On this last visit, the technician even left in the middle of my fill-in to eat, returned while still on the phone and chewing, and hadn't even started using the actual fill-in products--an hour had already passed just from filing my nails. This is simply unacceptable. Time is valuable, and no service should take this long under normal circumstances. While I understand that everyone is at a different point in their learning, clients shouldn't bear the cost of that with long, inefficient service. If you have several hours to spare and don't mind the pace, this might be fine for you. But for me, this was the last visit. I cannot continue to support a business that doesn't respect my time.
