I wanted purple glitter acrylic,and instead ended up with blue glitter(Not by choice).My nails were $50,and they look so crappy I'm on yelp trying to find a decent place to repair them. Okay so I originally went for a mani/pedi, but as I was getting them done at the same time, the lady doing my mani asked if I wanted by eyebrows waxed. Normally I get them threaded. I have a natural shape to them so they only need to be cleaned up. I have a wedding to go to next week so I was like F it, I'll get them waxed. How could they mess up? Welp, biggest mistake ever. The lady applied hot wax to me as I was getting my pedicure. The angle in which she was doing my brows made me uncomfortable. I should have spoken up but as a professional, shouldn't you also be a able to make better judgment. She broke my skin and on top of that she left my eyebrows so uneven. On one eyebrow she went in with wax and realized it was a little too much so she tried back tracking a left a big ass patch. After she let me look at them I'm just thinking "Is she really going to let me leave like this?". I could tell other people in the salon were just looking at my face bc my eyebrows are the center of attention on my face since we have to wear masks now. So horrible. I'll probably get my nails done here but not my brows. Left a real bad impression. read more

Went to this salon on several recommendations and am very happy I did. Great selection of services from nails to waxing, with a nice setup and large selection of polishes and nail designs. I had called earlier in the day to see what time they closed and the gentleman who took my call asked for my name and what time I would arrive. When I got there, he remembered that I had called earlier, there was no wait, and I once again got great service. Pricing and service was great. Pedicure. When I explained to the gal I dont want my painful toe nails cut out, she went with it, and made it a pleasant experience. My only concern was that the tool sterilization seemed to take place by hand washing in the back room, and I'm not sure how sterile it was, so I cant comment on that process either way. I've been here multiple times just walk-in and they are always courteous and I never have to wait very long. They do a great job with artsy type manicures and pedicures. You can bring in a picture that you find online of a manicure or pedicure that you like and they will do it for you. They're super awesome! And I like that they have lower prices for little kids too. read more

I explained that I have gotten gels in the past and that it did not last long enough. The woman said she would do a french gel set. They looked amazing but the first nail peeled off within 4 days. by 9 days 3 had peeled off so I called. A man told me to come in and he would fix them. This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. It used to be my go to about three years ago but my last two visits were a disaster. On my first visit back the young man got the color TOTALLY WRONG. I asked for turquoise "cat eye" and somehow ended up with hideous black nails with a tiny turquoise stripe!!! Not at all what I asked for, then when I went back to correct this Cindy ( who used to be kind and seemed genuine) acted like she was doing me a huge favor by not charging me 20 dollars for the change!! Worst decision ever the lady that did my nails wouldn't listen to me i showed her a picture and she said it was easy, but she did nothing like the picture was. I have never found a place that can compete with them on there customers service, quality of service they do and there competitive pricing. Cindy and Danny run a very wonderful nail shop. So 2 months have went by since my first experience with coming here. At that time i gave them 5 stars now I would give them no stars. After every 2 weeks of getting eyelashes refilled they are getting done worse and worse, they are now sloppy looking one part was flipped in wrong direction and i hadn't realized thats what was bothering me until I got home I had to pull out myself. The last time I went she got glue in my on of me eyes and my eye was burning so bad , I told her it burned and she said it was fine. After the first fill I noticed they are starting to fall out easy and are not even. Then the guy has done my nails 2 times and both times have been horrible. Uneven nails the first time, i took file and filed then even. The second time the color job he did was awful. I gave them a try but now I will never go back to them at all. Horrible horrible. The last straw was when I realized that they are not sanitary with their equipment, I watched then do someone's pedicure and then send the person left they wiped it down with a blue cloth and put it back on the cart to be used on the next person. read more

The lady who did my Full Gel Manicure took maybe a maximum of 12 minutes doing my nails, she barely touched my cuticles, filed my nails in 10 seconds and quickly polished my nails, after looking at the horrible job she did she asked if I liked them and I told her NO, you were sloppy and there is gel polish all around my nails, I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

I usually come here after work and the last time I went with a friend and my experience was good. The customer service is good, Cindy is very sweet! I got a mani-pedi and I spent $63!!! So expensive! I honestly could say that the customer service is good but not the service. My nails looked really shitty and I had to cut my own cuticles when I left. My cuticles were dried and my nails were not shaped the same. It was a shitty job. In a week, I just ended up doing my own nails. Also, when she painted my nails, she didn't paint it close enough to my cuticles so it outgrew faster. I couldn't even take a picture of my nails because it just looked so cheap! I actually spent $73 cause of tip! (I was trying to be nice). Anyways, looking for a better nail shop! My pedicure was nice though but my nails were awful. Stick to french tip only if you do come to this place and pedis! Also, PRICES have changed! Use to be $23-$25 for a mani, now its $31. read more
