There was no clear communication beforehand that I would still be charged. Considering the gel began lifting in less than 1 hour, I expected the issue to be corrected at no cost. While the staff was polite, the way this situation was handled felt disappointing and did not reflect standing behind the quality of their work. What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency, when I was told it would be "fixed," it wasn't made clear there would be an additional charge (the full service again!) While the staff was polite, this experience did not reflect a business standing behind its work, especially as a returning client. Charging a percentage of a full service that was not redone felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new salon.

My nails were done in about 40 min and were really thin. I was happy with the service until my set didn't last. Even the gel was pealing off two nails. I am very dissatisfied with Diva Nails. This is a strictly cash business, no way to proof I was there the day I am claiming as they don't provide receipts neither. The pain of my nails braking and the travel time really took a toll on my busy day as I expect to get my nails done 1 every 2 weeks and not have to go numerous times due to them using less productive and cheaper.

At the end, I was informed that the total price was $100 for the both of us. I was quite shocked and befuddled in how the price point jumped up to $28 dollars more. I asked one of the ladies for clarification, and she indicated that it was because we utilized gel polish. I apologize however: #1 To have our feet done in foot soaking tubs and not in traditional spa chairs #2 To not have any designs/gems on our toes & #3 Doing gel polish should not equate to almost $30 more. Even though the ladies assisting us were nice and friendly, I felt that I was not fairly charged. The service provided absolutely did not match the price point at all.
