Don't go here for business accounts. The kids working here were all friendly and patient. Sadly, they do not know how to service business accounts. Was told I needed to create a login to the T-Life app. Wasted nearly 2 hours of my time. No one seemed to understand anything I said. I was constantly repeating myself and was given responses that didn't make sense. I was able to get phones for my employer's business account very easily at another store. Sold us the essential plan that comes with credit toward a new phone as we came from Verizon. As it turned out, the essential plan does not come with credit toward a new phone and we are paying for the phones! So what is the point of switching over? Nothing!!!! So went back to the store and was told that the credit toward a new phone is only for a higher plan ($140) for the 4 phones vs $100 for 4 phones in the essential plan. I remember this specifically because with the essential plan, I was going to add a fifth phone for $10 more...So we are now stuck with this.. as it is way past 14 days! The sale person asked if we changed it to essential plan? No, we did not. We got the bill and was shocked that we are paying for the phones..This is not what we signed up when we spoke to him and he said that the credit was only about $15 more for a new iphone as we were getting a iphone 16 pro. No we are paying $41.67 each for the 2 new the phones. We left Verizon for their deceptive ways and here we are again! Very disappointing. read more

To whom it may concern, My father has been having trouble with his phone were the calls are going to voicemail, his phone is on and he can make calls but he can't receive them. This issue has been going on for over a week. A few days ago I removed the sim card and the phone started working but only through the night. The next two days, all calla were going directly to voicemail. Over thw weekend I visited store# 7378. In spoke to the associate and he was condescending and would not listen to my issue. Manager Adam Gomez then stepped in. At this time, I had alredy called my dad's phone 5 times with only 2 of the calls going through. I explained this to Adam but since the calls were going thru at the time he called the phone he told me that there was nothing to do at that time and he dismissed me. Now the phone has not been receiving calls for sometime and the service is being paid for, I don't understand why the issue was resolved when the call went through. I was told that because it is a flip phone then they don't know the settings, no other options were offered except to come back if we continue having issues. I had a rough experience with the T-Mobile location in Tustin off Edinger. The experiences were night and day, with this location being a pleasant surprise. I was immediately greeted by Suraj. He was super caring and listened to my rant about the Tustin location and my awful experience moments prior. Suraj was very professional. Deonna, his nearby colleague, was also super sweet and caring. They both made me feel like a valued customer and they were genuinely looking to SEEK SOLUTIONS to get me to the resolution I needed. My situation was admittedly complicated with my dad getting trick to getting a "free" Samsung watch and I needed the watch to cancel the line. Another location needed me to have the exact physical credit card for the refund and refused crediting the account. Suraj consulted with his sweet Manager, Matt, who was also nice professional and actually helpful. Matt was like we might not be able to refund the exact credit card since you don't have it, would you be able to get the card number or take a credit to your account. YES the credit!!! That was exactlyyyyy what I was asking the Tustin location for. I just loved that Matt and the team was about FINDING SOLUTIONS and genuinely trying to help the customer. Thank goodness for the team at this location because I was so annoyed I was about to cancel my plan. Suraj was extremely proactive and called their corporate team in parallel and cancelled the unwanted watch line and made it a seamless transaction as if it never occurred on the phone plane. I truly appreciated that. And when I'm ready for my new Iphone 13, after the holidays, I am definitely coming back to Suraj and this amazing location. They truly deserve the business. read more

I can't say enough good things about THIS particular TMobile store and the staff that works here on a daily basis. The gentlemen here have a particularly high level of customer service that as someone who also works at a customer service related business can clearly see and FULLY respect. Mike, Bert, Johnathan, and the rest of the team have been a relief when dealing with other cell phone providers such as, Consumer Cellular, Verizon, Metro PCS, and others. I have personally dealt at one point in time or another with all of them, the last of whom was Consumer Cellular. THE WORST. I'm sure you have all had your personal nightmare experience with long waits, endless phone navigations, no HUMANS, etc. I finally called it quits and came into T Mobile out of sheer desperation. THAT first day, several months ago was when I experienced Mike and his incredible presence, and to just listen to my previous experiences. Then, turn everything around and make my cell phone provider switch the BEST, most relaxed, easy, transition to a new phone, and account I had ever experienced. Again, that's saying a lot from someone who knows what that level is. I have the exact same standards at my professional position as an examination proctor for tests such as FINRA, ADA, STEP, CPA, and LSAT. That fateful day restored my faith that there's still some people who understand that in these instances it's not just a transaction that you're making but an actual relationship of sorts. At least to my knowledge most people feel this way once they have a good doctor, dentist, mechanic or even butcher. Right? So what makes it any different for your phone provider? THIS particular group of people here at the T-Mobile on Alton "Get it". They know what's up and how to listen, understand the customers needs, and take care of the customer's best interests. Here's why they rule. I explained to Mike that my usage of my cell phone was rather limited in scope to just occasional calls and texting. Not a bunch of data to be transferred. I also understood that they had a specially discounted monthly rate for folks 55+. Mike explained to me that the day after I turned 55 I could utilize this discount and drop my regular monthly rate by $30!!! So what do you think I did?!?!?! Thaaaaats right, I came through the day after my birthday and dropped my rate by $30!!! Even more when I went with automatic withdrawal!! Again, it was another smooth, amazing experience and I couldn't be happier. My phone ROCKS, the service ROCKS, and if I need anything fixed, or changed, anything, I know exactly where and who to go to for the BEST experience and service. I came here recently to get a new phone charger and was left disappointed. To start off with some positives, the employees greet you as soon as you walk in the store, which is nice. The decor inside is nice and modern, which is also nice. When I walked in, I had to add my name on a wait list. The employees were trying their best to help everyone. There were no employees to help people who just wanted to buy something. I had to wait an extremely long time just to buy a phone charger. I think that people after me were helped, which wasn't nice. I wished that there were two separate waitlists for people who want to buy something and those who need service. It would have been nice if the greeter up front asked customers what they were there for. read more

Have a T-Mobile Wi-Fi service in El Camino Real, Irvine, CA, which is supposed to have good G5 coverage. The Wi-Fi service is terrible - keeps dropping (1) during Zoom calls and (2) at peak times during the early evening. And yes, I've gone up the food-chain thru' technical support, and had the listen to somebody eventually tell me they don't know why the service is so bad - he said "you must be in some kind of shady area". Not a solution. I cannot recommend this T-Mobile service. read more

I went to store to change my modem, when I got to the store, one of associates was helping someone and another one was sitting at the corner and playing with his phone, he saw mw and didn't take any action till the other one (helping a customer) told him to help me and he got up to help. his name was Roert, he was not expert and didn't want to get a help from the other customer service people (now there were two and both were talking to a girl) I asked him to ask them to help him as he was working more than half an hour and looked not be able to do the job he got mad and even told me if you don't like, you can go and fix your issue and call 611 (T-Mobile help) and I said are you threatening me and he said, you are rude I couldn't believe he is such a unprofessional person and rude and insulted me to the extend I was stressed the whole night. yesterday, when I was talking to a friend, she said, yest people in that store are very rude, and I said, ok, then I need to put a review. read more

I have selected this location since it is 5 minutes to my house. When I visited this T-Mobile store, I met Mr. Reza Rahat. He greeted me quickly and we started our conversation! Such gentleman and professional, and of course expert in his field. He quickly understood my needs and created an account for my Home Internet. He helped me very kindly throughout the process and making a transaction! I am very happy with my Home Internet, and please stay away from COX since the only thing that have learned is jacking up the price. But T-Mobile service is so great! Because of his professional manner and expertise, I visited again Mr. Reza Rahat today (Feb 10, 2025) and established three temporary place holder for three iPhone lines that I have with ATT and in order to transfer my three lines to T-Mobile. I recently discontinued service because I found a more cost-effective plan with another provider with better coverage. I ended service 6 days into my billing cycle. I was told by a T-Mobile representative that I would be credited back $51.34 for the unused days no later than the next billing cycle. This was a number the rep gave me. I did not come up with the $51.34. This credit did not happen. I called customer support and was told a bunch of mumbo-jumbo about actually having a balance of $8.00 on the account. How could that be? I had auto pay. I had paid T-Mobile everything they were owed. They said because I "ported out" - which apparently means I took my number with me (which I had had that same number for years before joining T-Mobile) -- I owed them money. The rep said because I ended service mid-cycle there would be no credit and they had already credited me back more than they normally would. This made absolutely no sense, and after having gone in a circle for 10 minutes I ended the call. When I first began service with T-Mobile more than five years ago, the service was very poor at our residence, so they provided a cell booster. When we were moving 18 months ago we tried to return it, and T-Mobile said they had no record of it and they had no idea what we were talking about. Fortunately, we kept the device and did not throw it away. After we ended service we received a letter saying "Return the cell booster or be charged $138.00." So very interesting that at one point they don't accept the equipment back, but as soon as we discontinue service we are required to return it or be charged an enormous sum. It sounds very much like "sour grapes." And they wonder why they're losing market share. read more

My dad went into the store to buy a phone case and an employee named Rand convinces my elderly dad to do a phone trade in instead. I look up the trade-in rules later and found out the employee did the trade on a new phone that wasnt even allowed. I go to the store with my dad and see Rand. He sees my dad and it's clear he recognizes him but walks to the person who came in right before us to try to make a sale. Long story short Rand and his manager are shady AF and I'm still dealing with t mobile customer service trying to resolve my dads issue. Dont let your parents go there because they'll get scammed so an employee like Rand can make a few bucks off comission. There are at least 5 other t-mobiles in irvine. Avoid this spot. read more
