I wish I could give a million stars to this place. It's truly our favorite now. When you walk in to the building, there is an amazing fragrance that hits you. The building as a whole is very clean. You take the elevator to the third floor. Once you arrive, there's two restaurants, to your right is Frankie's. The hostess were great! My husband didn't tell them it's our anniversary until we arrived and they set up a cute anniversary table super quick!!! They placed a card with the staff's signatures on it. Our serve Leon was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was super fancy but still yet very laid back. The food... THE FOOD!!! Ugh!! Was amazing. Everything we had, had wonderful flavors and it all paired so well. From the tender bone in ribeye with bacon cowboy butter to the saucy lobster Mac and cheese to the creamy lobster bisque with lobster bits. Everything was top tier. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary and muffins to go! They didn't let us pack anything, they packed it and gave you a signature Frankie's tote. We're always here to celebrate a birthday or anniversary and it is always such a treat. The service is very good, and they are quick to refill drinks and clean up the table. Im not sure if it's a new procedure, but this time around, they gave us hot towels with lavender which was very nice! As for food, they start you off with fresh baked bread and whipped butter. We usually get the lobster bisque, but have also tried the oysters and salads which have all been very fresh. We also get the ribeye steak which is perfectly juicy, tender, and flavorful. For the sides, the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes are a must! The Brussels are crispy and sweet, and the potatoes are garlicky and smooth! If it's a special occasion they usually give you a free dessert on the house, which is a HUGE slice of cake. read more

Truly an exceptional experience from entry to exit! Décor featuring wine lined the walls with a multitude of varieties. The dining area was packed with groups having animated conversations as they enjoyed seafood towers and cordials. Our groups table was in the rear of restaurant. Our server Patrick introduced himself and his colleague, whose name escaped me. They were both pleasant and provided menus for food and drinks. All questions were answered and allowed ample time to make selections. Wine selections for our group included reds and whites, and cocktails including my old fashioned were ordered. Of course you come for the birthday cake. Drink had to be remade and the cake wasn't as good as in the past. Just as big but it was ok. We come fairly often I hope they take my comments to heart. Absolutely love this place! I've been here countless times for birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights, and it never disappoints. The food quality is consistent and the service is top notch. Making reservations online is super easy. They send a confirmation text and even call the day of to confirm. If you mention you're celebrating something special, they will provide you with a signed card on the table and a complimentary cake which is such a nice touch. I always order the lamb chops and the tomahawk, both medium rare. Every single time they're perfectly seasoned, tender, and truly melt in your mouth. The cocktails, however, can be hit or miss. I'd definitely recommend the Old Fashioned, but the other drinks haven't really stood out to me. I suggest visiting on a weekday evening since weekends get extremely crowded and full service can be harder to come by. There's also live music, which really adds to the ambiance. read more

Excellent ambiance! Wonderful service! My mother and I popped into Frankie's on a Monday night (made reservations ~20 mins ahead of time). It wasn't too crowded at 5:30 PM, so was easy to slip in. We had 3-4 waiters who were extremely attentive, offered a meat presentation, and were very knowledgeable about cocktails and specials. We ordered a surf and turf special (halibut, crab, steak special) and filet mignon. We ordered a side of brussels sprouts (amazing). The dinner rolls were very soft and warm (a tad salty but very flavorful). The apple bourbon martini cocktail was sweet but good! We were too stuffed for dessert but we'll certainly have to return to try! Overall the service and hospitality is what makes Frankie's stand out. I hadn't been to this spot since it changed from 1818 Club, and let me tell you, Frankie's is doing it RIGHT. The servers were next-level amazing - they even signed a birthday card for the birthday girl! First things first: drinks! I went for the seasonal sangria (so refreshing ), while my friends enjoyed bourbon, mojitos, and something called "Blue Skies." Then came the fluffiest dinner rolls EVER. Absolutely loved my dinner here for our anniversary. Ricky and Travis were so helpful and attentive. They were light hearted and fun and provided excellent service. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor inside the building, we paid for valet which was a $5 minimum but there was plenty of parking within walking distance to the door. The food was the quality of what a top steakhouse would be, along with the prices. The sides are large enough for two as well. The bread was really good and I definitely suggest the truffle butter and steak sauce offered. We ended with pecan pie and plenty of leftovers. It was just as good the next day. The staff were so nice and the food came out quickly, I'd visit there again. P.S. They had live music and he was awesome! Josh and Janna took wonderful care of us. We started with the lamb chops appetizer that had a nice minty couscous relish on the side. For dinner we each had the châteaubrian with truffle butter. First off, it's super nice inside. The interior is stunning, and I'd love to return with some girlfriends to enjoy the main dining and bar area. This place is quite fancy! I split a 22oz cowgirl ribeye cooked medium with my boyfriend. They sliced it in half for us, and the char was crunchy and delicious. The steak was juicy and flavorful -- I loved it! I added tomatoes to the burrata salad, and it was SO GOOD! Must try! 5/5 stars. The onion rings were huge yet crunchy and thin. They were also so good -- 5/5 stars. The oysters were so fresh and delicious! They made for a great appetizer. The chocolate birthday cake was moist, rich, and decadent. Really satisfied my sweet tooth- next time I want to try the bread pudding. We came with a large party, so they seated us in a nice private room with multiple servers attending to us. The food was absolutely fantastic, my kids enjoyed the Shrimp Limguini, and grilled lemon chicken. My husband and I enjoyed the steak filet mignon and the New York strip. The sides were good in size and very good in flavor. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was very good. The one downside was the noise level. The restaurant was quite loud, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal and have a conversation without raising our voices. The food is delicious, the large racks of wine and fancy decor lends to an upscale ambiance that requires a dress code. The steaks are excellent, especially the Filet Mignon and NY Strip. The Ribeye wasn't as impressive or tender though, so I'd probably skip it. The lobster bisque is on the salty side, but I'm just nitpicking. There's an army of waitstaff to keep your table clean and drinks filled, and while the cocktails are great, they're going to cost you a pretty penny. We also came here for the Mother's Day Brunch Buffet. Huge selection, top notch food. My wallet and my waistline cried that day, but everybody was very full and happy. read more

The evening began pleasantly enough, until attention shifted to his hat which became an unexpected point of urgency. Watching a grown man be treated like he walked into a victorian tea room instead of a modern restaurant was... something. While I understand dress standards, the handling of the situation felt rigid and unnecessarily theatrical, setting an uncomfortable tone for the rest of the evening. Hospitality is as much about warmth and discernment as it is about policy, and in this case, the balance was lost. The ambiance was cozy, though the tables were arranged quite closely. We were moved to a private room that, unfortunately, felt more like a conference space than an elevated dining setting. As for the food, it had both successes and shortcomings nothing terrible, yet nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it's giving "trying very hard to be something it isn't."
