To make matters worse, the salon itself was noticeably unsanitary--dirty equipment, dusty stations, and poor cleanliness overall. So I was in the area, thought I'd check this place out because of the great prices. I was not disappointed, I decided to take off my old nails and put a new set on. Charged 10$ for that. I saw a man, he shaped them soo good! You can tell he knows what he's doing and has been doing this for awhile. They are fast at answering over the phone too if you ever have any questions. I always get gel pedicures from here, and I don't plan to go anywhere else. They are so fast! I arrived on time and was seated for my Mani Pedi (natural nails, nothing fancy like gel or acrylic) Standard vibe, long line of massage chairs and very quick service. A little small and but cluttered, but does the job. Friendly people overall. I wanted the simple spa experience for my Pedi (callus remover, sugar scrub, lotion) plus classic white French tips. For my Mani, super simple with just classic white French tips. Total cost was $66 and they were quick, done within 50 minutes. Went in with no appointment and was seated within a couple of minutes with Lisa Ann. I was anxious as I had already gone to Peacock Nails earlier and had a poor experience. Anywho, I had naked, broken nails and simply asked for a gel mani. Lisa Ann guided me, was friendly, and quick. Such a sweetheart! Parking was also easy but the spots are 1 hour max. I suggest you bring cash to avoid the $1 card fee but overall, payment was easy and I was able to tip via Venmo. Is the place luxurious? On top of that, they charged me more for a regular pedicure than what was listed. They got my daughter and I in for a pedicure on a Saturday, but I just went with the basic express service and my technician was frankly pretty careless. The service was totally no-frills and after drying there was polish all over the sides of my nails and the cuticles and the shaping between my big toes is uneven. Apart from the massage chair, I could have done same job at home. My 12 year old had a nice time and they treated her well. The service was great, if you plan to get your nails done I recommend scheduling an appointment. We scheduled an appointment the afternoon of the day before and got here right at 9AM. The establishment is very clean and the employees were actually good and really efficient. There was people coming in but with only two employees there it was a bit of a struggle for them with the other employees being late. I greatly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back! Initially I was going to choose the same color for my hands as she did for my toes, but the color she recommended (G002A) was so natural and beautiful and I'm so satisfied with how it turned out! I like mines simple: almond shape with clear gel top coat. So far the gel is holding up. I did have one nail that lifted but I'm able to cut the gel off so it doesn't lift anymore. I started with one nail technician, but when another customer came in for a manicure and pedicure, I was asked to switch to a different tech. The second technician was noticeably impatient with me. The color I initially chose looked very different from what was shown on the chart, so I tried to select another.
