Most recently, my daughter was hit by another car, and once again Willis Auto Collision took care of everything from start to finish. I did not have to do anything with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Christine took care of it all. They made sure the car was repaired flawlessly and returned the car back to us looking just as new as the day we purchased it. I can't say enough about the incredible team--Christine, Nick, Sammy (the owner), and the entire staff. They always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. I brought them my 17-year-old Lexus LS 600h, which had definitely seen better days. The paint was peeling on the roof rail, and there were dings and scratches on the hood, roof, moldings, and side panels, years of wear showing loud and clear. I also needed the moonroof hatch removed and restored, the color perfectly matched, clear coated, sanded, and buffed. What I got back looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I have been bringing our family cars to Dave for servicing for years. He is very personable,…read more experienced and knowledgeable about all makes & models, both new and old. Dave recently solved a nagging but known problem with my son's '15 Infiniti Q40. The car would take on water every time there was a steady rain. My son had taken his car to several mechanics but the problem was never resolved. Apparently the leak was a known problem with Infiniti's sunroof drain system. The outlet would easily get clogged by dirt and falling debris. Rather than simply blowing out the dirt and debris with a water or air hose like the other mechanics my son used, Dave was the only one who thought outside the box and re-ran the sunroof drain lines from both sides of the sun roof and connected the two hoses into one using a T valve and running the one single drainage hose out the car via the AC outlet. Happy to report that it's been 6 or 7 months now and the car which is parked uncovered in my driveway full-time, is now bone dry even after some very heaviest days of rain.
