We initially met with another sales agent-- he promised our car would be there on a specific day-- called us to let us know it would be there after 2:30PM. Then called 10 minutes later to inform us the car wasn't even in their warehouse-- but rather still in transit from Mexico and wouldn't be here at the dealership for potentially for a month. It really left a bitter taste in our mouth with that sales agent and the dealership. However, I flew there to retrieve the car and was promised it would be ready and made an appointment to pick it up and when I got there the car wasn't even there and I had to wait for hours for it to arrive and there was not a full tank of gas as promised when purchasing the car at full asking price. When I expressed my concerns to the guy I had been speaking to, he basically went back on what he said and told me it was standard to only offer me a half tank of gas. It wasn't until later that I expressed my concerns to the manager, who then reimbursed me for the gas which I greatly appreciated. However, they got me to purchase my license plate through them, giving me a temporary license plate, but then did not send me my license plate on time to the point where my temporary license plate expired. I am still dealing with retrieving a license plate that I already paid for even though I could have just gone to my local DMV but they insisted to purchase it through them because it would be easier. Overall, I did not have a great experience here. I love my car, but can't say I love the way that I was treated in purchasing it.

I had the worst experience of my life at at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in Roslyn NY...literally the worst. I'm used to being treated with respect, courtesy, and dignity when I go to my Lexus dealership in Glen Cove. This place is exactly the opposite. My husband was looking at a used car there and had been made multiple promises about what they would provide. He brought me back the next day to have a look for myself. All of a sudden, everything that have been promised went up in smoke. My husband had been told the day before that they would put 4 new tires on the car. When we returned for the 2nd look the Used Car Manager said he would only provide 2 and that the gentleman who had promised the 4 wasn't there and he was overriding the original decision because 2 of the tires seemed fine. They were not fine, they were used. He and the manager went back-and-forth for quite a while, but he was adamant and refused to keep the commitment the dealership originally made. After listening to this for almost 30 minutes I quietly gave my opinion and told him that when a company promises something they need to stick by their word. He was rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate to me. He spoke back to me in a stern, forceful, dismissive manner even though l had spoken to him with total respect. In addition, when our salesman, a young man, (l'll be kind and only refer to him as R) took us for a test ride, he was clearly out of sorts and inept. He had told us it actually wasn't his workday and he had just come from the gym. He acted like he knew nothing about selling a car. We asked him questions as we were driving and all he did was grunt or mumble. There was one pivotal question re: a purge valve issue we asked him about that we had seen on Carfax and he said he had no clue what we were talking about. He didn't know what a purge valve was. We happen to ask that same question to the Used Car Manager and he said that he didn't know either, that he wasn't in the service dept. so we shouldn't expect an answer from him. He said we should ask the people at our Lexus dealership. Seriously??? Please note that as we later researched, the purge valve is a key component of the car's EVAP (Evaporative Emission Control) system. This is a really important fact and if it's on a Carfax review, the sales people should have known exactly what it means. And to add insult to injury, the General Manager was in his office listening to all of this going on and just sat quietly at his desk, did not intervene, did not walk out to address the problem... nothing, not a word. This is what this East Hills dealership calls management ? Not even close. Even if my husband had wanted that car more than anything in the world, he would never consider going back into that place. He wouldn't give them a penny after the way they treated me and reneged on their word. Awful awful awful dealership - stay away!

They provided no information at all in the email. I was then given a monthly payment of $6XX/ month for a Nissan Murano S with no other info yet I had asked for a detailed quote and wasn't provided one. It was obviously heavily marked up above MSRP. Asked two salespeople Keith and Kevin who contacted me for a detailed quote and got nowhere. They wouldn't even provide the sales price ie is it 3K markup? Truecar originally showed an estimated discount below MSRP which this dealership would not work with and instead chose to charge well above the pricing shown on Truecar though they partner with them. They just used Truecar for leads. "highest levels of Customer Satisfaction.*" at the end of the email is a joke. I tried contacting customer service to explain what happened before leaving a review and they never responded.
