I wish there were better words than perfect. That's what this place was. I came in because of the reviews yesterday because my usual place was unavailable, and it did not dissapoint. The entire staff was super nice and welcoming, very patient with design requests, and very comforting. Helen did my manicure, it was phenominal. Very sweet woman. Eric did my friend's nails and he was awesome. Emily was super sweet as well, I could tell she knew what she was doing. Quinn the owner, was absolutely amazing. She was super attentive, offering water and wine, having social conversations with us, it was great. Quinn did my spiderweb design and I have to say it's the best i've ever gotten anywhere. and I don't say that lightly. My usual place may have been unavailable, but I know now where my new usual is. The vibe is nice and I wanted to like this place but unfortunately the quality is a huge miss. The first pedicure I got here had to be re-done because it chipped after a couple days. I tipped both times because I still wanted to support their business. They fixed it and it was better the second time. Then, yesterday afternoon, I went back for a mani-pedi. My manicure was messed up from the start. The lady was trying to fix it but she kept layering products and it went from bad to worse. They told me it was because I did regular polish instead of gel but I have done my nails at home many times with quality products and never had these issues. I left feeling extremely disappointed. This morning, not even 24 hours later, my nails are already chipped. read more

Koi and Quinn!!! Absolutely tea and absolutely in loveeeee! My OG nail spot stopped taking full sets after 530, but I found this spot and needless to say, I'll be coming back here every time! They're so welcoming and sweet! Mind you, I was a little late due to traffic, but they accommodated and had me done within an hour. Such sweet, welcoming, and great people! I couldn't get in at my usual salon, and I wanted to give this new place a try since I live nearby. It was mid afternoon and slow when I stopped in with no other customers. They greeted me after I stood in the empty lobby for a couple of minutes. No drinks were offered, no pleasantries (only mentioning since other reviews noted a different experience). I'm letting my natural nails grow out - they file down the bit of powder that is left, do gel polish, and file. I came in with perfectly shaped nails, which I requested stay the same, just shorter. They made them lumpy and irregularly shaped after filing. When I showed them how uneven my nails were after their work, they insisted I came in with them like that. They do not have DND880 (which is a basic natural color), so they suggested an alternative, which was streaky as seen in the photos. I wanted to leave a positive review to support a new business and hoped upon showing them what was wrong while I was there, that they would fix the issues so I could do so. But instead they argued with me. I did not come in with poorly shaped nails, and even if I had, they couldn't fix them? I asked them to, and they just continued to insist I came in with them that way. A very strange and unprofessional interaction. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon. read more

After my last appointment, the owner personally reached out and invited me back to correct the issues I had experienced and to provide a better overall visit. From the moment I walked in, I could tell there was a difference. I was warmly welcomed and offered fruit and a glass of wine, which immediately made me feel more comfortable and valued as a client. My nail technician took the time to carefully reshape my nails, giving me the narrower look I had originally wanted, and paid close attention to detail throughout the service. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most to me was the level of customer care--the fact that they followed up and genuinely wanted to improve my experience says a lot. To top it off, the owner kindly provided me with a $50 gift card upon leaving, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make things right. Took me a little bit to write this because I was disappointed. For starters, I called and couldn't get a hold of them to book an appointment over the phone. So I went onto their website to book an appointment for myself and my friend. Saw the prices and types of appointments available. I booked Two manicures with acrylic nails at the same time with Emily and Quinn. They had so much availability, I figured this would be a great experience together. We arrived to our appointment later that day and they didn't have anyone available to do our nails at the same time. It looked appealing inside but they all just looked confused when we walked in ready for our APPOINTMENTS. Why have the ability to book appointments online when you're not even going to take your client at that time. Then, they told us that only one of us could get acrylic?? My friend ended up having to get something else other than what she booked for. My friend sat for 40 minutes before they even started her nails ?! Insane.. then just rushed through it , cut her skin and continued to file her nail where the cut was!! One week later and both of our nails are getting caught in our hair, looks like they've been grown out already. WE won't be returning. Paying good money, I'd expect a cleaner shape, no hair pulling from the color lifting at the cuticle. Not a half-done job & to be seen at my appointment time. read more
