To the response that spacers are not used in the lifts at Lifted Trucks- here is a photo of the 6" spacer that has caused excessive strain on the surrounding parts and now costing me thousands at 30k miles to replace shocks and struts. I traded for a black 22 Toyota 4Runner that was riddled with mold. Nobody cared to include the owners. They complained they had to rent me a car while the body shop tried to fix it. They refuse to take it back although I offered him what I felt was a fair deal. They gave me no other choice but a trade into something else and you thought I would've gotten a good deal but I didn't. Still going through terrible experience. Bought the truck online and had it shipped to Ohio. Still have not received title work so I can go and get my plates. I paid them all the money up front for faxes on the vehicle. They sent me a few temp tags then said they cannot send anymore. They said they use a third party for out of state then said they had to switch to a new company. I had to redo a vin verification paperwork. Now I have an expired temp tag with no telling when I will get any paperwork. The few people I was dealing with stopped responding to my emails. I asked for upper Managment many times and they say they will call me but never do. I am not someone to ever attack anyone online but I'm hoping this will get my problem moving. read more

This has been the worst experience as far as buying a vehicle. I have been trying to get my registration for my new truck since October. The temporary plates expired on 12/16/2025 and no one will return my emails or let me know what is going on. Lifted trucks did not get an inspection done on my truck and only told me when I started asking about the registration. No one answers emails or responds to questions. We never got an owners manual, the plug cover for the engine heater is missing and no one ever told me how to get a new one. It has just been an all around "horrible" experience. Well I left a positive review... now a month later I have had calls about purchasing a f150 when I got a Tundra. I emailed my sales rep asking about a possible replacement for a fog light that was out and a tire I had to patch. I understand I bought it sight unseen expect for pics but aleast a reply would be worthy. I mentioned it to the tittle people and they said the manager from the bama location would call me never did. I think the location or the company isn't organized or no communing leadership... it's sad cause I have had others that have asked about my truck and wondered where I got it from but settled for a local dealership instead of the problems I have had. Most worse experience buying a truck from this location on Ina Martin and Ivan I feel a worked me out of my vehicle for a trade in promise me they would take care of me on the truck we purchased when I went to do so Martin had quit very uneasy feeling tried to work through with management not happy and results from this location of used trucks sales here. We have had nothing but problems and having to use are warranty coverage to try and get the headlight fixed properly the tailgate audio system hasn't worked since we purchased it the radio goes on and off the vehicle only came with one key. Very dissatisfied finding out this was a repossession management wants to try and tell me otherwise but bringing this truck to the dealership the truck tells the story have to have it reprogrammed for the two keys that I don't have pay $500 out of pocket to make sure I have my sanity Martine mentioned after the purchase. I bought a Toyota tundra from lifted trucks and it was an absolute nightmare. First off the truck I got had just been traded in a few days prior, and they overpromised on stuff they couldn't and didn't deliver on. I had to leave a 1k deposit to hold it essentially, and they said by the end of the week I wouldn't be able to take it home. Few days later they call me in to do paperwork and leave my down payment, seemed like everything was moving along smoothly like they said. Funny enough once they got my 10k down payment suddenly all urgency was out the window. It literally took almost three weeks for them to get me the vehicle. During this time they would dodge my phone calls and I had to show up several times in person to get answers. Finally I get a pickup date, they say tomorrow at 12pm you can come get it. The next day comes and they call in the morning and say that I have to come at 5pm because the truck needs to be put through their "thorough in house inspection and emissions testing". I pick up the truck after weeks of BS, and by the time I get the truck less than 2 miles away to my work the truck is throwing a code. I run my code reader on it and what do ya know? Both catalytic converters are toast. Tell me how just hours before the truck was ran through their inspection and emissions testing and somehow both catalytic converters being shot didn't show up on any of those tests? Hmmmm odd. I took it back and had to raise hell demanding the deal to just be thrown out because of their shady Bs and finally they offered to fix what they should've fixed in the first place. For the place that wants to act like they're "not like the usual used car salesmen" they sure are on the screwing buyers over energy. And this isn't an isolated incident, I have a close friend who also got a truck from them that had known damaged parts that they didn't fix before letting him drive off. I'm assuming if you don't buy the warranty that pays them out to fix these issues they just clear the codes and screw you. Be weary, these dudes are just as shady as the rest of the used car salesmen just at a way higher price point. Lastly, my finance company had to hound them to send the title to them a year after I bought the vehicle. Just bad business all around, save yourself the headache and the feeling like you got bent over the sales desk. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I just have to say it was a very weird and strange experience and behavior by the manager. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and when that vehicle was sold we were looking at different options. The sales associate was looking at different possible vehicles for me when the manager approached me and introduce himself. He told me I should look at the Toyota Sequoia, I explained to him that I was not interested in the Toyota Sequoia because of all the recent recalls of the Toyota Tundra. I also explained to him that we just recently purchased a BMW and we're not looking to spend a whole lot of money on this other vehicle. He then told me well I already spent a lot of money on the BMW why not spend more money on this Sequoia and again I wasn't interested in a Toyota Sequoia. After going back and forth over and over as to why I'm not interested in a Toyota Sequoia he stuck his hand out and said shake my hand and get out. I am not new to buying cars in fact I buy cars every couple years and this is the first time I've ever encountered a manager and nonetheless treat me this way all over the fact I wasn't interested in the car he was trying to sell and push. The cherry on top they didn't disclose when he bought the truck it was a Canadian truck therefor American GM doesn't honor any warranty work! He's out about $10,000. Their warranty is totally useless. Their customer service is useless. I personally talked to KEY or KY about it. With Tyler as his "wife" nothing has been done since. Looked on the website for a few weeks and went in to check out a few trucks I had been interested in. I test drove a truck I really liked and got some rough numbers and left. They called me back the same day asking how I felt/what could they do to make a deal happen. I told them if they could get my monthly down to 300-400 a month I could more than likely squeeze some more money for a down payment. They reached back out the next day telling me the same exact numbers and figures, told them I could make a deal happen right away if they could get the payment where I want it to be. Went back and forth with multiple phone calls only for them to give me the SAME numbers they gave me when I went in. Telling me if I put 10k down my payment would would be $490, which is exactly the same breakdown of pricing on the original paperwork I got when I went in. So they didn't do anything on their end to actually try to get the monthly towards where I was asking it to be. Real great negotiation practice, just regurgitating the same numbers hoping I'm dumb enough to triple the amount of money down to barely lower the monthly. Going from 3k down to 10k down to get $85 knocked off the monthly payment? Absolutely insane. You're better saving and buying private sale.
