I would have to agree with a few of the others that did not have the best experience. I can honestly say I never had a 15 minute pedicure. It was a rushed job and the nail tech lacked friendliness, but her work spoke for itself. I dislike when people noticeably expect a tip when they didn't bother making you feel comfortable just busy trying to collect the clients money. We know that's what you expect and that's why we pay for the service. Customer service is important before closing the sale. read more

Accepts more business than they can handle...walked in with a friend to get a pedi and we were seated almost immediately. Took about 10 minutes for one lady to come over and start on my friend; there was another pedicurist finishing up another girl and I thought she would do me when she was done. Nope. The lady who did my friend's started on mine when she was all done with hers. At the same time we were seated, another customer was sat to get a manicure and she had her fingers in a bowl of water the entire time we got pedicures....then when my pedicure was finished, the nail tech who did our pedis finally started that lady's manicure. She was probably sitting there with her hands in a bowl for 45 minutes, like 4 people on staff...the whole time they continue to sit people and make them wait. I guess they are trying to grab as much business as they can, but the long wait time and mediocre pedicure jobs was just not worth it. read more

I loved the time I spent getting a pedicure here. Prices are great. They were very nice and didn't pressure us for add ons. It was the first nail salon that I've been through where the thought of going back is exciting to me. Mainly because I know they won't pressure me to add a flower, gel, or paraffin wax. The lady Linda is very rude. Customer asked her how long she's had this place open and answered back with an attitude. Also, All I wanted was one nail fixed. Someone asked her to fix it for me and she told the other employee for her to fix it. Then another customer comes in and asked for a mani and pedi and another employee asks her to run water and she tells the employee No in a joking way and the other employee says "Well you tell the customer No" I just walked out. I love this place! I've had my nails done here a handful of times but went to a place closer to home recently and instantly regretted it. I came to LV so they could fix the crooked, sloppy job the other place created and not only did they correct everything I hated about the previous job, but they were friendly, quick and efficient. I had a mediocre experience each time I went to this salon. The first time the pedicure was horrible. The tech did not speak English so I could not communicate with him. The young lady insisted that he was good but he was just ok. The polish chipped about a week or so after. Second time I asked for a specific shape and the girl rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I asked her to fix the shape. Last and final time the girl said she had an "appointment" but it was clear she didn't want to service me. The lady that ended up working on my nails was short and mean and did a horrible job as well. I ended in a disagreement with the other lady and walked out! Worse experience I've ever had! I just refuse to pay these nail techs if they are going to have poor customer service and poor technique. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! read more

Wonderful place! Peter did my nails, I got acrylic tips with gel on top and he did such a great job! He took his time and paid attention to what he was doing. He was very friendly, very nice and he joked with me a lot. I was having a bit of a bad day before I walked in but I felt a lot better after I left. I went in tonight for a pink and white full set. I was greeted promptly at the door and asked what services I needed. I waited maybe 20 minutes and it went pretty late in evening for the services I needed. I worked with Alisa. She was very kind and personable. We talked on and off about various things on the evening news and about life. My nails cakes out better than expected. My nails were done within an hour. She stayed late to ensure they looked great. They cleaned up while I was in there and I watched the sterilize materials. read more

Great customer service, but my nails turned brown! I got a french manicure at LV Nails, and it was ok, not bad, but not great either. However, my nails looked good enough (at first) and the nail technician was very nice. A few days later, my nails started turning orangish-brown on the white tips?!?! I went to another salon to get it fixed, and I was told by a trusted source that they used subpar products, and that is why the color turned. I would like to return because they were so nice, but the job was botched too badly for me to give them another chance. Not only did the color turn, but the acrylic was lifting, which is also a risk for fungus. The acrylic also looked thick and very fake. I will not be returning. read more

I get a fill about every 3-4 weeks without any broken nails. Only once have I broke 1 nail and it's because I stretched my fill almost 5 weeks. Not sure how this place has decent reviews, the place is terribly dirty and was the worst manicure I've ever gotten.

I went here a week ago for a bridal event. I got a manicure and pedicure (gel) and my eye brows waxed. The pedicure and wax were good. I would even say the eye brow wax was excellent. But I noticed about 3 days in that my nails were peeling (not scratching but literally lifting off my nails). I was going to get them changed by my own salon but instead gave the salon a call to see if they would remedy this issue at this point it was about a week out and the gel was clearly not done well. I called and the owner said to come in after I explained the issue. Well it turned out the owner was the one who gave me the mani. This is when it went bad!!!! The owner was disgusting rude and classless. Even though she said she would fix it she repeatedly made rude comments, pretty much just degrading me. She said " if you like your other nail salon go there," not once but twice!!!! She also stated "this doesn't happen, we don't guarantee nails after three days." She kept somehow insinuating that it was my fault for not being happy with the poor product. I simply stated "your right my nails must be defective." Now I will tell you exactly what was wrong. Simply the gel was put on to thick And when this happens it causes peeling. It happens and the one time it has occurred to me before my salon gladly redid my nails. I could have forgiven a simple mistake, which is what it was. What I can't forgive is people being rude when the customer shows them a poor product. Don't go here the owner is a poor example of a business owner and even a worse example of what it means to be a human being! .I went in yesterday for the time and sad to say I will NEVER BE GOING BACK. I really feel as if I went into my pocket and threw away $32. When I walked in I asked how much they charged for a full set one solid color they told me $22 so I sat down. Once he got to the point he was going to cut the nail I showed him where to stop and he said it was to long he would charge me extra $8. First off when I showed him the length it was right above where my finger ended and that was not long. I asked what is $22 length and he cut 2 fingers I asked to show me not cut it. I was about to walk out and he said I had to pay him. "for what you shaved my nail and applied a fake nail" so mad an all I stayed because I was not going to pay $22 for that. once he finished he charged me an extra $10 for "gel" for so he claimed. It looked like regular clear coat to me and I would now. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and this has got to be the worst experience ever. Apparently I just got stuck with the wrong nail tech. I was told to sit at the table of an older gentleman and I showed him a picture when I first sat down on how I wanted my nails for my birthday. If he didn't know how to do a simple marble nail design I would have rather him say so. The first round of "kindergarten art work" was removed after I told him that looked bad. He actually agreed and said he didn't know how to do marble. Then he decided to do some crooked lines on my hand. The clear coat he put on top was old and bubbly and made my nails look like bubble wrap. I went home and couldn't take it anymore and called back to see if I could have them redone and the lady that answered seemed to have an attitude like her nails was the ones messed up for her birthday. Needless to say I had to removed the mess from my nails and paint them a plain color myself. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you know the young girl , I believe her name is Vanessa because she is amazing with nails! read more
