I love how Helen does my nails I trusted her so much enough to do my eyelashes.. let's just say I'm left w no eyelashes. She used glue that burned the living life out of my eyes she cut my real eyelashes and it's been such a horror week she doesn't know how to remove them and won't give money back. My eyes hurt so bad I've been trying all the ways to remove the eyelashes and j can't . They hurt so bad

love love love this salon! the people here are so friendly and full of joy, i felt very welcomed... they laugh, they smile, and make conversation. they ask you what you want from the beginning and make sure you get just that! they make sure you leave happy no matter what Kati did my pedicure and she's sooo precise and sweet! Helen has done my full sets both times and i love them, her line work is amazing and symmetrical! definitely recommend!

The last few times I've gone she would hurt me at least 5 times during each session. She drills and burns my nails or files aggressively and cuts the sides of my finger nails. I pull my hand away because of the pain she just says sorry but does it again. I won't be returning because I got the vibe she was doing it on purpose and I don't know why? I also asked for stilettos this last time and she made them round. I told her that's not what I wanted and she ignored me. read more

The lady doesn't speak English at all plus she's very rude. I called her to see if she was busy and she said no, but then hacienda was closed so I had to drive to harbor back to her place then she was eating and told her I was late because of the road closed then she said"I don't care" I was shocked. Any ways I can't speak to her because she doesn't speak English. Her business is always slow and I know the reason. read more

I %100 do not recommend this place at first the lady was really aggressive doing my manicure , I told the lady that I wanted an initial on my nail but she didn't do a great job so I told her to take it off she got mad and started repainting my nail again then aggressively placed the light thingy on my hand and hit me hard with it , Unacceptable I'm never coming back read more

I had an eyelash appointment with Helen yesterday and she did an outstanding job! The price is excellent, as is the work she did. I love my lashes! Definitely the best set of lashes I've ever had! Helen is a sweetheart and she did an entire new set of eyelash extensions in a little less than an hour. I will absolutely be back! Thank you Helen! There are only two workers and they are rushing even though there was no one waiting so they do a sloppy job. I got a full acrylic set and a pedicure an they look messy. She also had the audacity to charge me an additional $5 fee because I wanted my nails a little shorter. All she did was file them down a little. The entire time I had to keep telling her to fix things that looked messy and she was not painting my entire nail. When I asked her to paint the whole nail she replied, "I can't do that." Towards the end, I was so frustrated that I gave up on asking her to fix things. I should be able to relax without having to ask to fix things. I regret that I did not demand my money back. I went in today for a pedicure and the employee cut my toes in 3 different spots where I was bleeding. She didn't seem to know how to cut using her hand piece. Not the clippers but the other thing that looks like scissors. That was cutting my toe without even getting to the nail first therefore it was my skin she cut. She was very nice but doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. I called back because two toes were painted horribly. Had nail polish all on my side of my toes. Worse then how I paint them. You go get your nails done and pay to get them done properly. Called and spoke to Helen which said she would fix them for me. ( I believe she's the owner) I get there and she repainted my two toes. Then she tells me very rudely " the next time we repainted your toes you have to pay". I then told her that's the way she painted my toes and I came back within 10 minutes once I noticed how horrible they were painted. She walked out and practically yelled at me when she told me that. I couldn't believe she would say I have to pay for something I just payed for 10 minutes ago as if it was my fault. When she came back to put the clear paint she tells me " you are done and you have to go lady, you have to go and reached to grab my arm. I replied don't touch me. I then just told her take care and God bless. I have never in my life have been treated this way with such a low level of mannerism. Nor have I ever been told to leave a place. I never once yelled or said anything mean. I don't give someone my business to be mistreated. They also were speaking in Vietnamese and little does she know I understand a lot of words from two of my nieces (husband). They were talking about me simply talking bs. This is not how you treat your customers that pay you their money. And a few others times I went Helen is in a bad mood. She was only friendly one time. This is not how you treat anyone. read more

My daughter got a pedicure and her nails were cut very crooked. I laughed it off and thought it was a one off. I went in today and she did the same exact crooked cut to my nails. My toe nails so short they now look nubby. When I told her they looked crooked, she mumbled something and kept going. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

They accept credit card but do request tips are done via cash/zelle. I had called ahead and was told we could be seen immediately which was nice, but I ended up having to wait in my chair for over 15 minutes before I was actually seen, while my wife was seen immediately. Because of this I opted for a faster service so that we could be done at the same time. I really wish they were more transparent about the wait times so people could plan accordingly. The service itself was definitely on the pricier side considering what was received, and honestly the quality of work was pretty mediocre. The callus removal was half done (I could only see this after I got up), and everything just felt rushed with little attention to detail (cuticles not cleaned, nails not clipped short enough, etc.). The foot massage at the end was lovely, definitely the highlight of the whole experience. While it wasn't the worst service I've had, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back because of how much it costs vs the level of service I received.

Personally, I think it's because of how well Little Jenny does on my manicures. Being a Nurse all these years and dealing with continuous bedside care and physical labor, my nails/hands go through a lot of hot water, nicks, cuts, and trauma !!! Still, my nails tend to last 5-6 weeks with the same nail color on with no chips or breaks at all! Sometimes I have to go back only because my nails had outgrown so long that I needed to get them cut! Ever since I've been coming here, my cuticles and nails grow, feel, and look healthy. Not only does she do a good job at painting nails but her manicure in general is the best. She takes her time at removing cuticles, filing the nails to the shape/length you want, and even massaging your hands and arms before you leave. She's amazing! I've been repeatedly nicked around the cuticles, and during my most recent visit my nails were uneven in both length and shape. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to detail and consistency, I don't plan to return. I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully double-check everything during their service.
