Ken helped me find my new vehicle and I could not be more thankful!! This is the only place I went to where I felt like they actually cared about helping me find a good vehicle for me that was in good condition and actually within my price range. Ken was there for me every step of the way and helped me to understand what I was purchasing and assisted me to find the perfect fit. Within a week he identified a vehicle for me. The price was under anything I could find at other dealerships or online. So happy I decided to go with Luxury motorsports.

Proof of how this automobile was NOT SERVICED prior to placing on dealership ground .

The worst experience hands down. I was sold a car that was not the least given an oil change the fact that the car indicates on it's digital dash screen that the vehicle hasn't had an oil change along with the date. I was told no money down now, I owe them $800dlls. It's a 2016 BMW with 81,000 Miles on it and the employee that helped me put me on a $550 monthly payment plan that I thought included insurance. This was my first time financing a car and instead of getting help I was completely taken advantage of. I wasn't even offered to test drive the car this is how bad of service I I was given and I honestly just didn't know any better as I mentioned it was my first time financing a vehicle I've included pictures of where on the dash screen it indicates the date of when the service was due for this vehicle service meaning oil change the date is 02/2021 February 2021 I went to this dealer for the first time in June 06/11/2021 and financed this car in June 06/11/2021 yet the dash screen says " Service due February 02/2021 -LUXURY Motorsports DOES NOT DO OIL CHANGES OR SERVICE ON THEIR VEHICLES PRIOR TO PLACING THEM FOR SALE and I will prove it with pictures. Furthermore; the vehicle now doesn't start on the dash screen indicating "Drive train malfunction" So now I understand why they sold me this car in particular the car I called for, the car I actually wanted ,was a Camaro ,however ,the employee that helped me said the bank would not approve me for that loan and yet at the end they charged me the same about for this non working BMW that the Camaro cost. When I [tried] to speak to one of the supervisors he said to me it was my responsibility as an adult to know exactly what I'll be paying. So now I'm increasingly overwhelmed by this unnecessary burden. So please if you're a first time buyer or a buyer this place will get and take advantage of you and instead of feeling happy and excited with the purchase of a new vehicle you will be upset ,overwhelmed and stuck in a situation you wanted no part of. I"ll END WITH THIS A 2016 with NEARLY 100,000miles on a $550 monthly payment clearly confirms these people are not trying to help the customer the truth is they were probably having to close down the month and they did what they had to do to push this sale through.... And I was under the belief it was $550 with the insurance however it's $550 plus another almost $200 for insurance For a 2016 with almost 100,000 miles. An honest dealership would of said no that's obviously way too high when we compare it to your paystubs they knew I couldn't afford that because they had my my paystubs bank account information. They took advantage of a first time buyer and railroaded me. If that's something you want to avoid ,then avoid this place. Thanks for for taking the time to read this. Good day.

Every time I thought about buying my first car I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. As well as the headache of being pushed around and not being worked with to fit your needs. Not the case with Anthony or the other people at Luxury motor sports. Spoked with Anthony on Sunday over the phone where he started the whole headacheless process. Going in the fallowing day I wasn't there all day like you are at most dealers. Was a quick headacheless process that took about 2 hrs from test drive through finance. I would highly recommend Luxury to anyone on the market for a new car purchase. Thanks again Luxury! Yes this is almost two years later that I'm going back in on my review but it's for good reason. Two days ago I removed the front bumper on the vehicle I bought from luxury to install a new intercooler. When I initially went down to look at the vehicle I was told the car had been in a minor fender bender by the previous owner. Carfax matched what I was told. Upon removal of the front bumper the plastic shutter system and airflow directors literally fell off the car and in one area the car was held together by duct tape and zip ties. With it being so long after the fact I'm sure I'm out of luck to have anything done about this besides deal with it and pay to have it fixed. Just be careful when dealing with them and have a reputable mechanic along with to check and verify all cars bought from them.

I would also give zero stars... STAY AWAY...BUYER BEWARE. I Too purchased a vehicle only to take it to the shop the next day.. Luxury acts surprised but I know good and well that they knew and did not disclose the issue... They are terrible... Your milage may vary... I will never return. Rear main seal bad, I can only assume that Luxury are crooks or are inept in their 99 point inspection of their vehicles, it's kind of hard to miss. I feel that Luxury purchases damages vehicles from auction houses repairs them cosmetically themselves to avoid Carfax reporting in an effort to sell to unwitting customer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Have any vehicle checked out by your mechanic, if they don't want you to, if they say the deal is only good today take that as a sign, why not let you get inspected. Nice to see they put in GPS trackers as well..

Heard bad things about this dealership so I always avoided it until I found a "good" deal on a Tesla Model S. So I went into this dealership and it went okay at first glance but then I found out they lied to the banks about my income just to sell me the car. Fast forward not even a month later I had a tire blowout and inspecting the other tires, they were bald and they showed wires on the inside of the tires which makes it hard to see without laying on the ground looking underneath the car. Ontop of that they sold me the car with a warning light & a bad charge port door which had the magnet missing to be able to close it, they installed a new magnet and it still didn't work properly which I was quoted $1000 to replace but the light went away on it's own so I let that go. Now I had another tire blow out from another tire that was on it originally but didn't show as much wear as the rears. It was a flat not a rim damaging blow out like the other one. Ontop of that the big screen now has a line across it which won't go away & there is a new warning light saying "acceleration reduced". I'm very displeased with this car and their way of selling cars. My buddy with a dealer license sees these cars being sold off at the auction all the time because they can't sell them! Stay away!!

She's very funny, real, and easy going and made the process much more enjoyable for us. Our experience with her specifically was excellent, separate from the financing side of the purchase which we understand was not under her control. On the other hand, George, the guy responsible for documents, financing, and selling warranties...absolutely terrible. If this were a separate review I'd give 1 star. He came across as extremely insincere, impatient, and condescending. He laughed at my dad and I multiple times when we asked questions and shrugged off the questions or gave incomplete responses. Only to take a minute, look stuff up, then actually answer. This made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to have a productive discussion about the warranty options. He also rushed us through signing the documentation. When we stopped to ask what exactly we were signing, he would essentially just read us the title of the section rather than actually explain what it meant. Be wary and do your own research on warranties beforehand, because based on our experience, George definitely won't be helping you understand what you're buying. This dealership sells warranties through Kornerstone, and he initially tried to sell us their Standard coverage for $2,800. After we questioned and negotiated the warranty pricing, that number came down significantly. Ironically, my dad and I were genuinely interested in exploring the warranty options and would have happily discussed paying for better coverage. Had we been working with someone more patient and informative, that conversation probably would have gone very differently. Instead, his attitude made it nearly impossible to comfortably ask questions or properly compare what we were being offered. 5 stars because of G and the rest of the team being wonderful.

You would have thought that I would have received a response from the sales manager, however just crickets. Never did I get a response. Lousy sales and lousy customer service. I will however take a moment to praise their Service Dept. which I have used with my previous lease and they were very professional and friendly unlike the Sales Dept. I did however the next day go to another Kia dealership and leased the exact same car I wanted from Mark Kia, who treated me with respect and professionalism. I do not recommend Ken Garff Kia sales at all.

After several years of popping in to this lot when car shopping , and a number of factors that have…read moreled to us thinking good things, I am trying to condense our positive experiences into JUST the ones where we bought a car. You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years. A HUGE THANK YOU to these top notch folks!

This happened while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. As a result, I couldn't apply for any credit, and after closing, there was enough up-in-the-air about my credit history that I was having trouble finding a loan despite never having missed a payment and having a lower debt to income ratio. Michael was empathetic, and with a down payment and signed purchase order, was willing to hold the car I picked until the dust around the mortgage had settled. Thankfully, this didn't end up being necessary because he connected me with an incredible banker at SunWest Credit Union who got me a loan at 3.69%. On top of that, he took care of a minor alignment issue and some of the upcoming regular maintenance at no extra cost, and offered to have have the car detailed again, despite how incredibly clean it was. Michael didn't have to do any of this. He could have told me to kick dirt, and even if he held the car, he could have let me deal with the added cost of a high interest loan for a few months and the upcoming maintenance I was expecting to pay for anyway. The fact is, he went well beyond what should be reasonably expected of a car dealer to not simply sell a car, but to help someone in a tough spot by no fault of their own get back on the road. This experience provides a good understanding of the quality of the product Michael wants his customers to leave with, but is also a great testament to his character. Sheila at SunWest also couldn't stop talking about how great Michael is. Seriously, give this man your money. I have nothing but positive things to say about this car buying experience.
