I'll give three stars because my toe nails are cute but overall the staff friendly and I believe tried their best! but my nails are way wide and bulky and already lifting after a week - I went to them because of the pictures they posted on instagram but I do strongly believe they are posting other people's work because I showed them 6 diff pictures of their posted work and they still don't shape my nails like what they post - also took them forever to complete my full set acrylic and toes acrylic didn't do the pedi part had to tell them my toes weren't cleaned etc and I'm just dissatisfied overall 3 diff techs switched during service and went to other clients and had me waiting and came back. I don't get designs just ombre nails and white French tip toe. read more

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed the whole vibe. Tracy was my nail tech and she was very kind from the start. She was excited to work on my nails and we had a nice conversation. Everyone else was also very friendly and I will definitely be back. She also told me about their deals with the fill in and eyelashes. When arriving I was initially excited! I came for a birthday self care day. But, over the service I was proven wrong. Before being serviced I asked to use the restroom. It's obvious the restrooms are not consistently cleaned. Then, a bug casually walked a crossed the floor with no one's urgency to tend to it. After, I got my pedicure. While I did not have a problem with the provider herself. She almost missed a vital part in my pedicure. Cleaning the inner part of my toe nail. When I brought it to her attention she said she's had customers not want it and only cleans when prompted. When I was at this station the manicurist came over to ask what set I wanted. When I showed him and prefaced I'd like it short, he tried to say the set would be $85. But, I had texted the number provided by the shop weeks ago for a quote and was told $65. He tried to insist that since he'd be using gel it'd be the up-charge as well. Completely different from why he explained it'd be an up-charge at first. When I tried to clarify I didn't want gel he went back and forth with me and went to a woman I'm assuming was the manager. When she came over, she explained that the base of the style is $40 and the design was $25. But, because of the length it made the stylist say $85. I told the manager that I already informed him I'd like it to be short and I didn't want gel. She smiled and walked away. Moving on to my manicure. The stylist seemed to know what he was doing. Very nice in checking in on how I was doing. But, things took a turn for the worse. The stylist glued my skin to the nail. I didn't know it had occurred until he went to file the nail I felt a sting. The feeling got worse so, when I looked my skin was split open. When I brought it to his attention he kept saying "it's okay" and I had to insist it was not. He told me "maybe tomorrow it'll close up." When I kept repeating it hurt he finally moved to sanitize my split open skin. I kept looking back for a manager or someone to come over to address my situation. But, all the shop employees were bunched together in their own world. It wasn't until I refused for the stylist to continue is when he called over one of the ladies (the assumed manager). She sanitized my finger and insisted the stylist continue. Moving on to the design. The stylist kept not matching my inspiration photo. He then, called the same woman (the assumed manager) to finalize the design. When she finished and I walked by he said "I am learning from her" implying he's still beginning his nail journey. The only saving grace of this appointment was my lash application. She was very nice and I enjoy my lashes. But, even those are starting to come off 3 days later after paying $38 for them At the end, I was not offered any way to remedy the skin damage. I was utterly shocked and disappointed. I will not be back unfortunately. read more

Been coming here about 13 years. Up until recently they were great! But I've noticed a few things in the last 3 - 4 visits. The hard upsell, I had to tell my tech "no" several times, no gel, no acrylic, no, no, no, just a basic pedi. The move to more and more ultra long, elaborate nails (and higher sales.) If that's your thing, fine, but don't shame those of us who don't want that...if we ask for short, we want and need short! The last visit the polish was so thick it went on gloopy and uneven. But the final straw were the dead bugs behind chairs and the unswept floors, I was there around 11 am. read more

Friday was my first time going again since 2021. I got there checked in. Everyone was busy when I got there. After me 2 more ladies got there. The lady after me went to tell helen she would come next week because she didn't want to wait. So helen told her, no that she could get her next. So helen went to go sit me and that other lady at the table to be worked on. First she went to me to glue the nails down and then she got up without saying anything. I thought she went to the restroom or to get something else for my nails. But after a bit, I heard some nail clipping and turned around. She had started working on the other lady that got there after me. I was upset cause why are we picking and choosing who goes first. I had been waiting in line for the next person available. Its only fair for the next person to be worked on next. If it wasnt for the lady saying to helen "its fine, that she could work on me". It seems like helen was going to continue working on her and have me wait. I dont think I will be going back. I dont like that they choose who to attend first. Its not fair for you to wait and they skip over you for preference and start working on someone who got there after you. read more

One of the employees there was rude when I was trying to ask a couple of simple questions. I was looking for a nail salon that could do my nails a certain way for a concert I was going to in a couple of weeks. I went in person to show them a picture and ask if they could do it. Because it was one hour within closing time, and there was just one lady working on someone's nails and no one at the front desk to attend me, she was bothered that I showed up. I told her that I didn't need to get my nails done today and needed to get them done on a later date. She gave me attitude and told me they don't do appointments. The main nail tech who seems to be the translator for them that has blonde high lights and digs at the desk closest to the register was EXTREMELY rude to me. I booked an appointment online on their website and even received a text notification about my appointment. When I got there the nail tech had no idea what I was talking about even though their sign in system had my appointment under my phone number. She told me that my appointment had been canceled and that the nail tech I booked with would be there for 10 more minutes. So waited and waited and waited and waited until 30 minutes passed by and no one spoke to me or asked me about it again. She never showed up and the nail techs never tried to help me. Don't let the pictures fool you, they don't seem to know what their doing. Asked for acrylic toes and got one crooked toe. I had to ask them to reapply it bc they put straight ACRYLIC on my damaged toe nail. They messed up on my friends acrylic nails also. read more

They do not do soak offs here, they do the old school method of taking a tip and ripping your nails off. extremely painful and damaging. on top of that, i asked for dip 2 separate times and the lady gave me acrylics. not a big deal to me except for the fact that she didn't do an amazing job. as you can see in the picture, the nail is supposed to have an apex aka a nice curve, mine do not, they're what we call "ski slopes" instead. i didn't get my nails super long either and they charged me $70 for ACRYLIC. $5 for "removing" my old nails aka ripping them off. that is absolutely absurd and i will not be returning. read more

The technician never even attempted to sweep them away or put a towel down. No tools came out of a sanitized kit for either me or my friend. They just used dusty clippers and it doesn't look like any equipment had been cleaned in ages. Yet they aren't dipping nails for "covid precautions" lol. I was quoted for an Acrylic nail French tip only polish for $35, the lady took me away from who I was with to do my nails. She proceeded to do my nails . She charged me $55. My only issue is that I was quoted a price and had to pay extra. Before going I went to the website. ALL PRICES ARE DIFFERENT. The $17 pedicure became $30 in person, and the $35 acrylic set online became $55 in person. When I told the woman all she said was "the guy doesn't know" and continued to point at the screen repeatedly for me to pay. I ended up paying instead of arguing.
