My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The moment we walked in it was very intimate and special. The table was decorated with little hearts and a card to wish us a happy anniversary. Our servers were a team made up of Deija, Celia and Jackson. They were all very attentive and friendly. Deija was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and when we had any questions she was able to answer them without missing a beat. They brought out their warm rolls with a side of butter. Those were very good. We started off with an appetizer of their fritto misto. This dish was fried lightly and very delicious. I wanted a caesar salad and my husband mentioned sampling some of my salad. Deija overheard this and split the caesar salad which I thought was very thoughtful and nice. I couldn't have imagined eating it in addition to the bread, appetizer, entree and side that was ordered. So I really appreciated it being split. For our entrees I ordered the double cut filet mignon with shareable mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the bone in ribeye with the corn soufflé. My picture of the ribeye came out blurry so it is not pictured, sadly. We really enjoyed our steaks, they were phenomenal. The char, temperature and the way they were cooked were very delicious and to our liking. After we finished up our entrees we were going to ask for their dessert menu. Celia brought out a cheesecake with strawberries with a plate decorated in chocolate that said Happy Anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised and thankful for the dish. Deija mentioned that she hoped it was a good choice based on some food items I mentioned to her I could and could not have. We were excited and happy with the surprise dessert, it was delightful. I wish I could give a million stars to this place. It's truly our favorite now. When you walk in to the building, there is an amazing fragrance that hits you. The building as a whole is very clean. You take the elevator to the third floor. Once you arrive, there's two restaurants, to your right is Frankie's. The hostess were great! My husband didn't tell them it's our anniversary until we arrived and they set up a cute anniversary table super quick!!! They placed a card with the staff's signatures on it. Our serve Leon was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was super fancy but still yet very laid back. The food... THE FOOD!!! Ugh!! Was amazing. Everything we had, had wonderful flavors and it all paired so well. From the tender bone in ribeye with bacon cowboy butter to the saucy lobster Mac and cheese to the creamy lobster bisque with lobster bits. Everything was top tier. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary and muffins to go! They didn't let us pack anything, they packed it and gave you a signature Frankie's tote. Eva our server and team did an excellent job , very professional to meet the quality of food and ambiance. We all enjoyed our appetizers and entrees and the bday dessert was a 7 layer chocolate cake so rich and decadent! First things first--the dress code. It's clearly posted on the website, on a sign as you take the elevator to the third floor, and again as you step off the elevator near the hostess stand. It basically says men should wear collared shirts, while a coat and tie is preferred, and women should avoid hats or overly revealing attire. That said, don't take the dress code too seriously. A polo shirt and slacks were perfectly acceptable, and I only saw one person in a suit all evening. Jeans were common as well, so the atmosphere is much more relaxed than the posted policy might suggest. We started with the oysters on the half shell, which were fresh and very good. I ordered the 16-ounce New York strip, and while it was more steak than I could finish, it was cooked exactly as requested. My wife had the lamb chops, which she enjoyed, although she mentioned they were a bit fattier than she's accustomed to. For sides, we ordered the Brussels sprouts and the Lyonnaise potatoes. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding and easily my favorite side. The potatoes were good, but next time I'd probably try something different. My biggest criticism is the dining room itself. I found the décor a little underwhelming for a steakhouse at this price point. It was also quite loud, the tables were packed closely together, and the aisles were so narrow that people often had to turn sideways to squeeze past. Overall, the food was very good and the service was solid. While I enjoyed the meal and will probably return to Frankie's, of the restaurants in the Norsan Restaurant Group, I still personally prefer H&W Steakhouse the most. read more

The dining area was packed with groups having animated conversations as they enjoyed seafood towers and cordials. Our groups table was in the rear of restaurant. Our server Patrick introduced himself and his colleague, whose name escaped me. They were both pleasant and provided menus for food and drinks. All questions were answered and allowed ample time to make selections. Wine selections for our group included reds and whites, and cocktails including my old fashioned were ordered. We ordered 8 ounce filet mignon surfer that came with lobster tail, scallops, and shrimp. The seafood was overcooked, and the 8 ounce filet mignon was ordered, medium rare and it came out medium rare, but however, it gave the flavor more of a cut of a roast and not filet mignon as well as the texture. We're always here to celebrate a birthday or anniversary and it is always such a treat. The service is very good, and they are quick to refill drinks and clean up the table. Im not sure if it's a new procedure, but this time around, they gave us hot towels with lavender which was very nice! As for food, they start you off with fresh baked bread and whipped butter. We usually get the lobster bisque, but have also tried the oysters and salads which have all been very fresh. We also get the ribeye steak which is perfectly juicy, tender, and flavorful. For the sides, the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes are a must! The Brussels are crispy and sweet, and the potatoes are garlicky and smooth! We went to Frankie's for the first time today. When we arrived the waitstaff was quick and polite. The cocktails and mocktails were very good. We ordered oysters and Frito misto and it was delicious. The bread was very good. We then ordered our mains. Four people ordered steaks. 3/4 steaks came out perfect. 1 filet came out over cooked. We sent it back. 30 mins later the replacement filet came out and it was also overcooked. We sent it back and didn't request a replacement bc at that time, the rest of the table was done eating. We then ordered dessert. The bread pudding was great but extremely boozy. The crème brullee was great. The salted caramel chocolate pie was confusing. It was listed as a pie. It came out as an ice cream cake. It wasn't very good. My final assessment: it was a very nice place. While the food was overall good, I don't think it was good enough for the price. Absolutely love this place! I've been here countless times for birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights, and it never disappoints. The food quality is consistent and the service is top notch. Making reservations online is super easy. They send a confirmation text and even call the day of to confirm. If you mention you're celebrating something special, they will provide you with a signed card on the table and a complimentary cake which is such a nice touch. I always order the lamb chops and the tomahawk, both medium rare. Every single time they're perfectly seasoned, tender, and truly melt in your mouth. The cocktails, however, can be hit or miss. I'd definitely recommend the Old Fashioned, but the other drinks haven't really stood out to me. Excellent ambiance! Wonderful service! My mother and I popped into Frankie's on a Monday night (made reservations ~20 mins ahead of time). It wasn't too crowded at 5:30 PM, so was easy to slip in. We had 3-4 waiters who were extremely attentive, offered a meat presentation, and were very knowledgeable about cocktails and specials. We ordered a surf and turf special (halibut, crab, steak special) and filet mignon. We ordered a side of brussels sprouts (amazing). The dinner rolls were very soft and warm (a tad salty but very flavorful). The apple bourbon martini cocktail was sweet but good! We were too stuffed for dessert but we'll certainly have to return to try! Overall the service and hospitality is what makes Frankie's stand out. Celebrated my dear friend's birthday last night at Frankie's Steakhouse, and it was an experience. I hadn't been to this spot since it changed from 1818 Club, and let me tell you, Frankie's is doing it RIGHT. Absolutely loved my dinner here for our anniversary. Ricky and Travis were so helpful and attentive. They were light hearted and fun and provided excellent service. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor inside the building, we paid for valet which was a $5 minimum but there was plenty of parking within walking distance to the door. The food was the quality of what a top steakhouse would be, along with the prices. The sides are large enough for two as well. The bread was really good and I definitely suggest the truffle butter and steak sauce offered. We ended with pecan pie and plenty of leftovers. It was just as good the next day. The staff were so nice and the food came out quickly, I'd visit there again. P.S. They had live music and he was awesome! First off, it's super nice inside. The interior is stunning, and I'd love to return with some girlfriends to enjoy the main dining and bar area. This place is quite fancy! I split a 22oz cowgirl ribeye cooked medium with my boyfriend. They sliced it in half for us, and the char was crunchy and delicious. The steak was juicy and flavorful -- I loved it! I added tomatoes to the burrata salad, and it was SO GOOD! Must try! 5/5 stars. The onion rings were huge yet crunchy and thin. They were also so good -- 5/5 stars. The oysters were so fresh and delicious! They made for a great appetizer. The chocolate birthday cake was moist, rich, and decadent. Really satisfied my sweet tooth- next time I want to try the bread pudding. We came with a large party, so they seated us in a nice private room with multiple servers attending to us. My wife found this spot back in 2023 and took me here for my birthday and since then, I always want this to be my place of celebration! Ordered the Tomahawk steak even though it's not on the menu. The Ribeye wasn't as impressive or tender though, so I'd probably skip it. The lobster bisque is on the salty side, but I'm just nitpicking. There's an army of waitstaff to keep your table clean and drinks filled, and while the cocktails are great, they're going to cost you a pretty penny. We also came here for the Mother's Day Brunch Buffet. Huge selection, top notch food. My wallet and my waistline cried that day, but everybody was very full and happy. read more
