Proceed with caution. The pedicures are mediocre at best--you could honestly achieve the same, if not better, results at home. However, the male nail technicians are very skilled and do great work. Unfortunately, my experience with a female technician was disappointing. I paid for the service but ended up leaving before my nails were finished because she insisted on making them bulky and shaped them according to her preference rather than following my request for a simple square shape. Communication and attention to the client's preferences need improvement. read more

I have gotten a pedicure all over Atlanta...literally from Cobb to Union City to Kennesaw and NEVER have Inhad to pay extra for things that are normally included everywhere else. Callous remover extra, Sugar scrub...extra. Gel Polish $18 extra. This is on top of a base price of $32 which apparently only includes the foot soak, cut down and basic polish. I had to ask the tech to go back over my toes with the cuticle nippers because he left cuticle on every toe. That was Sunday and today is Tuesday and my feet don't feel as soft ot as smooth as they normally would. I am debating on calling my bank and declining the charge because I literally wasted $55 and an hour of my time. read more

I only write reviews for excellent or terrible service. There's no in between. Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience at this salon. Mind you I've been several times before. In fact , my entire immediate family has been there. Service was pretty decent and place was and looked clean which is a requirement for me. However; yesterday was the turning point for me. Anyways, I went for gel fill in and pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure ever. I thought I caught them minutes before closing which needs to be updated. Sign on the door says 8:00 but the guy said 7:30. The pedicure itself was just ok. I'm really disturb why they just don't charge for callous/jelly instead of making everything an add-on. I hate to be nickeled and dimed. It's tacky to say the least. I wanted a nail art flower. I thought most places still do "designs" by hand. The guy goes to get a book of stickers( very cheesy) I figured I would find a picture to show him. Then, as I'm waiting for Wi-Fi to connect, he's rushing me. At that point, I said never mind. Here's a tip: when folks are paying their money to your business; treat them with respect. It's not about a do-over or getting something for free. If I paid then, I can pay again. It's the principality. Won't go back. Too many choices. There's nearly two nail salons in every strip mall. They are getting lazy and prices are getting higher. I asked for manager, Helen who said I could come back for somebody else to do the flower. Not worth my trip in gas. Do it right the first time. Great service and ambiance! Lee Lee did my pedicure, while Kai did my fill in. Both were very accommodating. My girl Lee Lee's massage game is 10/10, and Kai was very Patient with my unique requests concerning my nail shape. He took the time to listen and make corrections, and did them exactly how I asked. He even chose my color and it was exactly what I was describing. My best friend got a pedi next to me that lasted as long as my entire service! We have patronized this salon for quite some time, but today was the last time. I'm so upset and my daughter is livid! First off, they sat us up front where there was no lamp to light the workspace, and the tech that they sent to my daughter is the same lady who usually sits in the back eating or playing on her phone. I see why. She's totally unskilled!!! We were not able to see how terrible the acrylic nails were until we got outside in the sunlight. OMG! Most of the nails are lumpy with bubbles underneath, and a few have color from the tips under the nail. I cannot even describe the jankiness of the jewels she glued on. The top coat is lumpy and there is literally top coat under some of the nails!! $80!!! These were supposed to be prom nails. Now we are looking for another nail salon. Never again!!! We just learned our lesson today. If I thought I could keep my cool, I would definitely go back to demand a refund. There is no excuse. Luckily I only got a gel manicure on my short nails. read more

Biggest rip off in town they up charge you for everything. I was told $60 for ombré set, once the tips were on and cut I was told $15 extra because "oh my your nails are long, that $15 extra!" So a 1/2" is long?? I don't mind paying just don't try to rip me off after you already quoted me a price. If you charge more for length then say so up front not after you start the job. This salon is named Luxury Nail Spa, but that wasn't my experience. I came for a regular manicure, which cost $20. I put my hands in a bowl of water, no soap or cuticle softener included. I explained I wanted my nails shorter, and they were filed, uneven. There was no buffing to remove any debris from the top of my nails. The painting of my nails looks horrible, so it didn't bother me when I messed them up while trying to pay after the service. I will go home to file my nails and repaint them. Came here on a whim to get SNS and I was hesitant because of the reviews but I had a FANTASTIC experience!! The staff was so friendly and the place is very clean and my nail tech was so sweet & VERY attentive to every inch of every nail. Even the drying process she was very careful and made sure my nails were not messing up. Most places I end up going to charge $45-$50 but here it was just $35! #Win! I'm so glad I came here! Decided to stop by this salon after I visited the Whole Foods on Thursday for a gel pedicure. It was not busy at all and noticed the older lady who did my toes was not very consistent in her application of the polish. Other than that's, I had no problem because the end result of my toes were nice. It wasn't until 4 DAYS LATER when the majority of my gel polish on my big toe completely peeled off. Out of all the nail salons I've visited. NEVER has my polish came off this soon. If you get gel often you know it can last anywhere from 2 weeks to even a month. ESPECIALLY ON YOU'RE TOES. I have been coming here for a long time. The prices are a bit higher than your average salon but it has always been worth it. Today I had an upgraded pedicure and S&S manicure. Cuticle cream wasn't used on either my fingers nor toes- just water. My nails are thick and shaped horribly, I had to fix when I got home. My pedicure was not even worth the cost of a regular one. No callus remover was used and my feet were barely scrubbed and not at all toward my upper foot/toes. I upgraded for the longer massage and exfoliation and combined it was possibly a total of 90 seconds. All of the organic lotion products were not used as advertised. 85 bucks is a lot of money to be unhappy. This long term customer won't be returning. read more

I went by yesterday and was totally impressed! Have you ever gone in to a nail salon and went to wash your hands at the sink and noticed how dirty the place is? Not here. This place is SPOTLESS, guys. Already a huge win in my book for a nail salon. Their color selection is awesome! I usually go to another nail salon on 41, but am generally underwhelmed with the amount of SNS colors they have. This salon has not only a ton of colors, but shades as well! They also have great glitter options if that's your go-to. My nail tech was SUPER nice. She was very attentive and did a great job. There was a super minor mishap where two of my nails dried and weren't smooth, but I went by a day later and the manager had zero problem smoothing them out :) I think they were just a little rushed on a busy Saturday afternoon, but I do love my nails! They look great. For a new nail salon, I am super impressed. If you're not sure whether or not to try for yourself.. I hope my review convinces you to give it a go! read more

If you're not getting a FULL service such as manicure and or pedicure, they don't want to service you. I went in to have gel polish removed that was done by THEM and also have nails cut down, because that's the only service I requested they made sure to do a crappy job not to mention that they also rushed. After 2 hours of having gel nails worked on, they were thick, crooked, no color, different shapes. They even charged 5 dollars more to reshape them IN THE EXACT SAME SQUARE SHAPE. Customers beware! If I could I would give 0 stars to this place. I went there after a sad visit with my Mom in the nursing home and I just wanted to relax. I chose from the menu a $17 pedicure late in the afternoon, just wanting a quick relax then to get home. The "owner" or leader said something to the unfriendly young lady who came to do my pedi and between them there was a lot of laughing (which I didn't notice at the time, my mind was elsewhere) I showed the young lady by pointing out the $17 pedi that I chose. I again didn't think about or notice as she rubbed cut orange on my legs and a couple of other things.... When I checked out I was charged $78!!!! I didn't say anything, I was in such shock and I guess I didn't want to cause a scene but I sure wish I had given them a piece of my mind. Terrible!! I asked for OPI Funny Bunny and when she used a bottle that was not OPI I asked why and she said the bottle broke and they just put it in this bottle. REALLY? I'm not stupid. If the bottle broke how did you pour it into another bottle? Also on first coat right away I noticed small bumps like grains of sand. I told her about it and she said "No, it's smooth". I've been going to this shop for over 5 years and to be treated the way that I was treated was complete DISGUSTING! If I call and book an appointment A DAY EARLY honor that. Don't let a person who was AN HOUR LATE still be serviced I do not care how old they are. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and wasn't even acknowledged by "NA" which was rude within itself because she would always talk to me which is cool. I was a regular customer of hers and for others to be asking if I wanted someone else to do my service when I specifically asked for AND WAS BOOKED FOR this specific person is ridiculous.
