Let me just say, Luxury Nails & Eyelash on Voss absolutely understood the assignment! I came here for the first time after a friend recommended it and I'm honestly so glad I did. I was looking for somewhere open later on Sundays (hard to find!) and this spot was perfect right in the Kroger parking lot, super easy to get to, clean, and has such a calm vibe the moment you walk in. Cindy did my nails and Skye did my pedicure, and both of them were amazing. Cindy really took her time with the shape and color PERFECTION and Skye gave me one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had in a long time (massage, hot towel, the whole experience). You can tell they both care about their work and their clients. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt upscale but still down-to-earth, no rush, no chaos, just chill energy and attention to detail. I loved how they checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I'm already planning my next visit, this might just become my new go-to spot! read more

Felt extremely rushed. Lady did not have welcoming attitude, and I just came in for a polish change. I asked to file one big toe nail just a little more because it was cutting into skin just a bit, and she stated I had to get a full pedicure for that. I stated I didn't have time for a full pedicure, she said sorry. Then while my toes were drying, she asked to take my card, swiped it for me and asked the 20% tip. I probably would have tipped 20% if I felt as an important client. Nails were ok, but definitely a very small shop that needs more love and welcome ness. read more

I stoped in this nail place because I didn't want to drive across town to my place in which I had just got my nails done a day before. I wanted get a overlay on my toe. Upon my entrance of the salon no one spoke including the lady that was behind the reception counter. I told her why I was there she gave me a blank stare as if I wasn't talking to her. I told her I can search for the colors on the wall where the colors were located. I searched through all the colors and I didn't find my correct color so at that point the overlay wasn't going to happen. So I proceeded to walk to the front to tell her, she then accused me of stealing a bottle of polish. I have never been so humiliated in my life. So I'm here to give heads up on anyone seeking to do business at this establishment. Dear neighbors, we've never met. In fact, I have no idea what you look like but today I was racially profiled in this establishment. During a recent visit. Apparently and intently the lady looking at me and made some assumptions about who I am based on my race. Who all people who look like me must be? Well, you are wrong, about me and about all of us. I hate that I hade to experience this today. It's very unfortunate. I'll never go here again and I suggest anyone else not to patronize this establishment. read more

Ill be honest, when I first started coming here, things were okay. Henny does a great job.. Mai does my pedicures and she always does a perfect job and she's very sweet. However, the other techs here don't listen to your requests well and they always try to negotiate what YOU ask for. The last two times I went, the elder ladies did my nails and both experiences were unpleasant. The first one overall did a really halfway job on my manicure (it looked like a 5yo did it) and the other got carried away with the machine file too many times on my cuticles, leaving cuts on my fingers. Neither visit, did I receive a massage with my "full set", just a thank you and a bunch of oil to wash off. I stand at the register and the lady is rushing me to insert my card before I can even read the screen.. Whoever is in charge right now, should do something different because with all of this going on, not once have I received at the least an apology from anyone. Hopefully me being a POC has nothing to do with this. Will not return unless Mai is doing my toes. read more

Yesterday I decided to try this salon since it was so close to me and had recently opened. I received a dip set on my natural nails by Hennie, and would totally recommend this service! She was careful throughout the process and made sure I got what I wanted. The Man that works in the front is so sweet and accommodating! He even opened my complimentary drink for me so my nails don't break lol! Unrelated to my experience but I'm an observer.. the lady getting serviced next to me asked for a color change and they switched it to her liking without an issue. She seemed happy with her set and even asked about returning soon. Overall, the shop was clean, organized, and all the staff I encountered were all very polite. I am happy with the price I paid (originally $40, $32 with grand opening 20% off) and the result! Will be returning for sure! read more

The most unprofessional manicure I ever received. The lady didn't know how to properly cut cuticles, she spent less than 10 minutes preparing the nails before she started painting them. The shellac lasted 2 days and started bubbling up on the side of the nails...
