Then put the half of my toe with standard polish (remaining toes were no chip) saying she "didn't recommend no chip because I broke your nail" I couldn't even process this until a few days had passed. It's both painful, still bleeds at the quick and paying for someone to remove part of a nail is beyond wrong. We will NEVER return. But wanted to warn as many people as possible.

I had the oldest gentleman (onlydoing my pedi and it was horrible: 1) he cut me badly on the side of my big toe trying to trim my dead skin on the side of the nail. I yelped when he did it 2) the paint job was messy and I had to ask him to touch up 3 toes when he was done 3) he forgot to put a clear top coat on. Luckily the mani guy (Danny -would recommend him) realized it and did it himself.

I went on Google and left a very accurate and honest review regarding the nail tech and treatment of management at the time. Decided to give them another shot only becuase of price and convience. Had a wonderful experience with Joanne the owner and a different nail tech. Owner explained to me to come back and gave Me the name of the tech for future visits. I did return again about a month later, walked in for a pedicure and asked for the tech I had for my last visit. Monica the owners daughter then asked me if she could speak to me outside after confirming my name. I walked outside and then was very rudely confronted and asked to remove my Google review, to which I replied that it was an honest review of my experience and how I felt her confronting me and basically demanding I take it down was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, she continued screaming at me... even as I walked to my car across the parking lot. Asking me why I continued to return if I had such a bad experience. Now theres at least 20 employees there and turn over is ridiculous. So my ONE Google review of 1 employee and the manager who I described as unprofessional and literally running customers out the door, was in fact accurate. The same manager who I spoke about, is the exact girl who threw a toddler tantrum and proceeded to scream outside of her place of business for at least 5 mins while I walked to my car and pulled away. Very unhinged. I will continue to share my experience. As someone whose beeen working in the beauty industry for over 15 years... I can not fathom treating a client this way. ESPECIALLY ONE WHO DECIDED TO GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE. ONLY TO BE GIVEN AN EVEN MORE HORRIFIC AND DISTURBING ENCOUNTER. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I WAS going in once a…read moremonth to get my feet done with no problems, my last service, my nail tech and I got to talking, and she convinced me to give them a chance to do my hands, I came in after work one night, and I'll be honest I did not check their hours, but was checked in with an of corse no problem! and never told anything, there will also several other customers In The store. After I sat down and put my feet in the water, I told my nail tech I wanted a paraffin wax, she looked upset.. I said is that okay? and said well we're closing soon.. to which I apologized, informed her I was not aware, told her we could do a basic service tonight and I would just come back tomorrow. She said no we'll do you tonight.. and then they proceeded to bring a tall table over to the foot bath, and start my hands as well.. cool.. your closing I understand. She then several more times, commented how they were closing.. while I several times commented, that I was trying to relax during my service that I would come back tomorrow. I was not given any lotion. My cuticles were not cut, and the rest I feel speaks for itself. I'm not going post pictures of my feet. But the color there was also uneven and blotchy, and it did not look good, and two of my toes were bleeding.

I accepted it, but while getting the pedi on the broken chair, they were switching out different cords to try to have it work for the first 15 min. Never worked. It was just not relaxing or enjoyable. I spoke about the person being a bit too rough and you can just tell they were annoyed with me by the response and attitude. I usually have a decent experience but after this, I won't be returning.

I have been going to Grand Nails for over 5 yrs. The service has declined consistently over the…read morelast year! I have had to go back for nail repairs constantly with in a week after getting my nails done. Recently, I got my nails done for the holiday. After a week, the thumb nail fell completely off after getting a dip manicure and pedicure spending over $100.00. I went in after an event and the manager, Tip fixed it. I was at an event when it fell off like a Walgreens press on nail! I didn't even know that could happen with a dip. Two days later the rest of the nails started falling off too. They all fell off except two. I still had holiday events to attend and had to go with my nails looking bad, it was so embarrassing! I called and spoke to the manager, Tip. He said to come in and that he would make it right. When I came in he refused because it was after the holidays on Jan 2nd. This was the 1st opportunity that I could come in because of the holidays. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years, but will never return! I will now find another nail salon to spend my money and would like everyone to know about the horrible customer service that I received! If you're looking for a good nail salon, try somewhere else!
