I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM for eyelash extensions and arrived on time. When I got there, the technician who was supposed to do my lashes started working on another client's nails instead of honoring my appointment. After waiting 15 minutes with no explanation or update, I decided to leave. I understand that delays can happen, but I believe customers deserve communication and respect for their time especially when they make an appointment and arrive on time. As a loyal customer of the original location, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like my time was not valued, and I left very disappointed.

On the price board, it mentioned that it was around $36 per person ($72 in total). First things first, this nail salon did not offer traditional Pedicure Spa Chairs with the foot sinks. Instead, our pedicures were done in foot soaking tubs. Initially, we did not mind at all. Further into the service, we both selected and opted for gel polish. At the end, I was informed that the total price was $100 for the both of us. I was quite shocked and befuddled in how the price point jumped up to $28 dollars more. I asked one of the ladies for clarification, and she indicated that it was because we utilized gel polish. I apologize however: #1 To have our feet done in foot soaking tubs and not in traditional spa chairs #2 To not have any designs/gems on our toes & #3 Doing gel polish should not equate to almost $30 more. Even though the ladies assisting us were nice and friendly, I felt that I was not fairly charged. The service provided absolutely did not match the price point at all.

They were able to get us in right away and were the nicest ladies ever. Both the manicure and pedicure felt wonderful (husband loved both too) and my polish turned out great!! i have a wedding to attend on Saturday and they told me if i need to come back for touch ups before then (6days away) they would touch up anything for free!! I am glad that I came. Okay, so parking was a challenge. I parked in the back. Not sure that I would want to park back there in the dark, however Helen mentioned that the business is surrounded by houses. The street parking is non existent but there are 5-6 plus a disabled spot. The door is open to the back of the business from that back parking lot....again seemed a little unusual, but I was and am pleasantly surprised.
