Bad customer service! I ask the lady who did my nails if she can add another layer to my polish, she literally threw a scene yelling in her language and telling the owner. I was confused if she can't do it no problem, I understand but yelling I do not take. It's not professional certainly not good customer service. And the owner didn't tell her anything. I was starting to like this place alot and to think I was going to give her a Good tip for the trouble. I came in really excited because I hadn't gotten my nails done in so long due to quarantine and I called in ahead of time asking if they had available times. She told me in 15 minutes and I came in. I asked for a full set for me with gel (nails and pedicure) and my friends first pedicure ever (boy) Things were super rushed and she kept cutting my nails. Didn't push the cuticles back or clean them and made them thick. She was filing my nails so rough (especially the acrylics) that she tore a part of the bottom off and i mentioned it to her and she said "it's fine" When she applied the coats the first time they were going over my cuticles and I asked for gel so it was not going to wash off. So I asked her if she could fix one nail although all were done pretty rushed I'm guessing to make space for next customers or appointments? She took off all the polish and repainted and although they're Way better, they're still extremely disappointing. I told her the second time that my coat was too thin as you could see streaks on the nails and discoloration and she said "You have three coats already" then proceeded to put the top coat on. When I paid for my friends pedicure and my nails and left only a five dollar tip as I was extremely sad with the outcome and the rudeness. I do not recommend this place at all. If you don't have the time, don't rush your customer and don't hurt them or tell them their nails are fine?? read more

To start off, I don't leave reviews. I called this shop in the morning to make an appointment at 5pm. I show up to my appointment on time and they tell me to wait. So I wait for a bit, and tell the guy at the front to give me a call when they're ready, because I didn't want to seat in there waiting and suffocating in a mask when I made an appointment. They don't call me, I come back asking when they were going to take me. I noticed they were helping a new client in there who was wasn't there before. Then they tell me to wait, that one of the ladies was almost done. I then asked if they were sure, and the guy comes back to tell me if I would like to come back the next day. I of course said no as I was shocked at the treatment I was getting for my first time stepping in this shop. I told them it was a disgusting behavior of them and left. I would never come back to this shop; it's really their lost though because I never tip less than 20%. Greedy vultures who don't respect their clients appointment. I was so disappointed!!! read more

so i checked the review on this place and saw much promise through the pictures that were left from satisfied customers. we walk in and we wait about 25 minutes before we're seen (which wasn't too bad). one of the lady's called me over and told me to choose a color from their wide collection while she was finishing up her other customer. i picked a color and she looked at me and told me to pick another one (odd right?). she finally AGREED on a color that i picked and got to my nails. she barely did a manicure, she just got straight to painting while my boyfriend was getting the whole shabang from the lady next to mine. i told her that i wanted my nails exactly like this picture i saw on their yelp and she told me she didnt have it when they even had it on display at the front of the salon. so she tried to advertise some other glitters but i said no its okay, ill go without the glitter. she then got up and grabbed the rhinestones THAT SHE SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE! now im just thinking she's lazy... she does one side and it's lopsided so i told her and she replied saying that it was just my nail. it was definitely not my nail!! throughout the rest of my "manicure" she kept whispering to me "you do me favor, i do you favor" because she knew i'd be writing this review later. how disgusting! she thinks taking $2 off my bill is going to make up for my ugly nails?? extremely disappointed with this place! read more

I should have written a review the First time I came here. Had I done so, the current review would be an amendment. The first time I came, James does my pedicure and Helen my manicure and both were excellent. The services I received lasted a long time. I decided to wait until I returned from vacation for a return visit and did so today. I wish I hadn't. First, Helen was not there but I was willing to let someone else do my nails. Helen is great with detail and designs. I was going to keep it simple to be on the safe side. Also, James was with another client so I agreed to let another technician do it (don't know her name). She seemed sweet and started the pedicure. She did the callous removal right out of the gate and proceeded to lotion and massage my legs. I asked if she was about to polish my nails and she said yes. I reminded here that she hadn't dont the actual pedicure part of the service and she had the nerve to tell me that I was busy talking (and just have missed it). My cuticles has not been pushed back or anything which I showed her. It was pretty much downhill from there to the point where I didn't want her to finish. The edges on my trimmed nails had sharp edges and the color I picked didn't match the sample. I now have to go somewhere else to complete the job. These nail places come a dime a dozen. There are better places close by. I do not recommend Luxury Nail & Spa. read more

I've been there 3 weeks in a row and every time i come they make me leave to come back and nobody ever is there to take me for a pedicure. I went 2 hours before they closed and they turned me around because 2 other people were waiting. You guys take 2 hours to do a pedicure? There was somebody in the back now even working but they act like they had no one to do my pedicure and they were so rude about it. I do not recommend 0/10 read more

This place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I called for an appointment and was able to get in an hour later. There's a big assortment of polishes to pick from. Tommy did my gel pedicure and he was so nice, talkative, and attentive! He made me feel very comfortable and I loved it. I am a dancer so my big toenails always get broken, resorting me to get acrylic on them. Tommy insisted I didn't and that he would shape them so they grow out and get healthy again. He did such a good shape! There is quite a few pedicure selections to pick from and they actually put stuff in the water. I got a pedi fizz ball and the scrub i chose. The massage with hot towels is included as well. Spa chairs are comfy and have a massage option. Something I really appreciated was Tommy calling me by my name when conversing which makes me know that they get to know their customers. One of the technicians even got up and hugged her customer who I'm assuming is a regular, which just goes to show how great the rapport is throughout the staff. Just got the best gel pedicure here. They greeted me, took me in immediately, and made sure everything was to my comfort. The staff gave me water, turned on the massage chair for me, gave me a wide selection of colors, and asked me how I was doing all within 5 minutes of being there. You could tell they're really genuine people because they actually care about knowing your name, they ask you about different aspects of your life, constantly ask you if you feel good and relaxed, and they don't bad mouth you in their native language (I would know because I speak Vietnamese). On top of that, I had very specific requests for how I wanted my pedicure to go and areas to avoid and they did it without hesitation and had clean tools!! Overall, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, I loved it. Amy, my nail tech, was the sweetest. James, the other nail tech, was very accommodating and kind as well. Definitely a hit today. Will be returning and giving them all my money lol. read more
