The absolute worst pedicure I've ever received. Sadly this place is far from luxury. I had this gut feeling to leave just based on how I was greeted at the door, but I stayed. A super young girl came and told me to pick my color for the pedicure, I went to my chair and started taking off my shoes. The water was lukewarm, no jets going, just stagnant water. I picked the cheapest package ($30) because I'd never been here before and I didn't want to waste money in case it went bad. So she got to the part where you kinda give the heels a nice scrub and it was just the most gentle scrub you'd ever had. Literally no dead skin was removed. (Which is literally the point of me getting the pedicure) then all of a sudden.. we're done. She put cheap lotion on my feet and ankles, followed by a borderline cold towel and started painting my toes. I asked... do you see this dead skin? I guess not. She starts painting my toes and it's coming out lumpy somehow. I Kid you, not. Someone else had to take over because she just couldn't get it smooth. Overall, I was the test subject for this newbie and I'm so upset I was forced to pay for this awful service. My heels are still dry. read more

Took my daughter here today and requested the single lady pedicure and full set for my self, and a mani/pedi for my daughter. This is my second time here and I'm dissapointed again. The whole experience felt rushed and although there were maybe 4 other customers there I felt like my nails were rushed and not worth the 130$ I spent. I was supposed to get a clear pink which looked really pink on the gel pallet they handed me and they look practically clear , aside from that my nails are all different sizes and my index finger nail is crooked. After tip I spent 160$ here and I don't want a refund I just hate that I tried to give this place a second chance and was disappointed again. I usually do my own acrylics but wanted to go out and treat me and my daughter. I will give two stars because the man who did my daughters nails did such a fabulous job. I've been coming to this salon since they first opened and I must say, their service has changed. In the beginning, they cared about what their customers wanted and ensured that their nails were done properly.....now they will sit you with someone whom they know isn't qualified to do your nails. They just want to get you in and out. I started having issues their service and I complained to a young man and he started being my go to person. He was good and very professional. I go back ONLY to find out he is no longer in the shop. Another, young man is now there and he did my nails and he was also pretty good. My last time I went, a lady did my nails with SNS and it was lumpy as hell. I had to tell her what needed to be smoothed out. She tells me they look good....she obviously couldn't see. I told the lady who managing the shop and she said she would fix my nails. The lady that did the mess had a freaking attitude when I complained and was telling me this is what I asked for. She also said some things in her language, then I pulled my hand back. I will NOT tolerate the disrespect when I'm spending MY money in their establishment. Anyway, they new guy ended up repairing her mess. I was appreciative for him fixing it but, I still have a few lumps. He would've had to soak it all off to repair it all. Opened near me so decided to try it. The salon is spacious, clean, and well organized. They do a good job on SNS and pedicures. The salon is clean with many tables and pedicure stations. I am deleting one star because sometimes they seem to be understaffed. Good job on brow waxes too. Lots of SNS colors to choose from. Very sterile. I always bring my own toenail polish for touch ups. Massage chairs nice and up to date. The one thing I did like was there was a child running around and the manager told the parent to get control. I thought the whole salon was going to clap lol. I just moved to the area and wanted to try out a new salon with my sister who was in town from Florida. The salon is located in a nice area and is extremely beautiful when you walk inside. The lady at the reception desk was very polite and accommodating. It seemed she was the translator for a few of the techs because the two older techs that my sister and I got for manis and pedis could not communicate effectively with us. Nonetheless, I felt like the pedicure was rushed. Not very relaxing and the quality of the polish work was mediocre (streaked). My sister felt the same about her pedi, but we both decided to move forward with gel manis. I sat down and told the tech that I wanted my nails almond shape and because of the communication barrier, she started doing square. I was terrified to have my nails messed up so I opted out of the manicure immediately. My sister continued hers (see first pic). After my sister was finished, we went to Acworth to my normal nail salon for my mani. Once my sister saw mine, she asked me to take her back to this place to have her nails fixed and polished correctly. Again, the receptionist was very understanding, polite and accommodating and ended up redoing the mani herself. Unfortunately it's only been 4 days and the polish is chipping (see other pics). Tech I had did a poor job on my nails today. The lady who did my toes was great. My sns fingernails are dull, wavy and uneven. The color looks nothing like what I chose. I received a gift card for Christmas in 2019. I called to see if I could still use my gift card today since it was less than a year old and I haven't been able to go because I'm a nurse taking care of Covid patients. I was told my gift card was not valid even though it's been less than a year old and it was my prerogative to have used it during the height of the pandemic in the spring. I would never recommend this place and how it cares for its customers. It's unfortunate this place is so uncaring during the state the world is in. I'm not even sure what Covid precautions the salon has in place right now to safely go at all at this time. They should honor their gift cards so people aren't having to choose between their health and losing money. read more

I went on Monday to get my nails done. Sns French nails cost $45 on my nails. Hasn't been a week and I can already see bubbles or it lifting. It's a nice salon however the end product isn't worth it. I am extremely disappointed. I've had sns nails done at other salons and they have lasted me weeks. This is the worst place to come to ! I came in thinking I was gonna take at least 1 1/2 hours for my nails ! I came in there was no where to sit ... the nail esthetician was ignoring us . When finally someone came to us he sat us down. We asked him how long it would take and he said after this one girl before us . We patiently sat for 2 HOURS! Behind the glitz and glam it was mediocre. I ordered the smooth Lady pedicure and she forget to scrap off the dead skin. It was rushed and it took 30-40 mins to start our pedicure. It was a Saturday. I've been a customer at Luxury Nail and Spa for 9 months. I have been treated very well by the employees at each visit. They are friendly and always willing to accommodate me- once I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night with 4 kids and a friend - all of us wanting mani/pedi's- one employee literally came back in from her car to help do our nails- how sweet was that. The salon is clean, beautiful, and so relaxing. I will continue to come here and recommend them to all of my friends. read more

I'm in Marietta for work and decided to visit this salon since I needed a manicure and pedicure badly. Paid $25 for the pedicure which is pretty standard but was surprised to notice it only took like 20 minutes. Come to find out today they barely even took care of my calluses or dry skin, my feet look like I never got anything done. Then come the full set. The nail technician asks if I want to try the new SnS (which is dipping your nail in the powder instead of using a brush). I could tell he's probably done it a few times but he's no master in the technique. My nails ended up looking like they have a ton of tiny bubbles (or maybe is just powder residue). Needless to say I was very unhappy even thou all the techs at the end of the night commented on how "beautiful" my nails look. Someone else even took over trying to fix them but it was too late. Then I go pay and they charge me $75!!!! $75 for the worst nails I've ever gotten. They also did not do my eyebrows. The nails took so long I ended up being there until 8:20pm and everyone was ready to go. Needless to say I did not leave a tip. Will not be back and would not recommend. Took over an hour for manicure and my nails looked like they had smashed their fingerprints into them. Had to restart the polish 3 times and were very rude. Nails weren't smooth and tips flared up off my nail and did not look good at all. Had to have three people come over to fix them and still looked awful. The whole time they're yelling at each other across the salon about them and making me feel very uncomfortable as they continued to look at me very judgy throughout the process. honestly it wasn't the worst nail experience I've ever had but most definitely not the best. I had a lady whose was super aggressive with my legs during my pedicure and she scrubbed uff the first layer of my skin. I now have a huge rash. My nails were a better experience but only still okay I still have them in all different ways and slants but more importantly this place is OVERPRICED!!! I paid $50 FREAKING DOLLARS for some sns ombré when my the last place I went to did it for $24 and the one before was $32. This is the worst nail salon in the area. The inside is nice, but the workers have no desire to help you and act stuck up. My nail tech started my pedicure but would not run any water or jets in my friends foot basin even after we asked twice. She had to wait until her nail tech came over. After our pedicures were done we asked again to have our eye brows waxed. The nail tech we asked was not busy with a customer but said we had to wait until the ladies that did our pedicures could do our eye brows. So we waited for these two ladies while other workers were doing nothing. When my nail tech came in to wax my eye brows, she refused to wax my friends when she was done. She still had to wait on "her" nail tech. Overall awful experience that took too long because workers did not want to help us. I would not return. read more

I tried this place a couple months ago and wasn't thrilled about it but decided to try again since this location is convenient for me. I walked in yesterday and was told to sign in, as there will be a 15 minute wait. No big deal. I just picked a color while I waited. The color selection is great! The lady then comes back and gives me a bowl of acetone to soak my nails in to get the sns off. Understandable. Someone else walks in and while I'm still waiting, she checks in and sits down and a nail tech comes over to her to begin her nails. Hmm.. I guess she had an appointment? Don't know why she'd begin on her first while I'm still sitting here soaking in acetone. A different nail tech comes over to check on my nails and tells me to "scratch" I guess that meant I was supposed to scratch my own sns off my nails on the paper towel soaked in acetone? It was strange to me because I've never had to take off my own polish/gel/sns at a nail salon but here that's what you do. Another lady finally finishes with one customer and comes to move me to another chair to begin my nails, yippee! She seemed nice but hard to understand. Everything seemed fine until she started dremeling my nails... and my skin along with it. I had to yank my hand away at one point which startled her. She was very apologetic and I knew it was an accident but then continued right where she left off... I sat through it because what do you say at that point? But why did you continue in the same area when you see I'm bleeding? This happened on one finger then nearly again on another. The shaping of my nails is also not great and I'm not sure where my cuticles went but I think they're underneath some of the sns. Not to mention I'm not sure how clean this place is as I watched the nail techs go from customer to customer, to touching iPads, to cleaning up their station, moving things around, and touching things all without washing their hands. I am new to this area and decided to stop by for a fill in. During my fill in a nail broke so I went on an got my nails soaked of and a fresh full set. I showed two nail techs the marble design I wanted both tried to convince me to get something else which is a big no no especially when I'm paying for the service. The colors they have are nice but pretty paint on Crooked nails don't mix asked twice to fix it the nail tech only filed it down making the top skinny. I was pressed for time so I didn't have the time nor patience to try again. The next day The same pinky nail fell off while I was unplugging my tv. 63 dollars wasted!! Don't be mislead by the flashy interior. I was very excited to try Luxury Nails because I love any place that is clean and welcoming with a lot of SNS options. I wanted so badly to enjoy my experience but I had a bad feeling when I asked to see some additional SNS colors and was told "the other colors we have are sheer and won't look nice on you". Strike one. The technician was very friendly but I could tell she was getting distracted and having had many SNS manicures over the past few years, I knew this one was not going to be great. After 2 hrs of "work", polish not drying, a white powder left on top of my eggplant colored Nails, and a second tech coming to finish the botched SNS manicure, I felt so defeated and frustrated. I saw SO many customers leave before me with beautiful work - Vincent was a tech who I could tell really took time to make sure his clients were happy. I wish I could say the same about the tech who worked on my nails. After having a terrible experience I was asked to pay full price after my time and energy had been wasted. I was highly opposed to doing so and quite frankly couldn't believe after the terrible manicure and service I received they expected me to come out full price without even offering a discount to a new client. As badly as I wanted to love this salon, you simply cannot put a shine on bad customer service. read more
