    ****WARNING***** You can see the original review below. It was 5 stars but I had to amend it to one star. The Verizon stores in Irvine Woodbury, Alton, Costa Mesa and Fountain Valley are an authirized reseller called Victra. Beware if doing bysiness with Victra and with Richard H. He us now also at the Huntington Beach store too. Victra has lots of stores. He charged us an extra $10/ phone " diwn payment" then increased our plan level all without telling us and locked us in. The down payment is actually just a Victra added on fee, just like how a car dealer adds on hidden fees. Richard comes off as a highly competent well manneted young man ut he is in my opinion a sneaky snake. Don't be fooled. Also all the other reps and managers appear to be the same way to me. Make sure you got to a real Vetizon store that is owned and operated by Verizon corporation...nit by "Victra" who poses as Verizon but really is not. I called Verizon corp and they apologized and said Victra licked us in there is nothing they could do to reverse the hidden ripoff that Richard put on us In my opinion, Victra is a sleazy scam....here below is the original review I wrote....sorry I wrote it..I was dead wrong. Fooled me once..never again: As 20 year customers of Verizon our experience with this Verizon authorized reseller has been est customer service we have ever had for phone service specifically from Richard. As long as this best in class associate is here, we will only work with him. He is 100% the best in service, knowledge, attention to detail, attitude, communication, patience, kindness and so much more. The owner should recognize him for his excellence! Thank you Richard! *********Beware Victra is in my opinion a sleazy scam outfit authorized reseller posing as "Verizon"

    Took my iPhone X into the store to fix the LED screen and they were happy to do it. They also found…read morethat my battery was inflated. I was a bit hesitant at first because the cost seemed high, but I agreed to it. After getting my phone fixed here, there were so many things that went wrong: 1. The brightness was set at max at all times, even when I tried to turn it down 2. My phone began dying at 30% and couldn't hold a charge I took it back a month later to address the brightness issue. This was slightly fixed when he reseated the display, but still wouldn't dim as much as it normally should. This was within warranty so I was not charged for this service. I came back soon after (within 3 months) to get my battery fixed and they refused to help me replace it stating that I had no receipt (which they never provided at the time of transaction, but have my bank statement). They also said that I had to pay for a new battery if I wanted it to be replaced. Even with my inflated battery, I did not have the issue of it holding a charge or dying before it hit 5%. I am very unsatisfied with my service at this repair shop. I did not believe people when they said I should just get my phone fixed at Apple, but after this experience I will definitely not return.
