I don't even know where to start... this was the absolute worst nail experience I've ever had in my 10+ years of going to nail salons over multiple states. I took my mom here on our way to a friend's house in the SLC area, and I quickly came to regret that decision. I chose to do a deluxe pedicure. The nail tech that did my pedicure rushed the entire thing. The massage, the hot wax, the scrub was all about 10 minutes in total when the massage alone was supposed to be 10 minutes. Also, the whole experience was very painful. It's hard to describe in words, but all I can say is the massage hurt and was most definitely not relaxing. In addition, there was nail polish multiple places on my skin, and a few of my nails were half painted. She painted my nails so fast the final result was dull and so uneven. When I asked the nail tech to remove the polish from my skin, she just added more polish to my nails. Needless to say I went home and started over on my own. 35$ pedicure down the drain. I'm normally not one to post a negative review, however, I wish I was warned about this place. In fact, I have never posted a negative review, but this place is horrific. As a consumer, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was dirty and unkept, and the entire experience was absolutely unacceptable. read more

This place is amazing at pedicures but awful with anything acrylic. The pedicure was absolutely great. Very thorough. My fill on the other hand was not. I had cracked nails from my previous nail tech and instead of taking the nail off, she applied acrylic over it. My nails are super thick and chunky. The shape is ugly. And it's been a week and they are already cracking off. My sets usually last almost a month before they mildly crack. Good thing is that the price was cheap. read more

I've been more than happy with the care and attention they have given me on pedicures and manicures. They don't rush on Sundays and set pretty good wait expectations that I've seen. Just moved here to Utah and found this place on Yelp. Very nice people. They do a great job on my nails and they even have a kids menu! I have had regular mani pedis and dip nails. They did great with both! Side note, it has been a relaxing experience as well, not a lot of talking between employees (not trying to be mean) but that usually makes me feel uncomfortable after a while. Went in for a quick manicure because on Sunday there wasn't much open and we were visiting from California. Picked glittery white and it turned out chunky so I asked for a regular white and she just filed down some of the polish and used regular polish over it. Still lumpy. I gave up cause I didn't have the patience. I'll just get them fixed when I get home. read more

HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My sister and I went to go get our nails done before work. We went in at 2:00 pm, they told us just a couple of minutes and to just pick out our color. We picked and waited, and waited, finally after 45 minutes and still in the waiting chairs and they moved the girls who were getting pedicures to the manicure chairs....??? After that we knew they weren't going to be helping us any time soon so we left.. May I add, they said nothing the whole time we waited.. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've encountered at a nail salon. It makes me sad to have to post this but I feel like I need to. I have gone here a few times in the past and it has been great, but this last time was such a disappointment. My mom and I went in for a mani pedi. They rushed through the pedicure and had someone come do our shellac manicure while they did the pedicure. They did nothing to our cuticles and rushed though the polish phase. My shellac started to chip after only 2-3 days and my moms was completely off in a week. I can't bring myself to pay that much for such sub par service. read more

I came in about a month ago with my 2 girls for gel manicures. Mine chipped in 2 days of getting it done. I came in 2 weeks later for acrylic nails and the lady who did them had no idea what she was doing. The powder ended up being super thick, she didn't get the almond shape I asked for and she didn't do the color I had showed her from a picture. I went to get them fixed and they wouldn't fix them. I love LV nails! They really are artists. They shape my acrylic nails so they look natural, but they're really durable. I can go weeks without them breaking or chipping. And when I need a new set they very carefully remove the old ones. Their pedicures are amazing as well read more

Nice people, but why feel the need to rush especially when there's literally nobody else coming in. I wanted to enjoy my salon day with my friend but I got done within like 20 minutes I had to sit and wait for the rest of her session. Meanwhile still nobody else came in. I got my nails done A DAY BEFORE my special occasion and the next day I got lifting (I can tell because I got no polish just clear acrylic) So bad. It's been about 11 days and my nails are cracking. Never had this problem at any other salon. Very disappointed. I was super happy leaving the salon but lifting within 2 days? No way! My hair keeps getting caught in them. Also filing them so much that my natural nail was sticking out of the sides. They don't even bother putting the acrylic to your cuticle line so it looks like you need a fill immediately, mind you my nails take FOREVER to grow! My friend also came out with ugly nails. That weren't cleaned up and even chipped off within a week, which to us is unusual because we know how to maintain nails. Very disappointed. I'm sorry. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE! Please, do not waste your time or money here. First of all I had to wait 40 minutes for a shellac manicure and it wasn't even busy there. She didn't even ask how I wanted my nails shaped and just went at it with the nail file leaving jagged edges that I had to go home and clean up myself. Also, the nail file she used was NOT clean or sanitary. She pulled it out the desk drawer and it had white nail shavings on it already from someone else. DISGUSTING! They used the wrong color and when I pointed it out a male nail tech came up and instead of getting the color I wanted said, "This is the most popular color in Park City, use this." They got shellac ALL over my cuticles, I have never had my nails done so badly before. I never have gotten Shellac done where they get it on my cuticles, everyone knows if you get it on the cuticle it will peel up. I tried to call them to talk to them about it and see what they could do to fix it. When I asked for a manager they said. "They will be gone for a week or something. I cannot give you their number." Then they hung up on me. Hung up on me. Who does that?? I tried to call back and was hung up on again. Absolutely TERRIBLE at nails, terrible at customer service. What rip off! This place charges you $45 for mediocre pedicure! They are in such a rush to get done and my toe nail polish came off the next day so it was old or something. They don't get your feet smooth like other places like I said they are so rushed massage sucked as did the extra smelly stuff they put in the water . I would not recommend. Nail tech dremeled my previous set off instead of soaking them off and went so deep it burnt me at one point but they were so paper thin I couldn't even do gel like I wanted. That is just so dangerous. I can't believe that's how they take the entire set off. I know some places do that to get the bulk and then soak the rest of the way, but not here. I will never go back. In fact she ruined it so bad for me that I never want to go to any nail place again.. Nails are okay from a distance but if your a perfectionist like me I don't like them to look lumpy up close and polish not go all the way to the edges. read more

My first experience here the girl was great. I've come for pedicures both times. The second time The guy that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing when it comes to toenails. I told him not to cut them, just file, since I've had problems with ingrown toenails in the past. He does. Then he brings out this tool to cut away the dead skin at the back and sides of your cuticle. But instead of cutting, he starts yanking it out at the sides of my nail. I tell him to "stop that hurts". And he argues with me about how my toe needs it and still wants to do the other foot and I say no. Now it is night time and my big toe is throbbing! I have already got an ingrown toenail. I just don't understand how pedicures can be your job and you know so little about how to do toenails. read more

WORST PEDI EVER. Was running away from home for the day, needed some serious pampering. Went to LV while I waited for my hair appointment. First impression, the place is dark and a little depressing. I don't know about you but my favorite part of a pedi is the massage. I told the owner/manager that I was looking for his best tech and that I tip well. The Donald Trump of nail salon owners spoke over me saying repeatedly, "Everyone here is great. Everyone. Everyone is great." Fake news. He started the massage and it was like bugs crawling on me... the tech was barely touching my skin. I asked him politely to use more pressure. He said okay and proceeded to ignore my request.
