Absolutely terrible service! I went in for for a mani/pedi. Was told needed to make an appointment for an hour away. I said no problem I'll come back in an hour. Came back and had to wait another 30 minutes just to be told that me and the other person I was with couldn't sit together after we had already made the request before hand because the chair wasn't working. Then as we said never mind, the lady told us that they would get it to work. Terrible service! I tried to contact the manager - To which no one responded. For a brand new business I don't think they will last long with their multiple complaints on their Facebook page of the rude staff and horrible owner. read more

This crappy spa refused service to my girlfriend. She walked in and the attendants would not even acknowledge her. Two other parties walked in behind her and they were waited on immediately. Even after she asked several times if she could be helped the Asian staff would not acknowledge her. My girlfriend is African-American. Even after the other two parties asked several times "She was here first, your not going to help her?" To the attendant they still would not acknowledge my girlfriend. The attendant went as far as to blatantly walk around and pass my girlfriend to help the other parties. Both the other parties were White. This business or anyone associated with them will not see one red cent of my money ever. The absolute worst service of any company we have had the displeasure of having contact with. read more

I just got back from this place.. and will never go back there, as soon I said just a speedy pedicure the guy gave me a dirty look... and worked so fast on my feet to get me out, he did a horrible job and and didn't even bother to clean the access of the nail polish from my toes. I have been coming here for years and even when they were at the location by Pizza Hut. I used to go more often because I got my nails done but they would always lift right away so I just get a pedicure done every now and then currently. The service level has gone down a lot for me and the friendliness just isn't there unless the owners are. The owners are always super nice. Last night is why I'm writing this review. I now take my daughter with me and we went in for an eyebrow wax and pedicure for the both of us. The pedicure was good and that's why I give 2 stars, but the eyebrow wax was horrible and I wouldn't give any stars for that. I felt like the girl was rushing us and she was telling one of her coworkers to "hurry up because she has to get home." We came before 6pm and there were 4 ladies working. I even called before coming over and the girl did not seem enthused that we on our way. That was the same girl who did your eyebrows. She did not do a good job. She was not gentle at all and she didn't put any aloe or anything when she was done. We went home and looked in the mirror and it doesn't even look like anything was done. She didn't even say thank you when I gave her a tip when I really didn't even want to give her anything. I now have to go back in to get it redone and I don't have time for this. I have to work all day all week, but we have an event this weekend and we need to get both of our eyebrows redone. Very, very disappointed. I've been meaning to find a new place to go to, but have yet to find one. read more

Honestly, I will never go back to this location or the other location in Laveen.. (I went to their location on Central/South of Southern avenue, north of baseline.. I asked for SNS when I walked in. The owner trimmed my nails super short, but I thought "ok, they might look cute" as she was adding the powder, the nails looked thicker and thicker after every layer.. Ok, when it was time to clean them up, she started using the wrong buffer causing pieces to be buffed off so now she is adding MORE powder to cover the holes left, now it looks a mess. I thought at the end they would look decent. They didn't! it was embarrassing! She said she would discount $5 but still charged me $30.. actually, she didn't even tell ME this, the receptionist came to tell me! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for people who are handing over their money to the business. I got them done Saturday, by Monday I took them off myself. Sh*tty service for sure! read more

$80.00 got me a pedicure with NO clean up work with the cuticles and nails and so much polish that after 45 minutes I smeared 5 nails and needed a redo. A manicure with minimal cuticle clean up and gel nails that looks like a two year old painted them. And finally an eye brow wax that left sticky wax all over the brows and eye lids. No attention to detail and in a hurry to get you out the door. Won't be back. read more

I went Saturday April 4,2015 to what I thought was to get a relaxing massage. But was not expecting what I received , I was NoT happy at all it was too nosey the gal that did my massage smelled a lot of alcohol. I did not feel comfortable the room was not dark enough and the top of the room was not covered/closed like a normal room. mind you she did not even have any relaxing music to at lest distract the mood in the room . I could not get relaxed I could hear everything in the waiting area people talking kids running around it was not the experience I would have liked and to top it off the gal left me a purple Bruise on my back I WILL NOT be returning she was not professional at all also she didn't have a working clock so she would have to stop every so often to see her cell phone I would not recommend this place at all. the gal name was bobbie !! Massage was amazing. Erica is amazing. Feeing like a million bucks after. The sad thing is after I couldn't pay with my credit card and leave a tip. I had to pull out cash of their ATM for a fee. Said if I pay in cash they would give me 5% off which didn't matter because it's offset by the ATM fee. Then I asked for a receipt and said there machines were down and couldn't give me a receipt. Super shady and someone needs to investigate this place for pocketing the money and not paying taxes on their services. Can't believe I couldn't get a receipt and made a lame excuse they had someone to fix their computers the next day. read more

I went for a massage and was not too impressed. For a new place, the furniture in the massage room was old, meaning the massage table looked old and had some tape on a few holes. I was given a small towel to rest my head which I couldn't even fold comfortably enough to support my head. In the middle of my massage the lady suddenly asked if she can use the restroom! I couldn't say no to her so I waited and waited for her to come back and finish my massage. read more

Just had a weird experience here. I'm new to Phoenix and this place is right by my house and I was excited to find it. I thought I'd be able to use them for regular mani/pedi/waxing services. I walked in wth my 63 year old mother who was visiting. When we walked in, there was a long row of manicure chairs that were all full and all of the employees looked at us and just looked away. It took a few minutes before a lady (manager?) came out from around the side and asked to help us. We asked for manicures and were told it was a 10 minute wait. The chair in the very front opened up and she asked "who wants to go first?" She didn't ask if we wanted to sit together. Odd, but fine. I told my mom to go. There was a very tight squeeze to get into the first chair and a little desk they had set up and my mom was having a hard time getting through (she is thin). There was a glass champagne flute perched on the edge and she accidentally knocked it over. She was visibly embarrassed and everyone in the place stared at her. The guy who was sitting there getting ready to do her nails....seriously...stared at her for over a full minute, rolled his eyes and sighed. It was so painful to watch. Seriously, every employee and customer was staring. He didn't apologize, ask if she was okay, nothing, just stared at her like he wanted to kill her. He finally rolled his eyes agin, got up and picked up the glass. My mom looked like she wanted to cry and said, I want to leave, so we got up and left. I went to get a full set and my mom was getting a manicure. At first the customer service was great and the wait time was an hour which is expected because we didn't make a appointment but once they did the service on us the nice customer service went out the window. My mom said she felt so uncomfortable because she just wanted to get a basic manicure but the nail tech kept trying to up sale ( which is typical and okay) but she was being pushy and once my mom nicely said no thank you the tech started to be rude and slacked on the service. My tech actually did the same thing once I said no thank you to a gel polish which is $15 extra he stop all conversations with me , rushed my nails which cut me and my nails came out un even ( I asked him to fix it and he said it was how my nail grows out and refused to fix it ) and the polish job sucked it was all over skin, my 8 yearold niece polishes better. I also wanted to get my polish on my toes changed I couldn't get a full pedicure because we didn't have enough time but since I wasn't getting a pedicure no one wanted to change the polish all I wanted to do was to match because I was going somewhere but they felt like it wasn't worth it I guess so i never got it done. I also noticed how rude they were to other people as well. I will never come here again. read more
