinary "meet cute" of epic proportions. I sadly missed the grand opening festivities last year (life, you know?), but mark my words, Westin Gwinnett! I will be back. And it won't be a fleeting visit. This property has officially stolen a little piece of my heart (and my stomach!). The ambiance is truly something special, and the tastes? Oh. Em. Gee. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and make a pit stop at Sweetsong. Your tastebuds will thank you, and your soul will feel just a little bit brighter. #ashsaidit #WestinGwinnett #Sweetsong #AtlantaFoodie #GwinnettEats

Overall, it ended up being a really nice experience. The restaurant itself is super pretty, clean, and welcoming, and the service was very good from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable without being overbearing. We all ordered the picanha cooked medium with different sides, and for appetizers we shared tequeños. The tequeños were tasty and had good flavor, but they were a little overcooked since the cheese was already spilling out from the sides. Still good, just slightly overdone. The picanha itself was actually really flavorful and cooked perfectly medium like we asked. The meat had great seasoning and was definitely the highlight of the meal. I do think the sides had a little room for improvement though. The tostones tasted a bit old, like they had been sitting for a while, and my boyfriend ordered maduros that were unfortunately still too green to really be considered maduros. That said, aside from those little details, we still had a really good experience overall. Sometimes what makes a restaurant visit special is the atmosphere and the company you're with, and this ended up being such a nice place to sit, talk for hours, and reconnect with an old friend.

Loved the homemade sauce (some sort of pickled veggie concoction), although my wife found it too sour. Service was mediocre. The restaurant was very slow, and there was definitely a language barrier, but still service could have been better. Also, price was bit high. Not terrible, and with better service it might not have been as noticeable. Dim lighting, but very clean. Trying to give an upscale feel, and it was nice. Again, I'm back to service. Btw: Venezuelan
