I get a acrylics and then gel and I do a fill in every three weeks and I also do pedicures on a regular basis, I always make an appointment. I've never had to wait long. Even a few times I've come as a walk-in didn't take very long to wait. They are extremely polite and want to make you satisfied with their service. Ryan does my nails and I've had Conni too, both are excellent. I've had a few others, but I can't remember the names but wasn't disappointed in any of them. I usually take whoever is available for a pedicure and never had a problem. Spa is clean, utensils in individual sterilized packs and the pedicure bowls get a plastic liner. Definitely a five star experience for me.

One of the chairs didn't work... meaning no massage and unable to move in a more comfortable position. I accepted it, but while getting the pedi on the broken chair, they were switching out different cords to try to have it work for the first 15 min. Never worked. It was just not relaxing or enjoyable. I spoke about the person being a bit too rough and you can just tell they were annoyed with me by the response and attitude. I usually have a decent experience but after this, I won't be returning.

I stopped in while running errands with my mom to get a manicure and pedicure. We were greeted…read morewarmly and serviced shortly thereafter. A nice young gentleman ended up doing my pedicure. As a first-time visitor, I was surprised that you couldn't pick the polish color by selecting the nail lacquer bottles. They give you a color palette, which works just as well. What I didn't like were the pricing options. I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure. I don't need a hot towel wrap or a cool leg wax. I prefer the no frills option, but the pricing structure only had "luxury" options with so-called add-ons. The cheapest option was $47, which included some sort of wax I didn't want or need. We went on a weekday in the middle of the day, so they were running a happy hour offer for $10 off. That meant the pedicure was $37, which is close to what I typically pay in downtown Chicago. For that reason, I got over my discontentment with the menu selections. I did, however, opt NOT to get a manicure. I figured I would be able to get a better deal elsewhere. Plus, they didn't have OPI polish, which is my preferred lacquer. The location was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The employees seemed friendly enough and were attentive to customers. The gentleman did a decent job on my nails. I wasn't overly excited about it or anything, but it was more than acceptable.

I on the other hand had Ivy and literally lost half a big toe nail from overuse of the drill filer. She just kept drilling until the half of my toenail came off. Then put the half of my toe with standard polish (remaining toes were no chip) saying she "didn't recommend no chip because I broke your nail" I couldn't even process this until a few days had passed. It's both painful, still bleeds at the quick and paying for someone to remove part of a nail is beyond wrong. We will NEVER return. But wanted to warn as many people as possible.

If you're operating an established business, it's critical to ensure that your staff is properly trained before allowing them to perform services on paying customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. During my recent visits, the same technician has provided my services, and both times were extremely frustrating. A pedicure took over an hour, and a no-chip fill-in took more than three hours to complete. On this last visit, the technician even left in the middle of my fill-in to eat, returned while still on the phone and chewing, and hadn't even started using the actual fill-in products--an hour had already passed just from filing my nails. This is simply unacceptable. Time is valuable, and no service should take this long under normal circumstances. While I understand that everyone is at a different point in their learning, clients shouldn't bear the cost of that with long, inefficient service. If you have several hours to spare and don't mind the pace, this might be fine for you. But for me, this was the last visit. I cannot continue to support a business that doesn't respect my time.
