Their sign on the entrance door says, "WE CATER TO COWARDS!" Well that's ME! A really bad childhood dental experience made me really leary about dental work altogether. Here, they are professional, and really do care about your comfort and total satisfaction with your care, treatment plans, and services. FDG offers a variety of dental services, including sedation dentistry (hence the "cater to cowards" slogan). Of course they accept insurance, cash and/or credit, but has also teamed up with Cherry, a financing company that may finance your services (if approved). The office itself is nestled in the Spring Ridge community in East Frederick. It's clean, bright, and comfortable. FDG posts information in various areas of the office for their patients' reading pleasure. There is a beverage station in the waiting area, that has coffee and water to enjoy while you wait... and their ambient music is awesome! And to give an example of their service, I was a very new patient when I broke one of my front teeth. I called the office at 9:30am and they said to come in at 11:30am. By 1:30pm my broken tooth was repaired and looked amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and calming. Same day repair was so appreciated. Initially there was a wait to get in as a new patient. But it was totally worth the wait.
