They are pushy to sell you more expensive services. They took advantage of my daughter. She went in for a fill, had a full set put on 2 weeks prior. They told her the girl that did her full set did a terrible job. (That girl was an employee of this salon) And that she needed to have them redone, and he'd work out a deal for her. So it went from $15 fill to $39. GREAT DEAL When I called to express my concern Tina the owner was not very helpful, all she said was she said it was ok to do it. The first experience I had was wonderful since the nails they did were excellent and the staff was very friendly. The second time I went here last year was the worst experience I have ever had. When I walked in I told the staff I wanted a regular acrylic nail set, so they told me the price and I was okay with it. After my nails were done they changed the price of 25 dollars to 49 dollars because the owner came to the lady I was working with and started saying something in their language that I couldn't understand she kept looking at my stuff and then told the lady to charge me 49 for REGULAR BASIC FAKE NAILS. I was so angry and I told all my friends don't come here they surcharge prices on customers. Not worth the hard earned money at all. There are better nail salons around Bartlett. read more

We just moved to Bartlett, and I needed to find a new place for my nails. I checked Luxury Nails out on yelp, and they seemed to have pretty good reviews. I made an appt at 12 noon for Sunday and came in about 10 mins early. by 12:05 i was in the chair for my Pedicure. My nail tech Annie was very good, and listened to what i wanted and did not want. We moved on from feet to hands and i was out of there by 1:25pm with both my feet and nails looking good and feeling pretty. Will definitely make this my new place to go to. read more

After a second visit to the salon I asked to have my artificial gel nails removed. The technician told me to say if I was in pain. I have a fairly high pain tolerance so I was definitely uncomfortable. The thing is, there was no soaking before the removal of my nails, and I truly didn't know what would be best for the removal. (I'm not a nail technician). So the technician was struggling to remove my artificial nails which had never happened to me in the past so I was a little worried. After fifteen minutes only two nails were off using the method where they basically pry the nails off with an acrylic tip.. and on my ring finger the nail ripped so low I began to bleed. She asked me why I didn't say I was in pain and seemed to not know what to do once this occurred. She then said, ok we will soak your nails off. All in all, I think the technician should have made a better assessment when my nails were hardly budging in the first fifteen minutes. This ended up taking two hours to remove my nails and apply a no chip to try and save them. read more

My daughter and I have only gone a couple of times for pedicures, but so far so good! They can always accomodate our appts, even though the place does always seem to be full. They just got new pedicure chairs... sweet! We've not found anyone specific that we request, but we've not had any disappointments so far with the four that we've had. Not sure it's quite as Luxurious as the name would imply, but for your standard nail shop, it's great! read more

They are great here. Very nice and remembers my name every time I come in. I went a couple weeks ago for a pedi and the next day, the tops were a little worn. I went back and they immediately fixed them by repainting them! No charge and apologized up and down. Prices are ok, but friendly and clean so I don't mind paying a couple dollars more. read more

Worst manicure ever. I didn't want a French manicure but ended up with one anyway. They mysteriously charge 5 dollars more for certain types of manicure - they did this to a young lady and explained it was for a certain type of polish. I wont be back. read more

When I called and made an appointment she said just come in and I guess that's what she says to everyone because she wants the business. I went in to get a regular manicure and I was out in twenty minutes because she did it so quickly. I'm not only expecting my nails to be done nicely but with thought and time. Don't rush my nails because you want more business, being greedy will come back to you. read more

Worst experience I have ever had! I went in to get a fill and the lady asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes please, she never asked how short and just kept grinding them and she ended up making them shorter than my finger tips so I had to pay to get a whole new set put on. Then I asked her multiple times to file them shorter than they were that I didn't like the length of the new nails and all she kept saying is "no, they are even they are good". The following day after having my nails done I noticed my real nail had separated from the tips, so I called and they told me to come in and they would fix them. When I went in to get them fixed the owner/manager kept telling me it was because my actual nails were too long and she would just add nail glue to make them stick. I told her that I wanted a new set, my nails shouldn't separate from the tips like that. After about 10 minutes of explaining this I finally told her to forget it I would just go somewhere else. She finally agreed to put a new set on. After removing the fake nails she cut my real nails extremely short and applied new tips and sent me over to another lady to have them finnished. Once they were shortened, I looked underneath and noticed yet AGAIN that my real nails were not completely glued to the tips. The manager came over and argued with me. She told me "I've been nail tech for 15 years, there is no way they are separating. They are fine". She then proceeded to tell me that my real nails were too short to put tips one, but she was the one that cut my nails! I was so disappointed I had them remove the tips and just apply no chip polish to my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!! read more

Ladies are very friendly but after my pedicure sunday where the girl hurried and cut my cuticle more than once on 2 toes I now have am infection. My daughter was with me and her paint job was so bad and when she pointed it out the girl tried to cover it up and made it worse. We won't be back! read more

A friend referred me to Luxury Nails and I think they do a fantastic job!! I am very picky about manicures. Some places leave polish on your skin or do not cover the whole nail. I get the no chip and Anna is very meticulous and very helpful in helping to decide on a color. She is very artistic as well, creating special holiday designs. Their prices are very reasonable and they are all very pleasant. read more

I have been going to Luxury Nail Tech for 9 and a half years and I cannot say enough good things about the shop! Tina (owner) made me feel welcome from day one; she goes out of her way to remember your name and she uses your name each time you come in a welcoming manner. They are very careful with the elderly and hold onto their arms to make sure they do fall. I am very particular with my nails and I have gel nails and have a pedicure done monthly. The staff are very skilled and I have never had a problem with the services I have received. I guarantee if I didn't like their services I would not still be going there. This was the second, and last time I'll come here. I get no chip manicures every 2-3 weeks but this was the worst one yet. Not only were some of my nails filed crooked, but filed down so thin, that 6 of them have broke in only a week. Also cut my cuticles on 3 fingers-OUCH! Never again read more

I like this nail salon. Always a good manicure and pedicure. Usually get a no chip manicure, which lasts 2-3 weeks. The tech I normally see(can't remember her name) always takes her time and has my nails looking great. One of the better in the area. read more

Absolutely love this place! I've been going here for about 5 years now, I always leave happy, the staff is super nice! Tina and Trish own the place - I usually have Tammy do my nails but conversate with everyone- very friendly.. They not only built such a high clientele but everyone there has a friendship with so many women! Reasonable pricing, they do your nails how YOU want them... Very clean and nice decor overall a great high end salon! They offer a lot of different services - definitely recommend this salon! read more
