The past 3 times I have had to wait for 20-30 minutes while my sisters pedicure has already started when we always book an appointment for 2 at the same time. So that leave my person to either rush with mine or once mine is done she has to wait for me. It's really annoying since we made the appointment for 2 of us at the same time. The pamphlet said princess included paraffin wax, but this was not part of it? Pedicure is absolutely beautiful with flower design and gel polish. Manicure has some problems. First, great care was taken on my manicure as it had been a while I was in desperate need for cuticle clean up. Great job! Problem is polish, gel not used. I thought color selected maybe wasn't in gel? and that's why. Classic polish done. Sat for bit to dry. About 3 hours later after departing spa when opening wine bottle polish one two fingers got ruined. It squished polish as if under coats never dried. Went back to Salon next afternoon and the nails were fixed with no charge. Looked good. I am happy with it. But, One day later the nail polish is already chipping off. I am already away from town for vacation and treated myself before going. But the poor quality of the nail polish has made my manicure ugly quickly. The staff were great, friendly, professional. The establishment was clean. And experience there was great.

But to haggle your paying customers and make statements like, "you can go next door and buy something and get cash back" just so you can get same day pay is quite insane. When I refused to get cash back the man asked if I can pay with cashapp. I told him, "I have money in my bank account and I'm trying to give it to you, do you not want my payment?" Of course they took the payment then. Truthfully I would rather go elsewhere than be treated like my card is not good enough. My manicure came out very nice though. The woman that did my pedicure had the drill up so high on my thin toenails that she definitely damaged the nail.
