She is awesome artist with her lash service and she is awesome as a small business owner but she is an amazingly considerate, kind, and just a wonderful person. I'd like to express I did not appreciate the way the owner Heather responded when I asked about why I got charged, I wasn't aware of the fee for when you miss an appointment so I asked I had thought it must've been a mistake and it wasn't and that was fine, I was only very disappointed at her response because all she needed to do was give a friendly reminder about her $50 charge for no shows , but instead her response was super inculpating, i have already directly expressed this with her, and Heather did not apologize or do anything to accommodate as a one time courtesy. I gave her some feedback as well, I suggested maybe sending more reminders of her policies or when asked about charges, to take more consideration of her relationships with her customers and not impute guilt, I've been very respectful when coming in and appreciate Jess and her work and customer service skills,I also do value her time and my no show was of course not on purpose, so when I asked nicely I didn't expect the owner to try to make me feel guilty for her employee not getting paid when customers miss their appointments An explanation of why she has that $50 fee in place is okay but it only wasn't okay when she responded with words like "As YOU no show's and she was sitting there waiting for YOU for 30 minutes. So she has to be compensated for her time that YOU waisted." That was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed to receive such response since I would've been a loyal customer had that experience with Heather not occurred. read more

This place has a stupidly strict cancellation policy even if it's your second time going, including asking me not to come back. I found this policy harsh and inflexible especially since there were no text or verbal reminders about the policy beforehand(!) In addition, the lady wasn't even clear about pricing ect. I shouldn't have had to ask, this should be clear as standard business practice. I wouldn't recommend this place due to their inflexibility and lack of transparency/clarity. read more

I had such a great experience with Emily at Luxury Lash Boutique! It is so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to put any makeup and still feel glam and ready for the day! I arrived to the boutique for a late evening appointment. They provided face wash for me as I was coming directly from work. The appointment was quick and painless- about 1 hour for an Elegant last set. After I was done she explained Emily explained lash maintenance and gave me a couple spoolies for daily brushing. 2 weeks later and my set is still looking fresh. I am beyond thrilled with my new lash set!! Luxury Lash went above and beyond to help fix a disaster for me! I just moved here, and the first lash place I tried did an awful job. Emily was my lash technician, and she removed all of the old ones and filled the entire set in an hour and a half. They look and feel 100% better, and it's exactly what I wanted!! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company I give it no rating I don't like the lash I got it's cute but not what I exactly wanted I have to change my whole schedule because I had a photo shoot this week I have to push it to next week the lash was too light it was thin and you can barely see it I wanted a hybrid in jet black maybe I should mention the color because I didn't but I did mention hybrid and its on my receipt don't know I should go back and get it redone or ask for a refund.
