I've been going to luxury for years, Ben and Wendy are great. Do a great job and nice people. They've hired a lot of new people since expanding and most of which are good. Tanya though. She's not very nice. She also stabbed my skin while trimming cuticles. Makes comments if you have callouses, grown out nails, anything. She also spent a decent amount of time "massaging". During this "massage" she spent about 10 minutes just holding my foot while looking at the tv behind her. Luxury is great usually. I'm hesitant to return because of her which is sad because I've known and loved Ben and Wendy for 10+ years. read more

Horrible beyond comprehension. I'm staying in a hotel with nothing to do, had chipped nails, so decided to get spruced up. It's the ONLY nail salon choice where I am. It's dirty. The regular polish selection is nearly non-existent and it's all old bottles nearly empty. Every color, and there isn't much to choose from. Salons absolutely hate when you just get a regular manicure. They want you to get fake nails and gels which I don't. So they hate that they're not making more money on you. So he who seems to be the owner, removes my polish and then tries to stick my hand in the water. I told him you don't file wet nails. He responds, "I don't file nails with a manicure." HUH?? Well what do you do then? He soaks, clips cuticles, but doesn't file. I respond saying I've had my nails done every week for 36 years. Where did you learn how to do nails? They taught you this in school? He said this is how HE does it. Then he attempts to take the nail clipper to me. I'm laughing just typing this. I said I don't need them cut, just filed square. My nails aren't short but not long. They're just nice normal nails. They don't need much because I get them done weekly. So he's acting very strange, and in my opinion, he has no confidence to do regular manicures. He said he would file and he begins to file and my guess was right. He has no confidence and his filing was barely touching my nails. So I left. read more

Third time I've given this place a chance. 1st was ok, 2nd time they filed my toe nails so thin it hurt to wear shoes and this last time was the worst! I was charged for the higher tier spa pedicure when I just got the 'classic' normal pedicure, then while I was paying I saw the lady that gave me the pedicure start another ladies pedicure with the exact same tools that she used on me. She didn't get up and get clean fresh ones or even sanitize them. read more

Both times i've been here the pedicures have been rushed and overall not good. First time she didn't even give me a menu and did whatever she wanted and charged me $45 with regular polish and second time i got the same lady and she did the same thing and charged me $10 for a gel removal when i didn't have gel (since she did regular polish my last visit). I went in based on reading reviews. I wasn't impressed. First, was told would have two techs for dip nails and deluxe pedi. Wasn't offered any water or soft drink which I thought was weird. I did eventually ask for water, but it never got to me. Ordered a deluxe pedi and lets just say, there was no massage of the legs involved. 2nd tech never came to do dip nails so the same tech that did the pedi did the dips. Was there 2 hours. For 90.00 I would have thought better service and a better experience. Sorry. Won't be back. read more

I've used this salon for years and the service is always top-notch. Most customers are greeted by name, which makes everyone feel special. The techs take extreme care in getting each job done with perfection. Facilities are always very clean, ladies are constantly cleaning and disinfecting areas. During this time of Covid, measures are taken to separate customer and tech as well as can be done in this business. They require masks (providing to those who need one) and have plastic barriers to separate them from clientele, as well as distance seating. Wonderful new pedicure massage chairs, calming music plays, along with large tvs with closed caption scrolls. I highly recommend this place! read more
