She was very kind and professional. The bus ride was smooth. She was very responsive and prompt at pick and drop off. We got the party bus for 5 adults and 8 children, cake and goodie bags. There was plenty of room especially for the kids to move around. Bus was very clean and cold water/sodas were provided. Maria also allowed me to add our own drinks to the cooler. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out.
