When he gave me back the phone there was a small black dot of pixels that were not noticeable at first. About a week later three streaks of light appeared on my phone and the black dot grew significantly. He is supposed to have a warranty for his service according to Spectrum so I took it back to him to fix the issue. He did not honor the warranty and basically said too bad just deal with it or pay out of pocket for the repair. Do not trust this guy. This is proof of his bad workmanship and lack of integrity to honor his warranty commitments. He is a seasoned con artist!

This is an authorized Verizon retailer…read more Let's start with the back story. I went to another location prior to stoping in at this Orange location only because I was conveniently in the area. I wasn't greeted & in the end was lied to about the 17 Pro Max 2TB was "discontinued"!!! I googled & went on the Verizon app to show the person it was just back ordered, I was informed it "just says that & my order would be cancelled in a few days due to inventory shortages". I left, went home, got online & the site was glitchy. I call customer service & wasn't able to confirm the 2FA. At this point I was completely frustrated & figured I would go to a store in Yorba Linda (it was near my work & a couple of years ago, received excellent service). I stumbled on this Orange location which later was confirmed a newer location. RANDY! This guy with a calm, professional, patient demeanor allowed to not only vent my frustration from the day before, but cut right to making the one thing I needed, happen. I got all 5 lines upgraded within less than 45 minutes! He followed through with what we discussed, some phones came in earlier than anticipated & I was able to complete the pick up with the store manager. The previously owned phones were turned in & Randy took care of the rest. These guys set the standard for what it means to be in service/sales. I was a "walk-in", no appointment, and I was told it would be an hour (which was accurate). After that two techs helps to fix my phone (Vince and Bryant). Both were very professional and helpful! I was told it would be approximately an hour to perform the service, they run diagnostics before and after. I have had Samsung phones for many years and very pleased with their products. I have always just bought them through Verizon. Not any more, I am only going to buy through the Samsung Store. Their stores are just like the Apple stores with very knowledgeable staff and well trained staff. Thank you!

This is a newer store, so it was very updated and well-maintained. The workers here are pretty friendly, and there were a lot of Samsung products on display. The entire process took about two hours. They're located inside of the Cerritos mall, right next to the Garage clothing store. We went on a weekday noontime so it wasn't very busy, which made the experience a lot more pleasant.
