The last few times I've gone she would hurt me at least 5 times during each session. She drills and burns my nails or files aggressively and cuts the sides of my finger nails. I pull my hand away because of the pain she just says sorry but does it again. I won't be returning because I got the vibe she was doing it on purpose and I don't know why? I also asked for stilettos this last time and she made them round. I told her that's not what I wanted and she ignored me. read more

She used glue that burned the living life out of my eyes she cut my real eyelashes and it's been such a horror week she doesn't know how to remove them and won't give money back. The lady doesn't speak English at all plus she's very rude. I called her to see if she was busy and she said no, but then hacienda was closed so I had to drive to harbor back to her place then she was eating and told her I was late because of the road closed then she said"I don't care" I was shocked. I had an eyelash appointment with Helen yesterday and she did an outstanding job! The price is excellent, as is the work she did. I love my lashes! Definitely the best set of lashes I've ever had! There are only two workers and they are rushing even though there was no one waiting so they do a sloppy job. I got a full acrylic set and a pedicure an they look messy. She also had the audacity to charge me an additional $5 fee because I wanted my nails a little shorter. All she did was file them down a little. The entire time I had to keep telling her to fix things that looked messy and she was not painting my entire nail. When I asked her to paint the whole nail she replied, "I can't do that." Towards the end, I was so frustrated that I gave up on asking her to fix things. I should be able to relax without having to ask to fix things. I regret that I did not demand my money back. I went in today for a pedicure and the employee cut my toes in 3 different spots where I was bleeding. She didn't seem to know how to cut using her hand piece. Not the clippers but the other thing that looks like scissors. That was cutting my toe without even getting to the nail first therefore it was my skin she cut. She was very nice but doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. I called back because two toes were painted horribly. Had nail polish all on my side of my toes. Worse then how I paint them. You go get your nails done and pay to get them done properly. Called and spoke to Helen which said she would fix them for me. ( I believe she's the owner) I get there and she repainted my two toes. Then she tells me very rudely " the next time we repainted your toes you have to pay". I then told her that's the way she painted my toes and I came back within 10 minutes once I noticed how horrible they were painted. She walked out and practically yelled at me when she told me that. I couldn't believe she would say I have to pay for something I just payed for 10 minutes ago as if it was my fault. When she came back to put the clear paint she tells me " you are done and you have to go lady, you have to go and reached to grab my arm. I replied don't touch me. I then just told her take care and God bless. I have never in my life have been treated this way with such a low level of mannerism. Nor have I ever been told to leave a place. I never once yelled or said anything mean. I don't give someone my business to be mistreated. They also were speaking in Vietnamese and little does she know I understand a lot of words from two of my nieces (husband). They were talking about me simply talking bs. This is not how you treat your customers that pay you their money. And a few others times I went Helen is in a bad mood. She was only friendly one time. This is not how you treat anyone. read more
